These guys are totally amazing, I constantly go into panic mode when my pc breaks down and they are always there to bring it right back to where it was without losing anything. I am always going to go there and btw, the sweet young lady at the front also rocks and she drinks triple triple Keep up the great work guys hope I don't see you's too soon.

Called for a simple inquiry about a stripped screw on my Nintendo switch, they stated they don't usually do console repair but they would do it for me and they'd charge 89.99 for a diagnostic. For a simple stripped screw extraction, if you know anything about electronics that is crazy over priced

These people are wizards! This is the second repair I have taken to them. I was quite impressed the first time (and should have reviewed then). This time, I was even more impressed when they not only raised my laptop from the dead (hardware failure), but did so in less than 24 hours! Prices have been reasonable. Friendly staff. Nice place.

I called this business with questions and problems about Windows 10, the Admin account on my laptop, and issues with Office 2019, my outlook account, Skype, anti-virus, malware, firewalls, etc. Juan was generous with his time helping me understand what the issues were. I followed his recommendations and left feeling reassured and safe online. I saved time and money by bringing my two laptops in for check-up and hardware upgrade. A great experience with true professionals.

I had an external drive begin failing and was unable to extract most of the data. I wasn't much hopeful that anything could be done but these guys managed to get everything on to another drive and both people I dealt with were professional and helpful. The price of the recovery was also very reasonable. I can't thank you all enough as there were a lot of pictures of our dog who had passed away that we thought we had lost forever.

Customer service is very lacking at this establishment. We received a call saying our iPad was ready and they just needed the password to make sure the screen was working. We travelled from mattawa to north bay to pick it up. Once there the iPad was in the exact state as when we dropped it off and one of the service techs said that they never said it was ready and they need the password to do a diagnosis. Although the diagnosis was offered to us we didn’t pay for one and one was not suppose to be done on the iPad. They people working there are very lost and do not know how to follow protocol and have absolutely no service skills. The owner was very friendly but never followed up with anything he said he was going to do. The repair was estimated to be a few days into the next week and ended up taking a week and half.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT

We have been dealing with North Bay Computer Services for approximately ten years if not more for personal computer as well as our commercial computers. They have the best service techs and are always ready willing and able to correct any problems you may have. They are even available when we are in Florida! They can access our computer and get it up and running. There are no words to express our thanks for all of their help. They are always there for us (especially Alex!)

Had 2 new computer installed by AJ who was very patient and took time to answer all of our questions. Very good about explaining in simple terms.
After receiving an email from our new computer company regarding further registration a quick call to Alex solved our problem.

After servicing, my touchpad and the system indicators stopped working. Unfortunately, I realized that after a couple of weeks, so I could not bring it back right away. I decided to open my laptop’s back lid and I found there a couple of disconnected wires. My headache cost me 50$. Unprofessional.

AJ and Jamie from NBCS were just here at Mattawa Hospital on a call to repair 2 printers which they did confidently, in a quick manner, communicated in an excellent way and most of all carried themselves professionally and what charismatic personalities!

No one to look at computer, want you to leave it for diagnosis and would have has to wait too long

We went in to get our iPad fixed. Screen cracked but still working. They required a $50 diagnostic fee before they accepted it? Screen is cracked, there's your problem.
Okay, my wife paid the fee. No issues arose on the "diagnostic screen. "
Get a call later, apparently the ipad couldn't be fixed. Went in to pick it up and the thing was in like 5 pieces, screen completely shattered, completely non-functional.
We lost pictures and videos of our kid that were on it. They did not let us know that this was a possibility!
To top it off I got a parking ticket out front while I was there trying to get our busted ipad back from them for the 5 minutes I was in there arguing with them!
They were less than apologetic or sympathetic the entire process. They wouldn't even give me back the ipad because I wasn't listed on the intake form, but my wife was too angry/upset to even come in.

We wanted to support a local downtown business, that we have actually used in the past with success, but this experience was absolutely terrible.
I wouldn't trust them, or at least be aware that a cracked screen repair can result in a complete destruction/unusable device that they charge you $50 for.

Amazing service and knowledge. I was having difficulties building my first Gaming PC I brought it in. They went above and beyond assembling it. They even took the time to properly manage all my cables making my computer neat and functioning to its full potential. I couldn't be happier as a customer I know where to go from now on. NBCS is a great company! Their ability to quickly modify their staff schedule to accommodate urgent needs is excellent and well appreciated. They have technicians that can work in industrial environment and self-motivated. I strongly recommend them! The owner is easy to deal with and very understandable of needs.
