North Bay Mitsubishi

My rating is not reflective of my experience with the dealership but with the quality of my 2022 Outlander. It has been a nightmare. I have had to drive from Sudbury every two months to have issues corrected. It seems some of my issues did not get resolved unless numerous other drivers complained. I purchased my vehicle largely because of the warranty. I want my warranty to be honoured as I need not when the numbers dictate

I just recently bought a new car through a fabulous lady Tania, she went above and beyond to make it possible for a easy purchase.
After dealing with a not so wonderful car dealer it was a breath of fresh air to have Tania to deal with. She stayed late for us to come from Sudbury for us to pick up our new car. Great costumer service highly recommended.

I will never buy another Mitsubishi even though I love the car. The service is atrocious. In 5 years, I have had 35 needs for service. 15 of them were because they didn't fix it correctly, the first time. Also, expect to be there all day, even if it's just for an oil change. Expect to have to argue with them about extended warranty coverage, and if they say the part will be here in 2 days, expect 2 weeks.

The service manager is stretched too thin, and it shows in interactions with the entire service department.

Beautiful atmosphere, beautiful people! Got me into a wonderful car for a great price. It felt like I was sitting home chatting with friends instead of sitting at a dealer. We absolutely adore Tania!

Nous avons eu un service à la clientèle exceptionnel à ce garage. Notre voiture a fait défaut en plein voyage pour traverser le Canada et ils nous ont accueilli avec le sourire, super sympathiques et on vérifié le problème en quelques minutes. Ils étaient aussi contents que nous de constater que le problème était mineur. Rien à redire!

If you don't feel like getting scammed, don't go here! And don't buy extended warranty, as they will not honor it and do everything in their power to pump money out of you. Sales team is nice but service desk is awful! Lack of customer service and simple politliness. BE CAREFUL! * One time I had to have something fixed under warranty and they tried talking me out of it with the argument that it COSTS THEM MONEY. I am sorry, but ITS YOUR JOB AND PEOPLE BUY INTO WARRANTY FOR A REASON. IT COSTS US MONEY TOO! *
