I experience severe dental anxiety and dread visits to the dentist. Upon arrival the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They were quick to answer my questions and went out of their way to try to make me feel more comfortable. I had a tooth pulled and the procedure was quick and went smoothly. I had very little swelling and pain. I even received a call the next day to check up on my recovery. This waby far the best dental experience I've ever had and I highly recommend this business to everyone!

I went to get my 3 dental implants removed, the procedure went better than I expected since I was very nervous. Before he removed them he said it was infected but he would know better once he removed them. He sent me home without anything and the next day his nurse called (Chantal) was extremely nice and caring. But 2 days after I ended up calling her back and getting antibiotics. Staff were extremely good

Had my wisdom tooth removed here and the staff were excellent! Only thing that was a negative, was how long it took to get an appointment. However that should be expected. Thank you all at North Bay Oral Surgery for your excellent care.
