Everyone was super nice. The doctor was great! Very helpful and made sure all my questions were answered

Giving 1 star because I love love love our family doctor- she’s the ONLY reason we continue to come here, HOWEVER, the reception staff are mind boggling. I understand when it’s busy to close a bit earlier so that everyone gets seen at walk-in, but why stop answering calls altogether a half hour earlier? Why not ever answer calls? Can I get a job here and not actually work but still get paid?

Why is the automated phone response so long? I couldn’t get a hold of anyone over the phone. She kept blabbing for 10 minutes and I couldn’t connect to a receptionist in the end. Ridiculous

She never prescribes antibiotics, waited forever taking time off work and she was in an out in a matter of minutes saying I’ll fight it off, not asking any relevant questions, I didn’t and suffered for a month until I finally got antibiotics somewhere else, another time my infant was sick and she didn't prescribe antibiotics and eventually just got more sick until I went somewhere else to get medicine… waste of time and misleading

Always friendly staff and very helpful. I’m seen fairly quickly every time. Thank you staff for all your hard work

Can’t say enough positive feedback about this walk in clinic/ family practice. I’ve been here a few times and have always been treated with compassion, and I can’t say enough about how amazing the entire staff are from reception, nurses and Doctors. Thank you so much, I have a meet and greet coming up and looking forward to it. Very grateful for the services provided here. Amazing group of medical professionals who provide medical care to the community and they really care.

You take the time to be analytical with our symptoms and advise and reach out for other tests when necessary in a very quick manner. When we recently saw you at the walk-in clinic, you phoned us to follow up & explain to us the results of the tests in less than one day, setting our minds at ease. Thank you!

Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS that this clinic is allowed to turn patients away one full hour before closing especially to a senior. What is wrong with you people? OUTRAGEOUS! This place should be reported for unethical practices! You’re supposed to be doctors who take care of sick people!

As a patient of Dr Singh’s since 2005 I have just learned to expect multiple visits in order to get anything done. Clinic will consistently not send prescriptions through, not send referrals, not return phone calls/messages, and never respond to refill requests. Only go here if you have no other options like me

This clinic believes in monetising medical emergency. My father (a visitor/non-resident) visited the clinic for a potential Heart-related medical emergency. We were given blood work and the next day we wanted to make sure that there is nothing urgent. We called the clinic and they refused to share the Blood Work results or even confirm that there isn’t a medical emergency till we make a follow-up visit and pay for that. We had no problem in paying for the follow up visit, but wanted to visit the same doctor for the follow up in case there isn’t anything urgent. The doctor who initially had seen my father wasn’t available till 3 days later. The clinic refused bluntly to even review the Blood Work till we pay and come for the follow-up visit. So we paid up as we were worried about the results. Essentially if there was anything urgent and we waited for 3 days to show the original doctor, the outcome could have been catastrophic…. But they needed to make money from our situation.

Just call their number and listen to greeting message that says "rude behaviour will not be tolerated" right off the bat to understand what kind of place this is:) Instead of answering my direct question they lectured me on how medical system works.

Depending on which staff works on the day I have to use the service, I might get lucky to be properly treated or not. The nurses and receptionists are quite nice and helpful, but doctors do not spend time enough with patients, the excuse is that they are not my family doctor and "go back to your GP". It used to have really good doctors worked at this clinic.

Went on a Wednesday at about 10: 30am to the walk-in clinic. There were no other patients. Was in and out in 30 min. Staff was kind, efficient, and answered all my questions and concerns. A 5 star experience!

I wish there's an option for zero star. This clinic must have a group of low grade medical school graduates.will never come back, period.

1. They never diagnose or fix anything: when my child had disconnected arm or had lung infection, or threp throat, they NEVER got them diagnosed or fixed even ONCE!

They were rude to my child when testing the throat, they failed testing and complained my child not corporate. I got them diagnosed by running to a different clinic. Same test, other clinics got it right on, one attempt, quick & easy! No one complains my child!

Disconnected arm, I had to get it fixed at ER, because the doctor here was afraid to touch the arm (even after they did the X-ray to confirm the location). It took 2s for the ER got it fixed.

Lung infection, they even did not find it. I got it found by running to my chid's pediatrician the same day and got antibiotics.

2. I took my child to see eyes, they even did not look her eyes, because I told the nurse the problem, the doctor just ran in and proscribed eye drop without even look her! What are you rushing for?

3. I myself went to see doctors in this clinic, the doctor rolled eyes on me after she heard only partial of my personal medical history! She was rushing in and out, did not even want to listen. She was rude and asked me questions like I am in a person in jail! There's zero respect. What a professional behavior and attitude!

4. This clinic closed its door on 4pm at weekend, not allowing anyone coming in, though the clinic hour says till 5pm. Each time I was there, saw ppl coming after 4pm, frustrating and knocking at the door, everyone who works inside was cold, no response or explanations.

If you know what you want, yes you can go to this clinic ask what you want, waiting time usually around 30min, not too bad;

If you do not know what's your problem/treatment you need, sorry - run, run as fast as you can! Doctors in this clinic are NOT qualified enough to give you professional opinions or clinical experience that makes you feel safe, comfortable, reliable and dependable. They are rush, rude, cold, no respect, no knowledge either.

Go anywhere else is better than here. Period.

I have been here a couple of times and generally had a good experience. There is a bit of a wait but that is expected. I saw Dr. Brian Cameron each time and found him to be thorough and understanding.

I was really disappointed that I drove all the way across town as this was the only clinic open late on a Friday, and they chose to close 2.5 hours early. I will never go here again. Great job looking out for your patients.

Usually I don’t put reviews but I feel I have to say something about this place. I have family dr here and I met just one time and she said like regular physical checkup and I booked the appointment and I didn’t get any message or mail from them and when I came that time they said u don’t have any appointments and also they said like you don’t register over here and after 15 minutes they found my name and said like all wrong information like address and health card also birth of date and now they we give appointments after 3 months it’s like my time west. Very bad service

This was our first time. My husbands had what looked like a strep throat and cudn't be seen today by our FD's office. This clinic is clean and neat and it's very well organized. All the staff and the doctor (Dr. Naji) were pleasant and professional. Thank you!

The atmosphere is great in both the walk-in clinic and the family practice. I became a patient at the family practice after visiting the walk-in clinic a couple of times. Wait times vary in the walk-in clinic, but the family practice is appointment only. Both groups of people that work between the clinic and practice are efficient, and caring. The doctors and nurses get to know you, are interested and ask questions about your life. They address and listen to concerns with care and are always willing to suggest solutions or a way to work together to create a plan for solution. I live in Hamilton, but I will continue driving to Burlington to come here. Truly a wonderful group of people!

Please take this advice! If you don’t want to waste hours and hours of your time, struggle to get any clear answers or be jerked around for weeks simply trying to get results from a test that every other clinic would tell you over the phone DO NOT go here!

I called the clinic to find out if they apply stitches, since my husband cut himself and it looked like he might need a few. They said the Dr.would need to look at it to determine if so and that they could. After the Dr.saw him she said, she doesn't do stitches and would bandage it and that if it continued bleeding to go to Emerg. The whole point was to avoid Emerg. The front desk was not honest when I called.

Waited months and months for a new Dr. Get a call that we need to be interviewed to see if we are a fit for the Dr. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. The receptionists are always rude, can not tell you how many times they call out my personal information so everyone can hear it, even after asking to NOT do that. They have billed OHIP without providing treatment, forgot to set up appointment with specialist after repeated requests. While there are some nice Drs, I suggest you find another location. 1 star is not an accurate rating
