Nothing but good things to say.everyone knows me by name, if I’m looking for something specific the parts department always goes well beyond expectation to find it. Always a good experience dealing with Northcountry.

Chris in the parts department was super helpful and professional! Very organized and took care of all my needs! I’ll definitely be back year to year as I operate a fishing resort and always have a need for marine parts!

Ordered something on Dec 9th. After reaching out via email twice to see when it would ship, my order was just cancelled. So now I won’t have the option to even order it elsewhere to have it here in time. An incredibly selfish and lazy staff move.

Had the displeasure of speaking with Greg in service. Unfortunately some people should not be in the customer service business but obviously North Country has low standards. Looking for consistent experienced service don’t waste your time, call the team at Excalibur, they get customer service.

Again treated like a VIP Everytime I walk through the doors at North country cycle. Over and above service and knowledge, purchased many parts over the years and new snowmobiles with great hands on, experienced information about all products. Give them your time and they will make you happy

Had a good experience dealing with this company. Dealt with a parts lady that quickly found what I was looking for then found a way to get it to me overnight at a good price. Would have given 5 stars but the second person I dealt with, Chris, didn’t follow up as promised. Then when he did follow up, he had incorrect information on the package delivery. As he was to texting me to place the blame on the parts lady for not sending the package the previous day, the package arrived. Then hours later he sent me the tracking number?
Gotta take the good with the bad, keep the parts lady and maybe put chris in the back of the house not dealing with customers? Just saying.

“I brought a boat motor in for repair because I couldnt figure out the issue with it. Even though I worked on the motor myself the service team were happy to offer their expert advice to repair this particular motor. They were happy to help ” I love this place so two years have passed, I sold the motor that was worked on and when the buyer tried to get it started it would not. The motor was brought back to me where the money was cheerfully refunded. The motor went to another shop and it needed a carb cleaning. The motor was not worked on at north country but I was charged over 500.00. I will never go back to North country.

One star for sales, 5 stars for parts. Shopping for a Mercury outboard, Smiths RV did not have in stock, North Country did. Went in to speak with Claudio, He said the outboard still needed to be PDI'd. He then indicated that there was an additional cost of $95.00 for PDI, and a $20.00 admin fee. He was treating me like I was born yesterday. I mentioned that Smith's was offering a 5 year warranty (manufacturer offer), and he said it came with a 3 year warranty, but he's look into an extended warranty. I went back to Smith's RV and ordered the outboard from them; which took 2 weeks to get in, but at least I wasn't getting hosed an additional $120.00. Very poor sales tactic; I would have walked out of there with an outboard if he had not tried to take advantage me. This is the second outboard I've purchased from Smith's RV in 5 years, and they are excellent to deal with in sales, unlike this place. The parts department here however is very good.
