My quest for a reliable hospital led me to North Hill Animal Hospital, even though it meant a 40-minute drive. The initial impression was exceptionally positive.

Alyssa at the front desk deserves commendation for her comforting demeanor and her adeptness in making my cat feel at ease. The veterinarian technicians displayed outstanding professionalism, setting the tone for the exceptional care that followed. Dr. Cini, the veterinarian in charge, left an indelible mark with her extraordinary commitment.

Dr. Cini invested ample time in thoroughly examining my cat, elucidating all the issues at hand and presenting a comprehensive range of options. The ensuing blood test results prompted a phone call from Dr. Cini, during which she meticulously explained the risks and benefits associated with the upcoming surgery. This level of transparency and communication was invaluable and alleviated many concerns.

On the day of the surgery, Dr. Cini's patience and comforting demeanor provided solace during a stressful time. The surgery itself was a success, and Dr. Cini took the time to walk me through the discharge summary in intricate detail. Receptionist is friendly! They also have a cute photo booth set up to use for Halloween. Place is clean as well. We get our dog food from here. They don’t hassle you to come in and grab it quickly either, you can take your time.

I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else. Staff is friendly and efficient and always available for advise.

We are extremely grateful to North Hill and Dr Steve for helping with our pup’s needs. The whole staff is an approachable, professional, talented and dedicated team who is always ready for anything. We feel very fortunate that our pup is in safe hands, and it is reassuring that they run a clinic and full hospital. Highly recommended!

We are always treated like family and we know our girl is being well looked after. Our questions are always answered and if we have any concerns we are not sure of, we are guided in the best possible way. We would not trust our fur kids to anyone else.

North Hill in my opinion is the best vet in town. Dr Steve is my vet who takes the time to explain issues to you no matter how long it takes. He has such compassion towards his patients and his job. So caring and always a phone call away never too busy. The office staff are great. Very friendly kind caring and always answers your questions big or small. I would strongly recommend them to anyone. You are the best!

North Hill is a really great veterinary clinic, with passionate and patient staff. Always have a positive experience at the clinic, even though my dog is an anxious handful.

My sweet cat was suffering (throwing up, sleeping and hiding. Dr Cini assessed her and immediately knew that a diet change was needed. No running expensive tests and my cat is already back to herself. Thank you Dr Cini. Feline specialist.

This place is absolutely amazing. I honestly had one of the best experiences you could ask for. After having to take my cat to a 24hr clinic that did next to nothing but prescribe antibiotics. They got me in immediately gave my cat the best care I could imagine and were so caring they even called the next day just to see how he was doing. And the unexpected bonus was it wasn't expensive either.

Dr.steve and his ladies, were impeccable! They went above and beyond to help me. I own a daycare/boarding facility, and one of my boarding pups needed dental care, dr.steve saw her immediately and took care of the dogs issue quickly efficiently and happily. My preferred clinic for my personal and business pups for sure.

Staff is kind and carring and really go that extra distance to ensure our fur babies get the best possible treatment.

I was very impressed by North Hill. Their staff was very professional, their facilities are very robust and they have a well stocked store, especially for special dietary needs.

My dog had a dental emergency while at a kennel and even though she isn't a patient here, Dr. Steve went out of his way to stop in and take a look at her before offering to take her in early the following day and fix everything. Dr Steve and the entire staff that I interacted with were amazing, friendly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. If i didn't live so far I would make this my regular vet clinic!

We brought our cat who had a skin lesion and Dr. Alex and team took very good care and attention to provide the best treatment for our wonderful cat who is recovering and feeling better. Thank you NHAH

I live in toronto & travel to bolton to bring my dog to this vet because I do not trust anyone else. I've had good experiences with all the vets there & the staff is amazing. Dr Steve is so loving and has a-lot of passion for what he does. He is honest, and treats pacino like it's his own. My American bully, Pacino is a-lot to handle but everyone there is so accepting and they are experienced dealing with his hyper breed. Alyssa who works front desk is so sweet, and Justin is strong enough to hold pacino back. It puts me to ease going there because I know I am in good hands.

Dr Steve has taken well care of my family cat Cuddles. Very welcoming environment and everyone there is so nice. Alyssa at the front was also such a pleasure to deal with. Will recommend to all my friends.

I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. Very pleasant staff. Doctor Steve was wonderful. He explained everything to me and I felt completely at ease and had piece of mind when leaving.

We have received top notch care from North Hill for many years. They have saved our pets lives many times and provided exceptional care that has no doubt prolonged all of their lives. Dr Kerr in particular, has since retired, but I cannot say enough about what an amazing veterinarian he was to our fur babies. He cared for our pets like family. All of the staff are knowledgeable, kind and do a great job. When we had to help our beloved cat cross the rainbow bridge they provided a calm, cozy room and showed us exceptional compassion and kindness. Highly recommend.

Ripped me off!
My dog is a regular, i called them up to get shots. They gave me an appointment and quoted 150 for the shots. When I went there i was told “going by the dog’s history she doesn’t need any shots for 2 years”, and since they had a look/check up at the dog they charged me 100 for it.
In essence they could have mentioned the same over the phone that my dog’s shots are not due for the next 2 years. But instead they wasted my time and my money.
