Came by with Mr. Oz due to symptoms of crystallization in urinary tract, they were able to get me in with a last minute appointment. I wasn't entirely sure if I was overanalyzing the symptoms or not, and staff was very helpful and friendly with my kitty boy, and getting me the information I needed regarding pricing information and options.

They were helpful with getting him back into his crate, and gave him a nice little catnip toy which he is now licking frantically on my bedroom rug.

Oh my goodness, I LOVE this vet. I'm from out of town and my dog had a tick so I popped in. Staff was so welcoming and kind and helpful. They didn't charge me for the removal which I respect. The facility is also very calming and set up like a park with water and lots of greenery. Wish Collingwood had one.

I went in during COVID and was asked to wait outside for the duration of my emergency visit. That's fine.
I was thankful my pup was okay and the payment slipped my mind- Never once did I receive any calls or emails from the clinic informing me of my mistake.
Months later, I receive a call from collections stating that I owe $120. Really?
I paid it and left it til now, when I moved cities and my new vet reached out to Neighborhood for my dogs' history, and they told my new clinic that I was removed from their system due to unpaid bills? How unprofessional and inappropriate. All over $120. Shows that money is more important than their clients.

Completely agree with the responses that service has gone down hill.
Having one phone number for 3 locations is a nightmare. Can never get anyone to pick up the phone. As I’m standing in the clinic I’m getting a phone call from someone in another room of the clinic then can’t get results from the vet of the x-rays. Have to wait for hours later. Never see the same staff which probably means turn over is high. It was a nice friendly place and Dr. Alec is great but the management is so disorganized. They say they will send invoices and emails, never get sent. Have to wait for medication and come back to pick it up which should be easily accessible.
On the plus side my dog seems to not be afraid. But the vague and short service that is not reliable feels like they are only focused on money.
After 5 years will be looking into a new vet that can be reliable and organized.

We would like to take a few moments thank you for the continuous support that we have required for our fur babies and their issues, we have never experienced this kind of service from our previous vet clinics that we dealt with throughout the years, You have been the best the overall of the clinic was absolutely beautiful when we walked in for on our first visit it most definitely gave us a positive expression the staff were absolutely incredible and welcomed us as we we're family we're grateful for that we've also very amazed on how much your staff cares and treats our fur kiddos and interact with them to give them that love and attention to make them feel safe during their vet visit we truly do appreciate all your warm kindness.

I’m fairly new to this clinic but have been in a few times over the past year or so and every single experience has been amazing. My fur babies get the very best attention from everyone they meet in there. The staff really, are exceptional. I highly recommend them

The staff are exceptional. They treated my dog with loving care and took the time to explain options and treatments with me. They also took time to phone me and follow up. I recommend them highly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. Took my dog in today for what was supposed to be just her bordetella vaccine and then charged for the office visit as well. Had budgeted enough to cover just the vaccine because obviously we love our dog and want her to stay healthy and safe, but to be told after they take all the money we had for other things being a low income family of 4 and being like oh there is nothing we can do is ridiculous especially this close to Christmas

The veterinary services are average; However, the staff and customer service are below par.

First of all, when you call it is a franchise number. You have to go through a long, annoying, automated system just to talk to someone at the location closest to you. Once you’re through to someone, you better know exactly what you want. I called once to ask questions about my kitten (as I had never had a kitten, only older cats) before coming to her appointment. I was interrupted mid sentence, and told “we are too busy to answer questions, you will have to ask at your appointment”. This would be fine in some situations, but my cat was sick and the appointment was a week away. I ended up getting the info off the internet, and treated her at home.

On a different occasion, we were sold something called a “kitten package” and were told it would make all the things required for a kitten cheaper. Sounds great! It cost nearly $500, then we were given a pamphlet explaining how the package works, though I didn’t understand a word of it. When I tried to ask questions about what the package covered, the vet assistant told me I had to call their help line to talk to someone because she didn’t know the answer to my question. Now I already knew the people on the phone don’t typically answer questions, so I waited for my next vet appointment to talk to our vet.

At that appointment, I was told the package only covers a certain percentage of any one item in said package. A small percentage. I asked if I could get a refund because I was under the impression it would FULLY cover the things on the list (based on how expensive it was) and there was NO ONE to tell me otherwise because everyone I asked either didn’t know, or was too busy to answer.

The Veterinarian literally chuckled in my face, said “no, we don’t do refunds” and left the room.

I never received any vet services except a basic set of shots, and they ended up with almost $1000 of my money. I have switched Vets.

Excellent clinic. The staff are kind and friendly, the vets always do their best to help my pet (and me!) with whatever we need. Everyone is super sweet and supportive, and it's a pleasure to work with them!

North London Neighborhood Pet Clinic is the only place I’m going to bring pets to. Everyone was professional, friendly, courteous and kind. We had to put our elderly cat down and the vet and staff made it the best possible experience a sad time like this can be. I can’t say enough positive comments so I’ll just say THANK YOU NORTH LONDON NEIGHBORHOOD PET CLINIC!

The location is gorgeous and the staff is super helpful.

Recently got a puppy and had to get his shots done; low and behold this absolute pinnacle of pet comfort and owner convenience. Their lobby is a indoor park which helped immensely with the "little accident" my boy had after getting his shots done.

Quick and easy, and lots of treats for my pup.

We moved to London in 2021. We discovered NLNPC. We liked the staff and was impressed with decor. Then things changed. On two separate times our Dogs were given wrong doses of medication. Had I not caught it, this would have resulted in overdose. No apologies were provided. No accountability. Owner then writes me simplifying the situation as: Sorry to hear you you were upset because you didn’t get what you wanted. You better believe I was. (One does expect to be given the correct dose of medication). Stay away. All that glitters is not gold! If you use this vet, double check the medication labels because they won’t.

Fired us the same day out one year old puppy was vomiting blood.
Reason being that we have been late to appointments in the past two years - we live downtown and somehow manage to get stuck on the level railway when the train goes past.
Told us in email and also on the phone they were discontinuing our relationship, while I was trying to ask for help. So glad they did because I found a new vet the same day and I have received fantastic care for my boy and he is on the mend. Shame on you NPC.

It would've been a 5 star review, but the way they started to treat us lately is beyond disgusting.
So when our cat need simple care and procedures - they would gladly take hundreds of dollars from us with a smile, but right when he got seriously ill (cancer) - they've turned their back on us and became very hostile and deny us of any service at all.
This is very unexpected and disheartening, especially when now we're in desperate and need any help possible.

Came here with my cat a few months ago and they were great and treated her well! She is doing amazing and no further medical problems to deal with! Thanks!

I have always had good experiences with this vet. My cat can be difficult but they make him look like an easy patient. They also adapted really well in the pandemic and started allowing video call appointments. It made it so much better when I couldn't go in with him.

Thank you to the Neighbourhood Pet Clinic for stepping up and doing what was right today. They showed so much class in apologizing for some thing that they did accidentally and then went over and above to ensure that my pet is in good hands. Nothing but class from the staff working in the front to the Vets and Assistants in the back.

I had been using the Neighbourhood pet clinic (North Location) for about two years. We moved into their neighbourhood and found it a quite convenient location. What wasn’t convenient was the fact that they almost never answer the phone. When they do, it goes to their other location. They’ll take orders for food etc but it’ll either not arrive or be incorrect. My dog was on prescription diet and they frequently mixed up his food order. I will say, the delivery service, when scheduled correctly was amazing. Nate always did an impeccable job at dropping it off on time and in an appropriate place on our porch. I did a 2000 dollar dental on my dog at their other location and when I called to make food orders they had my file mixed up and told me I had never been there. It was infuriating. To make things worse, my dog developed kidney disease/failure. The process to determine what was wrong was frustrating and I don’t feel the vet was entirely transparent about his condition initially. He was stage four. We didn’t hear the words stage and four until the day we put him to sleep. I only ever spoke to a vet tech in person, we didn’t even go into a room together to discuss next steps. Most communication was done via the phone or in the waiting area. We even injected fluids in the waiting area because it appeared they didn’t have time for us. I felt like I was playing broken telephone asking this poor vet tech trying her best to run back and forth from me to the doctor to answer our questions. We were administered medication for a dog that wouldn’t eat that was gigantic for my five lb dog. (Post euthanize you can donate meds but not receive a refund so we had all this unopened medication we just threw money to the wind for) We made the difficult decision to euthanize him after spending much more than we could afford when we could’ve put him out of his misery sooner. Upon arriving for the euthanasia appointment, it then took AN HOUR AND A HALF to insert his catheter. In this time we sat in the “Rainbow Room” while the vet tech brought him in and out (each time getting excited). They had to call in a separate person to insert his catheter. I feel the vet was honest with us about the situation in the moment but his casual demeanour was uncomfortable. He acted as if he had never met my dog before and he had previously performed an exam on him. When we finally put my poor little friend to rest we said we were ready for them to take him out and the vet casually stood around chatting with my dog in his arms. Overall my experience was uncomfortable to say the least. I finally have my paw print and cremation ashes and I plan to not return to this location. Overall, I feel that the sensitivity could be stressed in training office staff etc, being clear about prognosis and taking the time despite covid measures to be clear and concise about what the next steps are. I was also disappointed with the way the office/admin handled the cremation plans. We initially wanted to wait but after spending an hour and a half waiting around, we had time to pick our arrangement. We were told they might be sold out of the urn and that they weren’t sure if they could complete that part of the transaction today. At the end they gave us the urn for free but I also feel like they felt how badly they screwed up. I feel for anyone who experiences ending their family friends life with this clinic.

The staff here are INCREDIBLE! They are so friendly and accommodating, and are always delighted to see Mr. Bingley (my cat) when he comes in. They are so good with him, and know that he loves the catnip squares they give you for free at the end of each visit, so they gave him two! (See photos of him in heaven).
I also once mixed up the locations and came to the North Clinic when I accidentally booked my appointment at the other one, and they fit me in anyway, despite being very busy. I really appreciated it as I do not have a car and would have had to pay for another Uber to the other location.
Speaking of, they offer a shuttle service cheaper than an Uber if you don't have a car! Plus free delivery of any food or medication.
The vets too are super helpful. They lay out all your options for you and let you know what treatments are worth it financially. They were so good with handling my cat with care too - you can tell they care and really love animals.
Last but not least is the clinic itself. The reception area has a fake pond and park setting to put your pet at ease while you wait. You sit on a park bench and listen to a babbling stream - forget relaxing my cat, it relaxes me.
I highly recommend this place; it is Mr. Bingley approved!

Fantastic vet clinic. Our cat was sick for the first time. They were able to work with us quickly to get her in and seen. Treated her and even did extra checks just to be sure. They walked us through all the next steps and what could happen. Very relieved, informed, and happy we chose this vetrinarian.

Very good environment for pets, and Emily is very helpful, she asked many details about my cats and gave me some good suggestions about how to take a better care for my cats. I will definitely come back again.

Horrible experienced. I was told I was rude to their employees. I was just in panic and concerned about my dog and they seem like they don't care at all what's happening.

Brought my dog for an ear infection, before I left the technician told me that they cleaned his eyes, I was grateful and said thank you.

The next day my dog's eye was infected. And it gotten worst up to this day. Please see photos, as you can see his eye is red and barely can open it. Please tell me if I was wrong by being worried? I bet you'll feel and react thesame way.

Manager called me his name is Brent Barr, which is hard to find and contact so goodluck! Anyways he threatened me that they are cutting relationship with me and my dog. Yes a manager said that

I can't say enough good things about the grooming here. My dog Avery is double coated and has some anxiety. She went in with burrs and some matting as she wouldn't let me brush her tail or rear end. She came out a movie star! She'd had a bath, a haircut and style, and a nail trim. She looked great and smelled great and I could see she felt great! I was shocked and so appreciative of how good she looked and how happy she was.
We now look forward to "spaw day"", thank you so much!

My dog absolutely loves everyone here. The vets, vet technicians, groomers and secretaries are all super friendly and wonderful. My dog gets excited to go to the vet every time.

First time pet owner, first vet visit. Fantastic! Sadie (my cat) was super loving and trusted everyone. More than I did if I'm being honest haha. They explained everything well, and the prices aren't unreasonable at all. This was one of those experiences that would call for 6 stars cause I genuinely had 0 issues, even little ones not worth mentioning didn't exist. Highly recommend!

I recently brought my older dog to this vet clinic to be put down. I had never been to this clinic before, and my normal clinic was too busy. It was my first time having to do this for a pet, and as horrible as it was to do, this clinic made it as comfortable as possible for us all. It is hard to say I had a good experience putting my beloved dog down, but I had great comfort doing it at this location. The Vet was amazing, helpful, compassionate and caring during my dogs time of need. I highly recommend this location, I cannot say enough good things about them.

Brought dog neighborhood pet clinic for hair cut they called me told me only after i paid that they hurt her eye. Turns out they actually cut it and it cost me approximately 500$ to get treated at emergency hospital! Stay away from this place please!

In a recommendation we brought our dog here to be groomed we were advised they have vet on site! The groomer damaged my dogs eye, called me told me only after I paid That they damaged my dog and she needed to be seen by a vet (they don’t have a vet on site to help), we took our dog to another vet and cost 500$ to fix the damage they admitted they caused. These people should not be around animals and this grooming industry needs to be regulated. Too many clowns think they are groomers!

I have had nothing but bad experiences here. I was super disappointed as I bought the puppy package and heard great things. I feel as though I've been taken advantage of as I'm a student. I have been overcharged numerous times (I think 3), and always now check my bill and ask about all the charges, I have to pester them to answer my emails and called, and was told my email was read, no one bothered to answer and didn't even get an apology. The staff always seem quite annoyed when I call or am in the office (Though there is one lovely lady I can't remember her name who is always super nice and great my dog).

Brought Freddy in for his first visit and everyone was super nice and friendly. Happy we found a great vet within walking distance. Thanks again everyone!

This clinic surpassed my expectations. Out of all the clinics I phoned in London they stepped up to offer the exact care that my cat needed. I had to arrange for a stray cat to get vaccinated and neutered (not easy when they are just starting to trust people and the carrier involved two adults wearing long sleeves, and a towel wrapped cat and still wrestling) I wanted the cat to stay overnight to allow for vaccination and neutering because of how difficult handling was. No other place would even listen to my concerns but Neighbourhood pet clinic stepped up and made sure my cat Salem got the best care and was as comfortable as possible. Salem now is a loving pet who goes into his carrier with ease and I believe the smooth veterinary care he had helped him be as confident as he is today. Thank you! All the staff exude a love for animals are are passionate and wonderful at their job.

This clinic is amazing, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, everyone goes the extra mile to help provide information and support, getting an appointment is always easy and they are always on time. The office is also beautiful and clean all the time.

I'd specifically like to call out Dr. Alex (I think that's his name). He's by far the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with in general, better than my personal doctors, dentists, whoever. His bedside manor is amazing, he's super knowledgeable, and even when you're bombarding him with questions never makes you feel rushed or silly. I can't say enough good things about this guy.

They offer superior service. A vet will come to your home by appointment to assess your pets. They also offer a delivery service for food and litter. Very friendly as well.

Always have had a great experience here with the staff. Dr. Alex is amazing with our Callie and did such an amazing job with her spay! He is super patient as she is a unruly little puppy!

Great expectation, HUGE disappointment.
This review is for their grooming service not the veterinary care as I have zero knowledge of the latter.
The appointment was specifically made ensuring that my dog would not be crated and I was assured there was a dog run so there would be no need. I was told it would be about an hour or so and I arrived at the 1: 15 mark to find my WET DOG crying in a crate alone. When I found the groomer and asked what was going on, Sh said he didn’t like the blow dryer and she left my anxious, very wet dog to dry off in the crate. She THEN decided to offer a blow dry to which I declined. I paid IN FULL questioning why this happened. I called to ask why it happened and I still have not heard. That was almost a month ago and it still bothers me so much that I had to write this. Not so much as a “sorry”.
If you are unable to provide a service, just say so, DO NOT LIE TO CLIENTS. Lots of places crate so just say it. If I wanted my dog in a crate like that I would take him to a commercial pet centre that sticks the dogs in crates and leaves them for hours.

Super disappointed in the service with this vet clinic lately. My first couple visits were okay but as time has gone on the service has become quite poor. Half the time when you call, the girls who answer the phones are less then helpful and seem annoyed that you're calling. I've had a couple good vets but I've been getting one the last few times that doesn't seem interested in being in the room and just wants to be in and out. Also tries to push more expensive tests then needed for what I'm coming in for. I like to feel like the people caring for my puppy genuinely care about his well being and I dont get that vibe from all of the staff. You should feel comfortable no matter who you get.

My pups love going into the vet thanks to the incredibly welcoming staff and environment at Neighbourhood Pet Clinic. Great place to take your pet! We brought our lovely little Oreo [shih tzu poodle] in for grooming. Neighbourhood Pet Clinic brought up some other concerns they saw during the grooming procedure which we had not noticed. Early detection saved a lot of heart ache and money in the long run.

They are ok, no there is on the same page and some of their doctors are not that great! However they will arrange for you pet to be picked up and dropped off.
