I love it here! I see Jen for all types of facial treatments and Sandy for injections. I am always impressed with the services that they provide, 10/10 will recommend.

I completed 3 treatments of BBL + Moxy a few months ago on the recommendation of the aesthetician at North Medical and was incredibly disappointed. My reasons for booking the treatment were to target redness, scarring, acne and pigmentation. After my first appointment I noticed a little micro improvement. However, for the subsequent two appointments the studio rebooked me with a different aesthetician on new dates that didn’t work with my schedule (they didn’t provide reason for the rebooking, however). Due to the sun sensitivity with these treatments, rebooking was incredibly challenging. The second aesthetician I saw for these next two sessions was very kind but I didn’t see any results. Like absolutely nothing. For $$$$ this was incredibly disappointing. The original aesthetician I saw booked me for a follow up appointment and admitted that she didn’t see any difference, and in fact my skin might look worse than pre-treatment! She apologized and admitted that she was incredibly disappointed with the outcome of my treatments and would discuss with her boss and hopefully follow-up with an additional free treatment. However I never received the follow-up.

The staff were very kind and informed, but getting the appointments rebooked on new dates with a different aesthetician were disappointing and I think responsible for seeing zero zilch results. I know the studio has great reviews and I’m sure it’s been excellent for many customers, but just keep in mind scheduling and consistent aestheticians if you’re looking to book any major $$$$ appointments.

This was my first foray into reparative skin treatments and I don’t think I’ll be wasting my money on these treatments again!

Went for a hydrafacial yesterday, the facial itself was amazing but it was supposed to be for 60 minutes? We started 10-15 minutes late and ended 20 mins early, I feel like it was cut back on time. I know there’s a 15 minute consultation but my facial was literally cut back by half. I came to this place seeing all the good reviews, the price was around 254, not worth the money for only 25 minutes rather than the promised 60 minutes. Won’t be back or won’t recommend

I visited the clinic a few weeks ago and felt compelled to write them a great review. I didn’t actually have a treatment here yet because after discussing my skin with a specialist here we felt it was better to wait before doing anything. It was a breath of fresh air going somewhere where the staff is knowledgeable and truly cares about my skin instead of trying to sell me on something that I wasn’t comfortable doing. I just need to say thank you for being so understanding and that this is so rare to find! I will be booking my facials here once my skin settles. Thank you so much

Their staff is always helpful and informative. I’ve done multiple facials with Jen and she is absolutely amazing.

I have been to North Medical Spa a few times for different treatments. The first treatment I had was the hydrafacial. Although it felt nice, I found that it didn't really do much for me and I didn't get that glow everyone was raving about. I then purchased a package of 3 chemical peels. Again, I felt like the chemical peels didn't work for me or weren't strong enough. The staff were friendly and the spa was super relaxing, however, I just felt like they didn't take the time to look at my scan results to provide a personalized recommendation based on my skin concerns.

I had someone from North Med reach out just for feedback on my experience. Katie was super sweet and genuinely cared about rectifying my experience. I came in again for another consult and facial and loved it, along with all the products they recommended. It shows that they really care about their clients and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited the location in Toronto for a cortisol injection last month for three cystic acne. The doctor seemed very competent and trustworthy. She injected the same cystic acne 2-3 times and now I am left with a blue ring around where the pimple was and a dip in the skin where she injected. Likely, the doctor administered too much into each injection site and did not take into consideration that I had asked her to be light handed. Hopefully this provides some caution to others considering this type of cosmetic injection.

I had a Hydrafacial yesterday. The receptionists were really friendly. I went for a signature hydrafacial. On the website it claims that it is a 60 minute treatment but it was in total 45 minutes. I feel as though it should cost less if less time is being spent. This part should be more transparent. There are many other providers offering 45 minute facials for less of the cost. Another person recently commented on this issue. I do think this should be reviewed by management.

Not sure whether the website or the esthetician was in the wrong. The esthetician was very friendly and I did really like my end results.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough, particularly for anyone who is just starting their journey with skincare treatments. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals.

My first Dysport treatment with Emely was an absolute game-changer. She took the time to thoroughly explain the process and address any concerns I had, making the entire experience seamless and comfortable.

If you're looking for a transformative skincare experience, this is undoubtedly the place to go.

North Medical is literally the only spot I trust to keep my face RIGHT.

I’ve experienced a handful of different services here from Botox to facials to nails (for a little while) and I’ve never ever ever been disappointed.

The staff are insanely welcoming, helpful, personal, hilarious, and drop dead gorgeous. Every single member.

I’ve seen a few aestheticians over the past few years and they’re all incredible (genuinely) but special shout out to Sandy. He’s my GUY. Nails it every time. The most chill energy and is super real with setting expectations and answering my chaotic questions.

North medical is by far the best medical spa I have ever been to. I just finished a package of chemical peels and it has done wonders for my skin. The staff at North are welcoming, warm, and extremely knowledgeable (about the treatment’s and their products). I would recommend North to anyone!

Great experiences and treatments with Emma, Kelly and Kerri. Consultations are top notch, because they answer all your questions and make tailored recommendations based on your needs and concerns. No pressure. Highly recommend!

Best chemical peel and hydra facials in the city! I’ve been a customer here since they opened and I’ve always had wonderful experiences with the staff and aestheticians. I’ve been seeing Kerri for over a year and am so so pleased with her advice and my results - definitely book in with her if you can!

Skincare heaven!

When I moved to Toronto, I struggled with my acne and blemishes. I came to North Medical for a skin consult and treatment three years ago and hadn’t looked back!

Update: I really appreciated how the North Medical Spa team reached out to me from my initial review, and tried sincerely to rectify my experience. I had a very enjoyable follow up appointment and commend them for their customer service and understanding! Thank you very much to the spa team.

I booked a 75 minute BR facial a couple days ago upon the recommendation of a friend, but left quite disappointed: (. My understanding was that the facial itself would be 60 minutes, with 15 minutes for consultation/room turnover, but the entire experience was done in under an hour. The facial itself was alright, but at close to $300 after tax and tip, it didn’t sit right to be cut back on time.

I've had several different amazing treatments at North Medical. My die hard, must do, is Chemical Peels with Jennifer. She was so patient with me when I first came and was nervous but she put me at ease with her knowledge right away. I tell anyone who will listen to go see her and have your skin changed forever. The entire staff at North is fantastic and super helpful, and of course the space is gorgeous.

I’ve walked into this place twice. Once I was curious what services they had to offer and the second time I was curious about some products that I saw online. The first time, I asked for a list of services and they said they didn’t have one. So I prompted them, “Botox, filler, and perhaps some others? ”. The girl replied that she has those but it really depended on what I was looking for. Honestly, I was just lightly curious but given that she wasn’t very helpful, I didn’t want to waste my time to continue to probe. And I frankly shouldn’t have to if they are looking to welcome more customers. The second time I went I was looking for some last minute gifts and the front desk staff again was not very helpful. It felt like I was burdening them by asking questions. It felt like both times I had to pull teeth to get any sort of information from them.

I can find these products and services elsewhere but I gave one extra star because you can find them all in one physical place here which is great. From the other reviews, it seems like the staff that perform procedures are competent and care about their customers. I’m not sure I would want to risk it given my experience so far.

Recently visited the new North Medical Spa location downtown Oakville. What a gorgeous space! From the moment I walked in, the staff created a welcoming and comfortable environment. Amanda C took great care of me for my chemical peel, and I found the Skin Consultation very helpful and informative. Thank you to the North Medical Spa team for providing a lovely experience. I'll be back soon, and would definitely recommend!

When I walked into North Medical for the first time, there was an immediate sigh of relief that I knew I came to the right place. Not only is it extremely clean and an aesthetically pleasing space but also professional and relaxing. Ivana, was my esthetician and she made my experience incredible from start to finish. She was kind, knowledgeable, and honest about what she thought would be the best treatment without trying to push any products on me. It was very relaxing and I felt amazing after, and my skin looked felt and looked incredible. I can't stop going back and I highly recommend you do the same - you won't regret it!

A GLOW LIKE NO OTHER. Ivana (my trusted aesthetician) is so knowledgable and attentive to my skin care needs — I have never glowed the way I do after an Ivana-serviced-hydrafacial. She also has the hands of an angel and literally puts me to sleep whenever I go in to see her (and as someone who is not a napper, this is incredibly impressive).

I cannot complaint about the service received, however, feeling the clinic took an advantage of me.
I went to the clinic to remove skin tags (milia in my case).
During the consultation I have been told that one appointment will be enough. I did not have too many spots to remove, and they were small.
I was told that the cost will be $150, and the appointment will be 40 minutes.
At the end of the 1st appointment I was told that I have to come back for another appointment, because I have one more skin tag to be removed, and it couldn't be removed at the 1st appointment because it requires more time. I was surprised to hear that, but did not argue and booked 2nd appointment.
My second appointment was short and I honestly do not understand why the clinic couldn't finish the procedure on the 1st appointment.
I was waiting for the procedure twice longer that the previous time, which doesn't look like was necessary, just specialist was not inside the room during that time. The actual procedure barely took 5 minutes.
After I paid at the front desk, I received an invoice that I have been charged the same amount as previous time ($169.50), even that it was for only one skin tag to be removed.
Their invoice states "3 units of skin tag removal priced $50.00 per unit".
When I asked the lady from the front desk about the invoice, she told me this is the way they run invoices there, and she was not able to explain me what 3 units that I have been charged for mean.
Looking back at what happened, I have a feeling that the clinic is misleading their clients. In my case, it feels like they did not finish the procedure on purpose during my first visit, made me pay the full price on the second visit, their front desk was unprofessional because was unable to explain what is written on their invoice, and their invoice does not reflect the actual job that was done.

Update: I would like to thank the North Medical Spa management for prompt response and fast resolution of this situation. They showed they are very customer oriented and are taking such incedents very seriously.

I have now been going to North Medical Spa and seeing Jen for close to 3 years and have never had anything but a great experience. I always feel like she is truly giving me the best advice for my skin (rather than just selling me a product) and will honestly tell me if a treatment is not right for me. Always a fantastic experience. Nurse Sandy took great care of me and my friend, who was having injectables for the first time. The level of client care is exceptional. It is so clean and the atmosphere is beautiful! + their products are fabulous!

Very knowledgeable and professional staff who help inform clients of a variety of comprehensive treatment options. They want to ensure that clients not only get the results they are looking for with treatments, but become more invested and knowledgeable in their entire approach to skin care overall. Excellent product line featuring many exclusive products and brands I have been unable to find elsewhere. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed!

Came here three times and won’t be returning.

Got a hydrafacial twice and didn’t really see any results. The aesthetician jumped straight to suggesting a chemical peel and when I asked why, she didn’t really provide a proper explanation other than to say that if I didn’t get results from one treatment, they’ll try another. No actual reason as to why my skin might acting a certain way, no real explanation of why a peel would be beneficial. Felt like a bit of a money grab.

For my third appointment, I also had some red spots removed. It was about a 5 week wait for the appointment and only 3 of 12 spots actually disappeared after treatment.

Overall, staff are friendly and the facility is clean but professional expertise is definitely lacking.

From the moment you step in the door of this gorgeous spa to the moment you leave, you feel seen, heard and served.

The staff here are so welcoming and amazing at what they do. Received a 5 star facial here and would recommend to anyone looking for a great birthday or Christmas gift!

I recently visited North Medical Spa and I received a wonderful hydro facial. Immediately after my face felt fresh and rejuvenated. Jen was extremely knowledgeable and she recommended some great home care products which I'm loving.

I gifted my mom a treatment at North Medical and she had a fantastic experience. The front staff were super friendly and made her feel very comfortable. Sandy was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind and was able to advice her on the correct treatment based on her desired results. She was very pleased with the experience and the results were also fantastic!

North is my go-to spa for my husband & I. It's my one-stop shop for gifts, and treats for myself (they carry so many goodies and I recently got Vintner's Daughter - my mind is blown). I did a chemical peel with Jennifer a few weeks ago and my skin texture has never been better. I was nervous, as my skin is quite sensitive and reactive. Jennifer was so calm, provided a great service and made top notch product recos that I now love. Trust the process. I almost cried with how smooth my skin looks now! Looking forward to stocking up this holiday season and prepping my skin with another chemical peel in a few weeks.

The receptionists are…. I had to come in for a consult. They could not help me. Called me back to come for another consult. Again could not help. I went round in circles. Looks like a beautiful place but unfortunately they need better front deck staff.

LOVE North Medical. I've been going to this spa since it's opened. Botox and Hydrafacials are my two faves.

Absolutely amazing experience! Marina is so patient and kind especially as it was my first time getting injectables. Her style is very natural and amplifies natural beauty and restores a youthful look. The customer service from the staff at the front desk has always been nothing but professional, kind, caring and organized.

Second this- I highly do not recommend North Medical Spa. Highly unprofessional team with extremely poor customer service to match it. High prices for subpar services. Better options elsewhere 100%

I cannot speak highly enough about this spa! I’ve had 3 chemical peels and laser treatment done by the lovely Nikki. She is beyond kind, professional and honest with her approach. I’m seeing results from the procedures I’ve done. They do a free state of the art skin assessment as well. The spa is absolutely beautiful, yet does not have a snobby pretentious vibe. Highly highly recommended this spa, and will be a client for years to come! Thanks everyone!

I went in for a hydrafacial with Ivana and overall had such a lovely experience! The spa is clean and aesthetically pleasing and Ivana's warm energy welcomed me in and I immediately felt comfortable. She was thorough when explaining the process and patient when answering my questions. She always gave a warning when introducing something new to my face. The facial felt very relaxing and I felt myself dozing off a couple of times. After she finished my skin felt detoxified and plump. I think this is a great treatment for most skin types (I have very sensitive and oily skin) and highly recommend trying it out with Ivana!

Jennifer Eady is 10/10 as a treatment practitioner. She gives excellent facials, using lots of knowledge and kindness explaining every step of the way. The one critique I have, is receiving an email on Jan 1, indicating that prices are going up effective Jan 1. It should’ve been sent before, in my opinion. Bit of a bizarre move, BUT Jennifer and the women at the front desk make up for it!

I really wanted to like this place, but I was unsatisfied. Between the folksy and slow downer Bon Iver music and the on trend decor, I wondered where my money is going. The nurse was really nice and cool, but I came in asking for 50 (my usual dose) units of botox and got 30 after discussing treatment, as I am no expert. I paid quite a bit of money and was hoping for that feeling you get after botox, a week or so later where you feel awesome and refreshed. It never happened. I felt sort of taken for a ride and blinded by all the spa decor and trendy female empowerment messages on their instagram account. My 11's are back with a vengance and I don't look "younger" at all. I've had better botox esewhere. If you're looking for a "light touch" as in looking like you got nothing done, this is the place. Weeks later and the wrinkles are back and I feel like I wasted my money. I used to wait 12 weeks at my old clinic to return, but I'm visiting another clinic now. Notice the instagram has few before and after results. Really too bad because I really wanted to find a place I could keep coming back to.
