They were fantastic! I’m having an issue with one of my dogs and they fit me in at the last minute before they closed. I didn’t feel rushed at all with the dr, and they were absolutely lovely despite my stress. Grateful that people, and businesses, like this exist. Thank you NOAH!

I've been using NOAH's services for many years. I've seen a number of different vets over the years and have always been pleased with the service. I recently saw Dr Sue who was really knowledgeable and explained my dogs issue, she also provided printouts on her condition. Holly is never anxious about going there and is always treated very well.

From the moment you walk in the clinic door, you feel welcome, supported and cared about. NOAH team has taken care of my puppy for the past thirteen years and his well being has always been attended to as tho he were one of their own pets. NOAH makes us feel like we are the most important and that is a very special quality of theirs. Now that Nemo is in his senior years, I feel confident with the care we are receiving and trust Dr Jen and Dr Sue immensely! Xoxx

Use to sell the Urinary SO 1.5kg dry cat food for $22 and after two months increased price to $31.41% price increase doesn’t seem fair to us who are forced to feed this based on health conditions and it seems like you are taking advantage of inflation. I was suppose to switch my cat here but am seriously rethinking it because if it can happen with food will services increase by 41% too?

Really liked this animal hospital the first time I went. My dog has seasonal allergies so I called to inquire a price about a shot to help with her itching and paw licking. I was informed that it would be $50-$80 based on the dogs weight. When I got to the vet, thank goodness I asked for a price inquiry beforehand, I was told it would be $216 for my 66lb black female lab. I refused the shot and thanked them for their time, though I am less than enthused about wasting my own time. Looks like I’ll be on the search for another veterinarian.

Very disappointed with customer service.

It's a long story. I've been taking my kitten there since I got him at a few weeks old and Dr. Erika have been fantastic and thorough that I felt confident. I had his neuter surgery booked, the day of the procedure we showed up for our appointment and doors were locked, I called to have him checked in and they said someone will meet us by the door to let us in. As we were approaching the door another client rushed infront of us with a massive dog (I know she didn't have an appointment based on the conversation) nevertheless they wouldn't let us in and continued to serve this client. It was a super windy chilly day and I'm holding a nervous cat trying to read and sign paperwork on a flower pot outside the clinic.
I tried to put that behind me, surgery went well and I picked up my pet later that day which was most important.
The follow up appointment was booked for 10days after on a Monday because the Saturday was booked. Prior to the appointment I called to ask if they can call me on the Sat if someone cancels, the person who answered was very rude and abrupt. I told her I just started a new job and can't take time off on the Monday and I may be running late. She said you have 5 mins because the doctor have to go home and you are the last appointment. My appt was 5: 30 and keep in mind they closed at 7. I said can you call me if someone cancel on the Sat she said "no we already have a wait list" and continue being rude. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable but simply trying to find an appropriate time that works. I told her cancel the appointment and expressed my disappointment, she definitely didn't seem to care she certainly had an attitude with me and it seems like no one else cares either because no one attempted to contact me to see how my pet is doing. I can't express how dissatisfied I am, I had higher hopes for this clinic, but seems like all they care about is money because they kept trying to push for unnecessary blood work or other services but they won't call to follow up on a surgery they performed, so obviously the lack of care is all about the money.
The technician the day of his surgery was very sweet and Dr. Erika is very caring so I'm giving the positive stars based on them, don't know about the rest.
UPDATE; Over two months since the surgery and not even a phone call to ask how he's doing!

Everyone at the hospital has been great to deal with. We were new to clinic in November when our dog cut his carpal pad and I needed to find a new vet quickly. They couldn't have been more helpful from beginning to end. We've just been back recently for a different issue and received the same great service and care. Even had a follow-up call before the weekend, just to make sure he was doing ok.

NOAH has time and time again proven their devotion to this community through their love and attention they give our pets. I have had four cats under their care and could not have asked for better service.

They have handled every little illness, hiccup and life ending sickness my pets have gone through with grace and compassion.

They will always go out of their way to see your pet if they can, they will always answer the phone, and they will never leave you alone.

We have lost two cats in the past three years and NOAH made sure we had every bit of support needed while going through the incredible loss, and did every single thing they could to give us as much time with our pets as we could.

Saying thank you is not enough, you are all heros, you are all my angels.

Incredible staff and wonderful service! Incredibly attentive to my dog and our family as our dog went through a health crisis this summer. The care that was shown to us all was above and beyond our expectations. Without their quick diagnosis and treatment, I don't think my dog would have survived. Everyone from the moment you walk in, demonstrates a level of caring for the animals (and their humans) that truly is exceptional. Would not take my dog anywhere else!

During Covid, it is difficult to get a full feeling and understanding when we are not with our pets inside the doctors rooms but Dr Claire and her team are absolutely wonderful and treated our dog Duke, with the utmost, love, care and empathy. I trust this place because they never push me to excessive check up for my dog and I can see that all staffs treat animals like a friend.

The staff was very friendly and very professional. When I phoned them they told me to come right down and when I got there, they took my cat in promptly and looked after him very well.

Fantastic care with the emphasis on "care". The culture of the Animal Hospital is on of caring. Our furry children are loved by the staff as much as we love them. We receive follow up calls asking for updates and feedback and our dogs really enjoy visiting and being pampered.

NOAH is an awesome place for your fur babies medical care. All of the staff are engaged and concerned about the well being of your animal (s).
One of the best things is if you have Trupanion pet insurance they will bill direct! So, if your deductible has been met your payment is much less.

We have been going here since our dog was picked up from the breeder. The front desk staff is terrific. They are very busy but they responsive and great with responding to emails or getting back to you on something. Our dog is now 5 and over those years we have dealt with 3 of the vets and we love them all. I really think they know what they are doing. They also know when to refer the dog to a specialist which in our case has happened 2x due to complicated liver and teeth issues. In addition, they are kind and compassionate. Our situation was not an easy one because he is quite ill and the dog can be difficult to deal with. But they treat him so well and have been amazing, supportive and responsive for all of his needs. I highly recommend them. Wouldn't go elsewhere.

Dr. Sarah is the most caring, knowledgeable and dedicated veterinarian. She has looked after our animals for twenty years and has always done her very best to give them the best care.

First visit to this clinic as we recently moved to the area. Both the vet and staff were incredibly attentive and caring to our cat's needs while providing an above and beyond service. Recently took our mini Schnauzer in for his checkup and Rabies vaccine. Sinead at the front desk was welcoming and good with our nervous little guy. Dr Jen took her time examining Jake and we discussed any concerns with her during the appointment. All in all good experience! Keep up the great work.
