We used Northstar to remove a family of squirrels from our roof/attic, Shakeel came within a day of our initial phone call did the inspection, returned 2 days later to install. He was fast, professional and overall a very nice person! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for pest removal!

Excellent service. Shakeel went above and beyond when removing a birds nest in my bathroom vent. He replaced all of my vent covers and added extra wire covers to keep them out. He always called to let me know when he was on his way and how long he would be. He was prompt, courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

Noises in my ceiling freaked me out, called North Star and was able to get the service on the same day. Thankfully they removed the raccoon from the attic and I could have my sleep back. I have found them very knowledgeable, polite and very professional. Would highly recommend.

Racoons was trying to enter our house digging holes from the ceiling. We called Shakeel as soon as we noticed the threat from the wildlife. He responded and arrived quickly at our house. The racoon maked two big holes, one on the roof and one on the soffit. Shakeel helped us to block one of the hole and set up an one way door on the other hole. Everything were done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Shakeel to anybody who need help in removing wildlife animals from their place.
