North Stills

I placed my order 4 months ago and was told that there would be a 4 weeks delay before the order could be shipped. After two months and a half of waiting, I was told that there was only one part of my order that was missing, so I asked them to ship the rest of the order. The shipment was missing 4 parts in total. I only received the boiler (to be fair, the quality is good, which is why I give two stars), so I can't do anything with it. North Stills stopped answering me 1 month ago and I have no clue about when I may receive the other parts that I need.

I ordered from these guys talked to Dylan and received my equipment the same week. Super happy with the quality of the still. 10/10 would recommend!
