Worse receptionist.not include my family physician name on my report with my request. Disconnect my call halfway when I said it’s CPSO policy they can add family physician name Called again talk rudely with me and disconnected.

No star! The PFT technician looks so depressed! The place/space is so depressing and no proper explanation as what to expect before, during and after the test. He wants the appointment done ASAP and BLUNT affect at all. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This is the third sleep clinic I’ve visited and this place is by far the nicest. The space is very clean and they even have showers too! I hated the feeling of gel in my hair and this was the first clinic I’d seen to include showers.

The rooms were spacious, with a fairly large bed and a TV. They also have a communal kitchen if you want to store your snacks/breakfast.

The last two clinics I’ve visited were in the basement, making it "gloomy" and a little scary to go in at night. This clinic on the other hand is on the ground level.

It’s a shame to see all the bad reviews because this is a really nice sleep clinic.

Had to reschedule twice, because of you know.life.and was berated by the receptionist who kept cutting me off, and speaking to me as if I were a child.

Can't wait to be spoken to like this in-person!

Avoid this place at ALL COSTS.

The receptionist was unbelievably condescending during every interaction I was unfortunate enough to have with her.

The doctor himself, Dr. Bhalla, is an absolute piece of work - he chose to report me to the MTO after I missed a phone call appointment, which resulted in a suspension of my driver's license. Took me over a week to get in contact with him following that, then he chose to dangle my license in front of me like a carrot on a stick, and tell me that "if I kept giving him attitude" that he would make the suspension longer. All this, mind you, from someone who I never met in person - the doctor can't be bothered to do in person appointments, just phone calls that you'll be punished for if you happen to miss them.

Fast forward a few months, after being told that the paperwork to reinstate my license was filed, I waited almost a month with no response from the MTO. Called the MTO - turned out no paperwork was ever filed. The office staff's response? "Oh. Oops. " I ended up going almost 6 months without a license.

This place is an absolute joke, not a single staff member is interested in the wellbeing of their patients. If you had a poor experience here, I strongly encourage you to reach out to the Ontario College of Physicians and file a formal complaint. This absolute debacle of a medical practice engages in a lack of care that borders on negligence, and should be held accountable. DO NOT accept a referral from any doctor to this sleep centre.

Rude and untrained staffs only want to charge our tax dollar funded OHIP - and then harass you constantly to sell their snake oil sleeping aid products (sure they claim they don't sell them, but they will REFER to someone to hard sell those snake oil products - to a level of harassment). Will never recommend anyone to go there for a health issue. Rude and dishonest people don't belong to this society.

When I want to schedule a sleeping test. The lady receptionist's attitude was really bad, as if she want to push everybody away.
So I will change to another testing center.

Working and have a pretty demanding job. Had to reschedule my appointment a second time and when I asked if it was possible, the receptionist began questioning me as to why I needed it rescheduled as if my personal affairs are of any concern to her. Very rude tone, just decided to cancel the appointment instead. Extremely unprofessional and honestly quite disappointed in this clinic. Would recommend changing your staff.

North Toronto sleep centre is a great sleep lab, went twice for my sleep test, their service is just great.

They are really very neat at their work. I wish them the best.

Had the sleep study done here a number of weeks ago they said I needed a CPAP machine
All of their machines are currently on back order but they could rent me a used one I was uncomfortable with this option
In the meantime they continue to call me to have a follow up AT A COST OF $300 why have a follow up appointment until I purchase a CPAP machine of my own
In the meantime they sent a letter to my family doctor saying I’m refusing treatment and he needs to contact MTO to revoke my drivers license
They seem more concerned about making money then they are addressing your health concerns

I did a sleep study here last week. The facility is quiet and clean. The staff was efficient & courteous. Covid protocols were followed. Check in was quick, & wait for the hook up was m minimal. The technician Islam was helpful, knowledgeable & reassuring. The washrooms were clean & well maintained. I had a comfortable night of sleep. I highly recommend this place.

Last month I had my sleep test at this lab.
The first impression of this Centre is very neat and nice.
I felt safe, my technician Masum was very friendly and explained me everything.
I will recommend this lab to my friends.

Don’t get all of the negative reviews. I was at first hesitant because of them but I can say I had a very good experience.

Very clean facility. Technician who I worked with was was super friendly, respectful and helpful. Was better than I expected.

What can I say? Well nothing good that’s for sure!
The technician, who’s name was Sadar or similar, was a complete jerk.dismissive and plain rude.
Even the woman who took my call, was a rude impatient woman. Talking right over me.
I filled out the satisfaction form and as I was doing it the tech asked me to not say anything bad about him or he’d be fired. Silly me just put fair, instead of poor. After reading the reviews here, I see that the majority of people also had similar or the same, negative experience as I. Some reviews going back two years, shows you how little the owner and management team cares.

Facility was very clean and had all that you need to make you feel comfortable. The technician assisting me felt at times very rushy, not outwardly rude but his demeanor made me feel like I was being rushed. When I would ask questions purely out of curiosity because I have never done the sleep study before I kept being told "not to worry". As for privacy I am not used to someone barging into my bedroom at night. This frighten me a couple of times out of my sleep. There is a speaker to communicate with the technician in the room so some kind of announcement would've been better. Lastly, to the notion of privacy, in the morning after I filled out the survey on my feedback I tucked it under my bed sheets while I went to the bathroom to clean up the goo from the wiring. I came back into my room where all of my personal belongings were to the technician Islam looking for the survey under the bed cover. This part felt violating. My rating is for the cleanliness and practically the clinic offers

I honestly don’t know why this place has such a low rating I went earlier today and it was so welcoming and nice the staff were all very friendly and the doctor who took care of me I believe her name was fahmida was extremely kind she made my experience 10x better she was very gentle when putting on and taking off the wires she brought me a fan and made sure I was comfortable the beds were very soft everything looked clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I have updated my address in December during my sleep study. After 4 months when I get the prescription I found address mentioned old. When I told why it's not changed and requested to change it, they denied even that is their fault.

All the people except for Doc is rude, not accountability, poor instructions, easily defensive and think they're above everyone else. You work for a Doc.don't forget your pay grade and respect the patients who keep you employed - What a joke. Also INTENTIONALLY ripping off wires to 'get back' at you. I can sue for that.

This clinic treats their customers terribly. They are quick to call back to make a sleep appointment, but after the appointment you spend month waiting to hear the results. My result was posted 3 times spanning over 2 months. I will never go again, or refer anyone to this place. Horrible experience.

I would NEVER have a sleep study done at this clinic. Thankful I read these reviews before ever stepping foot in there. The telephone correspondence was more than enough! The term unprofessional is a gift. I could get into more detail, but I'm not going to waste more of my my valuable time on this.

Be prepared to wait over an hour to see the doctor. They overbook routinely. Dr. Bohra is pleasant, but isn't quite on his game. He recommended all sorts of sleep medication and then acted bewildered when they didn't work. And I got the feeling that he never quite believed me when I told him I was extremely fatigued and slept badly. Like a skeptical, patronizing uncle.

Receptionist was ridiculously rude and refers patients as "her patients". You're not an MD, you need to know your place.

I did 2 sleep tests here. The first one was okay. The staff was nice. But in the 2nd one, the staff was a bit not gentle enough when putting wires on me and I guess I was put in a room without steady room temperature. At the first few hours, I was awaken feeling hot; but then when I expressed it’s too hot, they turned the fan on and it wasn’t comfy to me; after switching it off, it’s a bit better but then becoming cooler. It’s so weird as I usually don’t feel that way and I’m sure I wasn’t sick.
Furthermore, when I booked the follow up appointment, they don’t have doctors on weekend! I tried to explain my difficulty and solve the problem but the staff talking to me was quite rude and forceful! Not recommended!

I had the same problem as the last review. I was put in a room with bad ventilation and a little fan next to my head that gave me massive ear pain the next day. I was the only female patient among 5 or 6 male patients. The rooms can not be locked from inside and the wires are very uncomfortable. But that is the least of my complaint as I signed up for it myself. My problem has been the follow up appointment. I simply can't make it on the day and time the specialist is there. They are not only uncooperative and don't want to understand my situation in order to accommodate me but they are rude and threatening to send a refusal letter to my doctor. The staff I talked to over the phone was very very unprofessional and rude. It's all business. They want to charge OHIP as much as they can by booking multiple appointments and follow ups. Not recommended.

Do not go here. Go anywhere else but here. The blonde receptionist is rude, pushy, and overbearing. She thinks she is a doctor and she will yell at you if you don’t do as she tells you. The doctor is absolutely useless. He will prescribe a machine for you then force you to come back time and again for “follow up” appointments. He seems oblivious to why you are there when you show up for these meetings despite the fact that his staff schedule them. The doctor only works office hours, so if you have a 9-5 job, you will have to miss work to attend. If you don’t go, he will threaten to pull your license.

Not sure why so many bad reviews. But I was treated really well at this facility by both day and night staff. It was also very clean and Doctor Balla is great.

Had a horrible experience setting up an appointment at this sleep clinic. Extremely rude person haddleling their customer relations. I don't feel safe in their hands. Next to prison-like mentality.

My wife went to sleep test last night. The appointment was at 9.45 pm.
She was hooked to the wires around 12.00 midnight and the technician told that she will wake her at 6.30 am. During the time, she was a diabetic patient and not helped to go to the washroom during the entire night. The bed covers are all dirty with hair on them. My wife told to change them. They were not changed. In the morning when I went to pick my wife the survey was given at 6.25 am to fill out. Around 6.30am the technician rushed me that she need to leave now and did not give enough time to fill the survey. It was the worst experience we had in 35 years in Canada

I have no idea how this place got such a low rating. I just finished my sleep study, and I could not be happier with how it went. Not only did they bump my appointment up for me, the tech who took care of me all night was so friendly and comforting. The bed was big and comfortable (Although, I saw some of the other rooms, and the beds seem to be different sizes, so it might just be luck about which one you get.) the room was neat and clean, and all I had to do was say Washroom in the middle of the night, and the tech popped in almost immediately to help me. They provided things for a shower, even offering me a towel. Literally, the only negative thing I can say about my experience is that there was no bathroom mat to keep the floor dry after I had my shower in the morning.

Horrible day receptionists. Tried to force next appointment on you. Hold the Dr. Prescription till you make next appointment. Gave my phone number to sales representative for trying their machines. Night staff nice. But, Will never go back to that center.

Receptionist is rude. Have no sense of respect and slams the phone before resolving any sort of conflicts of appointment.
