Ashley is so knowledgable, Yesterday I had a skin consultation. It was very in-depth and I learned so much. She set me up with great products I’m in love with, and I’ve already booked my next appointment for a treatment. I can’t recommend her enough.

I was experiencing some severe dryness and swelling in my eyes. I wanted to get some advice on the swelling and learn about a procedure called sculptra. We booked a consult and not only did the owner Ashley spend some quality time with me she extended the consultation to address all of my concerns. It's been a week since my consultation and my eyes are no longer swollen. We figured out the issues! Her knowledge exceeded my expectations. I felt so heard and my issues were addressed and rectified. We discussed booking sculptra (which I will book) but determined due to some skin issues it was best to wait. I felt valued and heard. I highly recommend reaching out if you have any concerns or are looking into any procedures!

North Valley is the only place I will go for my Botox. Ashley is so knowledgeable and takes such a natural approach to injecting. She is so accommodating and the clinic is beautiful. You wont be disappointed.

Booked my first experience to have Botox done. Spa is clean, location is key as right off exit of Bayfield and clinicians were professional. I am dissatisfied with Botox injections as I didn’t receive results as thought or discussed in the forehead & 11 area. This was my first time but I expected results. Cost me almost $400 so as you can see that is disappointing. I will be trying another clinic in the next 2 weeks that was recommend and compare my treatment.

I’ve been going to Ashley to minimize my fine lines for years, her professionalism and compassion for helping others feel and look their best is unmatched. Ashley puts your mind at ease and is so gentle you can barely feel your injection. I went today for a derma facial and it was incredible. Warm comfy bed, and my pores deeply cleaned. I felt comfortable and welcome and my skin felt fantastic after. Love it, even signed up for the monthly facial package.
Then I followed it up with my B12 and Lipotropic injection. I just LOVE these shots. The energy I get from them is amazing and gives me a new burst for life. Workouts have been better, I’m alert longer, and just have more pep in my step. Such great service every time I go to North Valley. My one stop shop for skin care and health treatments. A must place to add to your beauty treatments.

My visit was amazing. The place is stunning, clean.warming and welcoming, the girl at the front desk was so friendly and they had the most delish truffles out I had to have 2 of them.lol. Ashely was so professional. Made me feel so welcome and was so quick at it.no pain and she was really warming and welcoming.loved the experience!

I’ve been getting injections from Ashley for over a year now, and she never disappoints! She is extremely knowledgeable, and works closely with you to figure out exactly what you need. Not only does it feel like I’m hanging out with a friend when I go to get my treatments done, but the clinic is SO beautiful, and extremely clean. I am a new Nurse Injector and was looking for further training on new skills and techniques. Ashley was everything I was looking for in a teacher. She was extremely knowledgable, professional, kind, patient, passionate, the list goes on. The 1: 1 training helped me gain further skills and confidence. Feeling a bit out-of-shape with Covid gym closures my partner and I started lipotropic injections with her. He’s lost 27 lbs, I’ve lost 23 lbs and that weight is staying off. The injections give us improved energy and have greatly reduced any food cravings. We feel great, and I’ve dropped from a snug size 10 to size 6.

I recently decide to go along with my procedure and was blown away with not only the results but the professionalism and knowledge is absolutely above and beyond. I came in a little nervous about getting my lips done as I have never done this before but Ashley and her team made me feel SO comfortable and reassured me and led me through the whole process which took just over an hour. This was my first time ever experience for Botox and PDO threads. This is all new to me and I didn’t have much knowledge of any of the procedures. She focuses on achieving 'natural' results, and with 15 years of experience behind, I deferred to her recommendation which I am glad I did. Hardly felt a thing, she really has the magic touch! Ashleigh is not just an expert in her field, she has a genuine caring for the people she is looking after and in a field like this, I would imagine, such authentic care is hard to find. Today, I had teeth whitening and I am so impressed with not only the beautiful, clean clinic, but also how kind and knowledgeable and professional Ashley is. She explained the entire process and had me feeling at complete ease.

When I walked in the door, she kindly asked for me to remove my shoes (offered slippers), and hand sanitizer. I appreciate how clean the clinic is. A must when having procedures or treatments!

With my teeth whitening, she turned off the lights and I was able to add on a hand massage while I waited. So relaxing!
