North York Smile Centre is very clean with great Covid protocol in place. The staff wear masks & face shields while working on your teeth. Everything was covered with protective dental wraps. Sophie was my hygienist & is always very gentle but at the same time extremely thorough at cleaning my teeth.
Dr Eisen is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s a very gentle & caring man. He does great cosmetic dentistry too. My smile has never looked so good. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely Excellent! I had quite a major reconstructive procedure done which required maybe 10’s of visits over the last year and a half. From Dr. Eisen who did the surgeries and follow up to the meticulous cosmetic work done by Kosta (he’s a real perfectionist), to Bessie for her support and wit and to all the administrative and clinical staff. Everyone is excellent at what they do. Everyone is so personable and I cannot praise this clinic enough. Many of the team here have a tenure of well over 10 and 20 years which tells you everything. Staff at North York Smile Centre are all very professional and friendly. Dr. Eisen, our family dentist for over 30 years, provides excellent, patient-centred care and superb communication skills. Sophie handles my cleaning and maintenance visits with a great deal of skill and a friendly style. All of the clinical and administrative staff are great and I feel fortunate for having their care and service.

I had a cleaning with Dr Lucy at Smile Center in North York. She was excellent! Since it was the first time she worked with me she took the time get to know my dental care habits and personal concerns. During the cleaning I felt very comfortable given that her moves were smooth and gentle at all times. Shelley is the most amazing oral hygienist, she achieved in 1.5 hours what others couldn't in 2 hours. Experienced, knows how to use her tools, no pain or discomfort and super clean teeth. WOW! Added bonus is that she is a really nice person as well and I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Jensen has caused me life long jaw problems after a wisdom teeth extraction and did not offer any compassion or help afterwards. Don't go here.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Robbie Eisen and his staff. I was treated like I was his only patient, with all his attention and gentle caring. He took his time to explain everything he was going to do to my mouth. I did not feel a thing as he worked on my tooth that needed a root canal. I am now going to be a patient in this office. I would highly recommend him and the office to all my family and friends. His staff are all concerned and I felt as if I had been going there for years, but I was a new patient with a problem that he fixed with no issues.

Dr. James Ko had done a professional work on my upper back tooth. I did not feel any pain during the root canal process and the crowning was done in an hour by top-notched 3-D printing machine.
He will also show what the problem of your teeth and the treatment fee is fair and reasonable. Very Professional!

Dr Jesin is amazing. I had a small piece of tooth to help him reconstruct my broken eye tooth in 20 minutes. I’m really appreciative for his excellent knowledge and skills. I’d highly recommend him.

This was a fantastic experience for me (besides the pain) and I am not new to dental work! I had to remark in the office that it was like everyone had undergone the same "etiquette training". Staff is very diligent and easy to communicate with - from booking an appointment to the end of your dental procedure. They have a good team.

They had offered me sedation before I got my wisdom teeth out. I requested that and I definitely wanted it because I have bad anxiety. Then on the day-of, they didn’t mention anything about sedation, and it seemed like there wouldn’t be any - I had to ask about it and that’s when they said no, we don’t have any sedation, because the shipment is late. It’s as if they were hoping that I forgot about it or something. So with the unexpected change I started getting bad anxiety but I stuck through it because I didn’t want to waste anyones time. I had what I think was an anxiety attack throughout, and was crying. The pain wasn’t that bad I just think I was in shock from the last minute change. I know I am an adult who “shouldn’t” be crying about it, and I didn’t throw a tantrum or anything, I just had bad anxiety— But Then when I was finished, my face was puffy and my eyes red from the crying and all the staff in the office was just staring at me as though they never saw anyone who had cried before. I felt very judged. I just think that they should have given me a heads up and time to mentally prepare if there wasn’t going to be any sedation and maybe the last minute shock wouldn’t have made me have an anxiety attack. This was a year ago but I just feel I have to change the review because I still remember it as a difficult experience.

I really appreciated the clear information from this dentist during an exam: this is what we're checking for, this is what a good/bad result would be, and this is what we're finding in your teeth. They give you the facts so you're not relying on interpretation or guesswork, and you can make decisions on an equal footing.

I also appreciated that they didn't do any hard sell of unnecessary tests and procedures. My previous dentist often tried to pressure me into insanely frequent cleanings and x-rays, but this team was much more reasonable in their recommendations. I will be going back.

Dr. Jerry Jesin is an excellent dentist and his assistant Tess makes each procedure effortless and comfortable. We typically use Dr. Jesin for regular dentistry however today my son saw him in consultation for a smile correction to close the gaps on his teeth. Dr. Jesin is the only dentist who offered to do a mock up of what it would look like, since changing his face through altering his smile is a big decision and we weren’t willing to jump into this without knowing what the results would look like first.

Needless to say the results were incredible, my son was thrilled and we are definitely booking to have this procedure done ASAP! Without the mock up I’m not sure we would have been convinced.

I've been seeing Dr. Jerry Jesin for all of my adult years and I'm now 63 ~ he's extremely professional, the offices are clean and beautiful ~ I highly recommend North York Smile Centre.

I had a wonderful cleaning today with Shelley; and as always all the staff are very courteous and friendly. Shelly took the time to show me how to floss properly and to clean my retainer with the ultra sonic unit at the clinic.

I know it sounds weird to say this about a dentists office but I LOVE this place. Dr. Eisen is the BEST and everyone in the hygienic and admin staff is absolutely lovely, no matter how busy they are - which is very - in this bustling practice. Despite the busyness they don’t overbook and I have never waited long. The ONLY downside for me is the kinda pricey parking but it is easy to get to by transit.and even if you’re driving and have to pay for parking, if you’re happy going to the dentist’s office that may make it worth it for you, as it is for me.

As always, Shelley my hygenist was great! We had great conversation in a relaxing atmosphere with all the comfort she could provide as dental visits go. My teeth look and feel great. Thank you Dr. Jessin and Shelley.

Had a root canal treatment with Dr. Jesin. I could not be more satisfied with the results. Dr. Jesin and his team are professional, friendly and dedicated. I'm very happy with my dentist!

Had a very poor experience, due to poor scheduling and inability to see me to correct the misaligned bite. Throughout treatment felt rushed.

Had 2 root canals done, fillings were left high. I phoned in and they were not able to see me for a full week. Over that week due to a misaligned bite and grinding of teeth I broke 2 more teeth and had to have another root canal.

Both teeth that broke were not in the treatment plan that the dentist worked out. Hence they were additional expenses and unplanned. When confronted the dentist said oh it was a cavity. Even though xrays and full examination did not highlight any treatment of the broken teeth.

If the bite was corrected within a reasonable time, Im sure the extra pain and suffering could've been avoided.

Go somewhere else if follow up care and scheduling is important.

We have been with North York Smile Centre for over a decade. When we moved out of the North York area we found a dentist that was much closer to us in Mississauga but after a couple visits we decided to go back to North York Smile Centre even though it’s a half hour drive. They are so much better and explain everything. The staff if friendly and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

I have been going to this office for years. My Hygienist Sophie was amazing as always. The rest of the staff are very friendly as well. Highly recommend.
