I can’t recommend this location for any parents getting imaging done. The day of our appt, they told my wife and I that I, the father, was not allowed in the room for the Anatomy Scan as it was their ‘policy’. This was not communicated before hand or displayed anywhere. They also have no screen for my wife’s to see what’s happening while the scan is happening.

Additionally, while I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes, 2 other women came in to let the front staff know they could not get ahold of them to schedule an appointment. I overheard they tried by phone, voicemail and email with no one getting back to them.

The staff were un-empathetic, rude and dismissive even questioning why I’d want to see that. Worst ultrasound experience I’ve ever experienced or heard of. We’ve shared with with our OB to not recommend this clinic anymore, either.

Technician put me at ease for what was an uncomfortable 2day procedure and she was there the 2nd day also.thank you soo much.

I was nervous about my visit because of the procedure I had to do but the reception and the tech made it welcoming and relaxing. I really appreciated it.

Change rooms are small, dirty and poorly lit. Staff is often rude and abrupt. Some of the ultrasound techs need a lot of training in how to interact with patients. I'd recommend you avoid room 6, that tech is particularly unprofessional.

I already went there for different procedures and I'm planning to make that location for my regular check up. I never had so detailed reports from any other medical centers. Techs here are pay a lot of attention to the job they do. Even they're pretty busy I didn't wait for my appointment very long.

Went for my very first obstetrical ultrasound as a first time mom. Was really excited and a bit anxious hoping for some reassurances, but unfortunately did not get it. Reception was very nice, however my technician was extremely unfriendly and rude. She didn’t introduce herself so I didn’t get her name. I brought my partner hoping he could share the experience with me, but she told him he had to wait outside. I asked if he was going to be able to come in but she said it depended on what she found on the ultrasound. From the time she told me to undress she was barking orders at me to do this and do that. And when I had trouble understanding her, she yelled at me.

When she was doing the exam she did not let me see the screen to put my mind at ease and then she scolded me for drinking too much water and that it was my fault she wouldn’t be able to get the best pictures. She seemed very impatient. She finally invited my partner into the room at the end and gave us literally 2 mins to Look at the screen, I couldn't even take a video of my baby’s heartbeat. Then when I asked “is this the babies head”, she pointed at the screen, and sarcastically said “well what do you think if this where is the heartbeat coming from”. And shut the screen off right away. I am appalled at this experience and will never be going back there again for any of my future ultrasounds. I feel she robbed of my experience as a first time mom.

The True North Imaging is amazing. The staff are friendly, the place is super clean and they are always right on schedule.

I didn’t actually have a positive experience. I went in for a sono and the doctors couldn’t successfully perform the test.they tried twice.it was awfully painful and I wouldn’t recommend.

Really nice experience at this office. Staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The clinic is also very clean. I've been to other ultrasound clinics where the staff are so rude. Nice to go to a place where you feel comfortable.

Staff were terrific. Professional and very accommodating with a last minute time-sensitive appointment when another site in their "Imaging Family" was unable to book anything for three weeks. This has now become my go-to location.

It’s not an ideal experience, the technician of the ultrasound was very nice and let us see our baby but the women in the front are extremely rude, honestly I don’t understand how people can be so rude without reason

I have been to many places, but I'm surprised by the technician here. Sweet and super fast. The service was speedy, and throughout that, I regret paying for a full 1hr for parking.

I’ve been there for 4 times, the receptionist so rude and they don’t know how to talk with the patients, also last time I have an appointment at 10 am and they told me I have to go there 10 min earlier, I waited there almost 1hr for my appointment and I went inside at 10: 50 am for my ultrasound.

This facility still employs mind boggling policies like no spouses in the waiting room and limited ultrasound sit-ins. If you’re so terrified of getting a flu or cold just shut down your clinic at this point. Avoid this idiotic place at all costs, there’s plenty other ultrasound clinics with normal policies and staff that aren’t afraid of their shadow.

Nor sure my my original review has turned blank but my doctor advised me I would be going for an ABDOMINAL US. This was at the request of my doctor. When I received the req it included transpelvic and transvaginal. I had to decline the transvaginal ultrasound THREE TIMES (First by crossing it off on my req, second at the check-in of my appointment and third, while on the table. I found this highly inappropriate. I was serious in declining and should NOT have been asked a third time while laying on the bed, two thirds of the way into my appointment, in a vulnerable position and at a vulnerable time. I did not ask for the US, only going to appease my doctor. The tech should have respected my informed decision the FIRST time.

Doctor wanted me to have my imaging done specifically at True North Imaging. Closest location is North York, tried to book an ultrasound online 2 weeks in advance as I was told it is quicker to request for an appointment online. A week passes by and no call back, called the clinic and they are booked up until July - which is another 3 weeks from today. Unfortunately, I did not even get a chance to meet any of the techs to confirm the reviews for them.

Called the Thornhill location and they were extremely helpful in finding me an appointment for same week.

Super kind people, easy going and not a long wait.if you have an appointment for say "12pm" and you get there 15 minutes before your appointment your appointment will be the time you are scheduled no waiting time of 30min wait.

Caring staff who goes out of their way to help and make sometimes a bit uncomfortable experience much easier to take. Highly recommended.

Had a positive experience with an early pregnancy ultrasound. The technician was kind and pleasant. My midwife got the results the very next day.

Very nice friendly and professional behavior. I was running late, they called me and also hold my appointment that I could reach to my ultrasound that day.

This is a super clean clinic. The appointment times are on point, no waiting required, just arrive 10 minutes before your appointment and you will be in right on time. The staff was so lovely and kind. It was my first time having an ultra sound and the sonographer doing my ultrasounds was very informative, reassuring, calm and professional. It was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend it to others. Thank you True North Imaging!

My experience was very positive. The technician was polite and wonderful to work with, she knew her job very well. The only problem I faced was finding the centre within York Mills center, the directions weren't adequate and even the security wasn't able to help me find it.

I was able to get an appointment a week from the date I called and was offered the option of receiving a reminder text beforehand with all of my appointment details. I was very impressed with all of the COVID-19 safety protocols in place upon my arrival, and only had to wait a few minutes before I was called to a room. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and courteous. Would definitely recommend coming here!

I read so many poor reviews of other ultrasound clinics that I was expecting the worst. But this clinic has been great so far! Have been in for two ultrasounds, all the staff are polite and the clinic is clean and comfortable. Both the technicians who saw me were great about explaining what they were going to do and showing me the results.

Pretty rude stuff and service. I have visited the place twice and two different specialists. People there are uncivil and told things offensive for me about my child and condition. Probably I am just unlucky catching them in their bad mood. Good tech machines though.

Very friendly front desk staff & ultrasound technician. Great location in the York Mills Centre. Definitely recommend!
