North York Premium Dry Cleaners provided me stellar and excellent service. I needed a helping hand with mechanical expertise to work as an Uber driver with need of a heavy stitch to reinforce my delivery bag and, well, needless to say, my expectations were greatly exceeded. I am now the proud owner of a functional delivery system (bag that works, strapped both arms [as of now]), and, well five stars. Thank you and good day.

Had an AWFUL experience - really bad customer service. There was a discrepancy in the price I was quoted and tried to discuss this with the staff member. When I tried to speak, staff member repeatedly rolled their eyes and repeatedly interrupted me. When I asked to be able to finish my saying my thoughts, the person closed their eyes when I started to speak and continued to mutter. Very aggressive and downright rude. I was absolutely disgusted. Won’t be giving them my business.

Hands down the best dry cleaning experience I've had in Toronto. It has modern features like app and text message notifications while keeping the personal touch of a small business. I got a suit dry cleaned and with some alterations made. Service was quick and high quality. They truly go above and beyond for the customer. If I could give 100 stars I would!

I dropped off 5 dress shirts for dry cleaning, which have been sitting around for 2 years because of work-from-home during pandemic times, and they had some pretty old sweat stains on them. I asked if they could do their best to remove the stains. I didn't have high hopes because my previous cleaners didn't really do anything about those stains. When I brought these home they were pretty much brand spanking new! The disgusting yellow stains under the arms and around the collar are gone!

The lady at the front desk was also extremely nice and pleasant to chat with. I wish I caught her name, but I will be coming back anyways to clean my winter parkas.

The kimchi rice was all over my white Canada goose. Today I was so surprised to see that my Canada goose is all clean again! Just like a wholly new piece! Highly recommend this dry cleaner!

Literally the best place ever! If i could give it 10/5 stars I would. First its affordable, second i had a pink clothing dye stain on my white jeans and i bleached it twice at home and not much but she got 95% of it out when i wasn’t expecting much. I am genuinely shook at how well they did it. Got my pants hemmed too and they look great! Such a clean sew. She is also the sweetest lady ever and was honest but did an amazing job! Hope her business thrives

I had some minor alterations done and I was very pleased. They even adjusted one of my items a second time so that I was totally happy with it. Recommended!

This is the best dry cleaners I have engaged. If you have a lot of items to clean, they can pick up and deliver. We had a pest problem and thanks to them we were able to save all our clothes and items. Otherwise we would have had to throw away and buy everything again. Their prices are very reasonable. If your matter is covered by your insurance they can deal directly with your insurance. Very responsive by email and phone. Friendly. The quality of their work is incredible, I got back items that looked almost like new. What more can we ask for? I definitely recommend them.

Consistently great quality, fast turnarounds and very affordable price. I've already had several of my clothes altered from them and all of them turned out beautifully and exactly the way I wanted them. It's a shame the store is easy to miss because it's hidden away in a corner of the mall but it is a gem. Would definitely recommend!
