Northbound Leather ltd.

Completely dysfunctional custom orders. I came in on March wanting a custom outfit for June. June came and went with no update or communication on my 1000 dollar plus purchase. Finally I gave up and chased them down for a refund. I feel completely neglected and frustrated. Apparently no one knows what happens in their latex manufacturing and there is no automatic refund policy. Disgraceful for such expensive products. Never shopping there again.

The only problem with Northbound is I want to buy everything. Service has always been great and the staff friendly. Their work is amazing.

The team at Northbound are incredible. I had a custom piece I needed in time for Halloween - and not only did they take the time to carefully help me with my order, but the craftsmanship was absolutely top notch. And it was delivered with days to spare. I couldn’t recommend NL enough.

I believe in human connection and I found it in this store. Anna was an amazing person. I have wanted leather for a while but while in the store found a latex top. I am a semi plus sized male so I really didn't think anything like that would fit. Anna with her knowledge helped me pick out something that I truly love. She not only gave me the confidence but also shared her knowledge and experience. I am from Colorado and will for sure be back to the store maybe even make a trip out just for the store. For a leather novice - getting my custom leather track suit was a big step. The hooded jacket has always been amazing.and while the pants were initially far too big - thanks to your help and alterations - the pants are just as fabulous. I feel and look soooooo good and confident in them (just ask my husband haha). It's exceptional customer service coupled with incredible quality and LGBTQ2S+ support - that makes Northbound the premiere leather outlet. Thank you again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Absolutely the best place to buy leather in the entire city, I love the delicacy and the art they put into their pieces. Also Anna & Cece were super helpful, Anna helped me make all the customizations I needed (which were many) and Cece helped me find some extra pieces to complete the style I had mind.
I’m in love with this place, and I will be going there more often.

Was a sad day when this place left the Church Wellesley Village, they left behind a piece of culture and history that sadly is disappearing like the rest of Toronto. But aside from the location change nothing has changed from how amazing, welcoming, awesome and kinky the staff are here. The company is a Toronto institution and a must go to for anyone who’s just moved or visiting town who’s a leather lover! Even if you’re not kinky by any means, go here and get yourself a solid winter leather jacket because you’ll never want to get rid of it! I’ve had mine for nearly 10yrs now and still get compliments to this day on it! George, Ana and Enza along with the rest of the staff are what make that place truly amazing and you’ll always feel like your part of the family when you’re there!

The best leather clothes in the world! I still wear my NBL jackets i bought in the 80's, seriously. I wish all clothes were this good. Not sure why the store is listed on here as "an adult entertainment store"?
