Northern Horizon Dental Innisfil

Best customer service I have ever received. They were able to get me in for an appointment in less than 48 hours. They were gentle and caring with the work that needed doing and worked with me on price since I was operating on a budget. But then they went the extra mile. Days after my appointment, I was struggling to submit my insurance claim. The team at northern horizon were able to work with me to submit my claim for me. They communicated with me via text message since my phone service was shotty. Every time I had a problem they found a way to solve it quickly, even when they definitely didn’t have to. 10 stars guys, really, thank you so much.

Both Hanna and Dickson are fantastic dentists. Had a cap and a filling done recently and I could not possibly ask for better service or quality of work. Direct billing to both plans is great to have as well.

The staff are always smiling and I get the impression that each of them love their job. They’re great at what they do, both the dentists and hygienists. Super clean, prompt with appts, and transparent when explaining things.

I am Chuck and about a year ago I have chosen Northern Horizon Innisfil my dental office. Since than I had a few dental works done, to come to the conclusion that my choice was very good. The are very professional, they are responding fast to emergencies, they have a plan for all your dental needs and they are finalizing the job very convenient. I couldn't have a better choice finding my new dental office, moving here to Alcona, Innisfil.

The dentist was very knowledgeable professional knew what she was doing and gave me many tips about dental care and hygiene. She really took the time and cared about her work

Best dental office I’ve ever been to. Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to dental hygienist, Angela, who did a wonderful job in cleaning my teeth, and educating me on how to improve my dental health.

Very nice staff all around. With my previous dentist had bad experiences. Everyone here at Northern Horizon listened to my concerns. They addressed my concerns and never once have I felt rushed or pushed into anything.

I had such a great experience today with my teeth cleaning. Teresa was my dental hygienist and she was so knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. I left very happy.

My daughter and I just moved and chose to switch to Northern Horizon Dental. She was very nervous being with a new Hygienist, but Amanda made her feel very comfortable right away. She loved her cleaning and can't wait to come back! All the staff we saw and met were very friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff is very friendly and helpful with appointments. We have never had an issue. Prices are reasonable. The office is always clean. They have tvs for the kids to distract them during treatments.

Moving from Toronto to Innisfil I knew I would have to switch dental offices eventually to make life similar for our family. I asked on a Facebook chat group which dental office would people from town recommend and Northern Horizon Dental kept coming up. My friend also highly recommended it. I made the call and booked my family in one by one. We are happy that we found a great team to look after our teeth. Thank you!

I was a little bit nervous at changing Dental clinics but my concerns were laid to rest after having my first cleaning with Thereza… she was gentle as well as very thorough… Very friendly atmosphere throughout the office

As a family with Autistic and other disability accommodation needs, this office goes above and beyond to make our visits as comfortable as possible and prevent us from experiencing any barriers! Plus they all happen to be incredibly pleasant to deal with too!

Dr Sullivan is the BEST dentist we ever had in 15 years. He is very thorough with his examination.

Never liked going to the dentist my hole life, went to northern horizon recently and they have been nothing but amazing the past few times I've gone.
They making it painless and quick, the dentist herself is a unbelievable nice woman and does amazing work and makes you feel super comfortable during the hole process.
I highly recommend Northern horizon!

I just recently switched to this dentist because it was recommend to me by a friend. I would totally recommend this dentist office.
Such amazing service at the front desk, as well as the dentists & hygienists. So far I have gone twice. My first appointment was a cleaning and that was the best cleaning I’ve had done on my teeth. I could feel a difference in my teeth right after and they looked great. My 2nd appointment was for a couple cavities I needed to fix. I normally feel anxious and nervous before an appointment like this, but I felt welcomed and comfortable as the dentist spoke through what he was doing and explained what he was going to do before proceeding each time. Definitely recommend!

Amazing dentist office. For someone scared of dentist more then anything, they truly are amazing. Fillings or cleanings you wont feel any pain:). Highly recommend

Very friendly and welcoming staff! I am a new patient at northern horizon and was able to enjoy my first visit despite being anxious about going to the dentist’s office. It is a clean practice and the staff is professional and efficient while still being friendly. I highly recommend!

I moved to Horizon Dental in Innisfil back in 2019. I changed from a dentist that I’ve had since I was in grade school because it was closer for my family. They’ve been absolutely fantastic and accommodating to our schedule, as they do evenings and some weekends. If anyone is in the Innisfil area, I highly recommend them!

Dr. Sullivan and his staff are friendly and pleasant! I commute 2 hours to the Barrie dental office every time and it’s worth the drive each time I go! This time I went to the Innisfil office and the experience was just as enjoyable as the Barrie office! Great work everyone!:)
