Excellent products professionally installed. We used NPW&D's several years ago to replace our front window in winter. They had it in and out in no time at all. Their price was the best quoted and quality was way above expectations. This year we replaced our back patio door with the same results. They deserve a five star rating! We recently had Northern Performance replace our front door. John walked us through our options and was extremely knowledgeable about the the products. Having helped us decide, we booked the install. The installation came several weeks earlier than expected and went perfectly. Adam then came a while later to make sure we were happy with everything. We were very happy with the service, price and experience.
We have other projects in mind and will not hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommended.

We were in desperate need of a new sliding glass door, basement windows and entryway door.and we were so happy we found Northern Performance! We were looking for a very specific style of front door. Had a North Star 6 foot patio door installed. The price was very competitive for a superior quality product. The install was quick, professional and the installers were friendly and did a perfect job. Would recommend this company and this specific product.

Couldn't be more pleased with my new 'North Star' black frame windows & the excellent service your company provided during the entire process. I would highly recommend your company to anyone planning on new or replacement windows & doors. The one thing I noticed almost immediately was that my house is a lot warmer even though the thermostats were turned down a few degrees.

Sales rep was quick to respond to my inquiry. Due to Covid-19 the wait time was long for installation. Installation was excellent. Guys were polite and professional. There was a hiccup but it was dealt with pretty quickly and professionally. I would use them again and would highly recommend.

What an amazing company to deal with. Jon and his team did an amazing job with our patio door… or hot tub room windows… downstairs windows. I can’t thank them enough for all the work they have done for us. They strive to get the best product, always professional, friendly, they all work hard, and care about their job. Purchased and installed an outside door as well as 3 windows. Very professional, courteous and I'm very happy with the product. I'll be hiring them again to replace my aging livingroom bow window. As for pricing they were comparable to most but my whole experience from ordering to install was much more positive experience than a previous company I'd dealt with.

The Northern Performance team were first rate. The office staff were responsive and helpful. The installation crew did a great job of matching the new windows into the existing interior and exterior trim. They will be first on the list when I replace the remainder of my windows next year.

The crew at Northern Performance are fantastic.can't say enough about them. There were some unforeseen difficulties that changed the scope of our window project because of our builder; despite the extra effort Northern Performance had to put in to fix the problem, the owners charged us the original price they quoted. There was no extra billing.to my advantage. They valued my satisfaction over recovering the extra costs they incurred.

Completely satisfied with our custom basement window replacement. From the ordering, measuring and installation, everything went as planned. Our window was installed a month before the original schedule! Appreciated the phone calls with updates on the installation. The crew who installed the window were very courteous and worked around the flowers and plants outside of the installation without any issues! I will definitely be using them for any future window replacement!

I talked to John Watson on a Wednesday morning about getting a quote on a sliding glass. John called me with a quote that afternoon. I asked him to book me in, as his team was ahead of schedule. The door was installed the very next day before I got home. Looks amazing and can t believe how light it is compared to the old one.

Jon was extremely helpful in assisting us select a door to meet our needs and timeline for delivery and installation. In fact, the door arrived early and installation quickly followed! The installers did a great job, cleaned up nicely afterwards and took our old door away which saved us a hassle. On top of all that great service, we also love the door! What an instant makeover that we should have done ages ago!

Salesman came to measure for a patio sliding door, very perfessional and had my door installed within a week. The installers did an amazing job and left place clean.
