Fantastic customer service! This was my first time purchasing a truck camper, so responsible customer service was my top requirement; and Northern RV exceeded my expectations. The staff were above all, amicable; Joe, Marty, and everyone else involved in facilitating my transaction and providing me with peace of mind after I drove off with my Adventurer. Thanks again guys for your professionalism and hard work!

We recently purchased an new Puma trailer. Joe was awesome to deal with, gave us a fair value for our trade and we really like the new trailer. It has had some minor issues but Marty and his team have been quick to rectify them. I recommend checking them out if your interested in a new trailer, great service.

I called the service department today concerning a warranty claim. I had already contacted the warranty company who advised me to contact the nearest dealer and provide them with the information they provided in order to process the claim. The first question by the service guy was “ Did you buy your trailer from us? ” I advised him I did not but advised him that I had checked with the warranty company and once he confirmed de defective appliance, the claim would be processed. The guy flat out refused to have anything to do with it stating that first of all I didn’t buy my trailer there and secondly he didn’t want to deal with the warranty company stating that he has “25 years” of experience and always has problems being paid. So much for this statement from their site:

I ended up calling a Trans Canada RV who without hesitation gave me the service I was looking for even though I did not buy my trailer there either.
This experience has confirmed that I would never buy anything from Northern RV because of the service I would have to deal with.

Not impressed with the north bay location it say it’s suppose to be open until one and my husband went up way before that and they were close when we need service!

If your interested in getting into a trailer go see these guys! Amazing people. They stand behind their products and actually appreciate your business. It's refreshing to deal with honest people doing honest business. They beat and exceeded all of the competition. If you don't believe me then go see them!
