I had a great experience today buying a snowblower. I did not feel pressured at all and didn’t feel stupid asking questions as a 28 year old female who’s never even used a snowblower before. Sales was great and no pressure. I wasn’t pressured into a massive blower that would be hard for me to maneuver. They brought the blower out full of oil/gas and showed me everything including maintenance. I feel good knowing if I have any issues or it needs repairs I can bring it there or call.
I went there because I couldn’t find a single knowledgeable person at big box stores And wanted something that will last, and I’m glad I did.
I could tell they were very short staffed but everything was still on time. I would go back again for lawn care.

I went in the other day looking for part for my chainsaw. There were two gentlemen behind the parts counter and only one was helpful. While waiting for my parts I asked for a quote on a new 390XP chainsaw. The other guy looked up at me from his cellphone and barked at me in a very condescending tone that they don’t make those any more and they haven’t for 10 years. I politely corrected him that the product was indeed on the Husqavarna website. He then went back to staring at his cellphone. I then listened to him talk to a customer on the phone with the same tone. The other guy who was helping me with the part came back and then provided me with a quote for the new saw. I’ve bought saws and snowblowers from Northern Turf before over the years but after this experience I think I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next chainsaw. The quality of customer service seems to have diminished since my last experience there.

I work for a company that they buy their equipment from here and they get this company to service them here as well and they are always so helpful and polite. Ive come here for personal business as well and they have always had the parts I needed or had answers to my questions.

Nice place they have now. Plenty of saws and mowers and excessaries.
Nice staff as always. No need to go anywhere else.

This place is so busy and they are not that knowledgable behind the parts counter counter maybe because of Covid also the overall friendliness is not there

They picked up our snowblower on January 7,2022. It is now January 29th and still no snowblower. As of January 27th they still hadn’t touched it. We are very annoyed, and now it’s snowing again

I have been purchasing chainsaws from northern turf for 12 years. Jim, Steve, Tom, you can count on them for saws, mowers, snowblowers, parts, and service. When I wanted to work on my own equipment they provided parts lists and when I had saws stolen they quickly looked up the serial numbers for a police report. Excellent prices and service, the place is often packed because customers like me keep coming back when we get treated so good.

Place is horrible. I walked in and waited over 15 mins for someone to give me their attention. Employees were sitting around talking to each other I guess sales and customers dont matter. Little do they know one of their employees does work on the side and takes their business away!

Bought my Stihl chainsaw from here feels good to support local.it feels good because they know what they're talking about and what they're selling you and they won't sell you more than you need. They gave me a good run through on the chainsaw how to use it all though I know how to use on already but it's nice to know you get that personal care and they take pride in what they sell you.

What an absolute joke Northren Turf is. Customer service was horrible, they forgot to call me back 3 TIMES! They were so disorganized! They wouldn't take any of my perfectly fair offers. They do not respect customers that work hard for their money. I do not recommend anyone to purchase any equipment from Northren Turf as they do not deserve your hard earned money! I will never go back to Northren Turf for the rest of my life. They are not worth your time!
