Caught the 'Vid for the first time after 3.5 years. These guys were able to prescribe me Paxlovid the first time I called and they even dropped it off at the house. I did not spend a dime thoughout the process. Faith in Canadian healthcare system restored?

Was so helpful when we needed an allergy spray. Had the brand In stock, filled the RX and delivered, all so timely. Waterloo students should try this location - a shout out to pharmacist G, who showed not only professionalism, but was genuine in assisting

We took all our prescriptions to Harry when they were just down the road.
They moved across town, but we still drive to see Harry and his team whenever possible. Harry remembers everyone, and asks about family and gave treats to our little kids in tow - and sent some home when they weren't with us. Igor and the rest of the staff are also excellent (but my memory for names isn't good like Harry's). He's great at recommendations and advice. Introduced me to an herbal cough syrup that works well, and I never would have tried otherwise.

Harry is more like a family friend! I trust his opinion more than my family doctor. His staff are fantastic- friendly and personable. Always available -even after hours.

Harry is an absolute joy to see and talk to about my medications. He is so knowledgeable. You don’t get this kind of service at the big pharmacies. He’s further away from where I live and so worth the extra driving time.

I had dropped by Northfield pharmacy after I had surgery done to pick up a prescription. To start, Harry and his team were so friendly and let us pet their adorable dog Yogi while we waited. At most pharmacies you wait 20 minutes minimum for a prescription but we only had to wait 2 minutes. As I was about to pay for my prescription I almost passed out because of my surgery. Harry was there the entire time and made sure I was okay. He helped me to the couch in the front waiting room and helped my mom take care of me. He went above and beyond for us and I have never experienced such amazing customer service anywhere. If you live in the Waterloo area you definitely need to get your prescrptions here. Thank you again Harry and your team, you guys are awesome!
