The receptionist is beyond being super rude. There's a British receptionist who is fantastic, though.

Dr Felix makes it feel like it's a factory line, no personal care, just in and out. You don't feel listened to and get the feeling he doesn't really care about the patients or even likes what he does. Appointment times are suggestions, and you can expect to wait at least an hour past it. Your time means nothing to this office.

I know finding a dr is hard these days, but avoid this place at all costs. If you have anything seriously wrong, this place won't recommend tests beyond standard urine and blood tests. So forget about being referred to specialists.

My loved one saw him, and he didn't do anything beyond basic tests, and when those were inconclusive, he didn't refer them for other tests or to a specialist that knows more about that particular area. They ended up in the ER by ambulance, and the hospital gave all the tests and referrals that the dr could have done and prevented this whole thing. It was something that was seen with a scan and treated easily. Disgusting treatment. Borders on medical negligence, in my opinion.

You're a stupid person if you see my post but you go there. They never mind answering your calls or emails. You will be ignored like an abandoned dog.

Great place, friendly staff and always there to help. Plus it's right in the center of residential areas, this makes it convenient for those who don't drive. I have been going there for 13 years and they have always gotten me the care and treatment I need.

I just had horrible experience, I'm having a constant 39C fever due to a tonsil infection (as the doc said) and he just prescribed antibiotics, he was trowing me out of the office as fast as possible to reach other patients yet he did nothing to help me with my crippling pain, did not feel good and it's probably going to affect me significantly, Dr.zaide

Doctor gave me prescription for kids tylenol which has a national shortage for the last 3 months. Thanks for wasting my time

I wish I could give this place a zero. Dr. Zaidi is the WORST doctor ever. I came in having breathing difficulties, chest discomfort, a terrible cough with tons of mucus. He told me that I was in "pristine condition" even after me telling him it felt like I was drowning in my lungs. My boyfriend and I had to beg him to give me a referral for a chest x-ray. He said he would mark it as urgent so that I would get the results same day. I went fir my x-ray and then waited hours and no call from him. I called the clinic and the receptionist rudely said it would take 3 days to get the results even though Dr. Zaidi said same day. My boyfriend called the x-ray clinic and they had already sent my results back to the doctor. So he called the doctor on my behalf again and they lied and said they still didn't have it until he demanded that they give the results. The doctor called me a few minutes later and the chest x-ray confirms I have bacterial pneumonia! How does a doctor say that I'm in pristine condition when I actually have pneumonia? ! He is so rude and dismissive. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this clinic!

Dr Zaidi is the worst doctor there he doesn't care about his patients, you would wait more than couple hrs to be dismissed after 2 mntes with him you would ask for referral he will tell you I will and never do, this clinic is all about business, something should be done about this,

This was the third doctors surgery we tried when we first arrived in Canada. Three years later we still use Dr Zaidi as our regular GP. Within the first month of arriving in Canada I was struggling with my health and he was very understanding and responsive. I suffer from a chronic illness and over the years it has been hard to get doctors to listen to me, and even took a lot to get the surgery I needed and diagnosis. Dr Zaidi has never made me feel this way. He always listens and is proactive with his treatment and any needed referrals. The only criticism I have is for their Gynaecologist who was very dismissive and told me she couldn’t help me unless I took the contraceptive pill, knowing full well we were trying for children. If you have endometriosis I wouldn’t recommend a visit with the gynae here but Dr Zaidi has given me great guidance.

I would like to appreciate Sat for the exceptional welcoming nature, I once observed an older Lu gentleman calling her a sweetheart and soon at that very moment I felt the same. Sat, you are really a sweetheart and You have been able to prove that you really add the personal touch to each and every patient coming in.it reallly feels so nice dear! I would like to say that just be the same! Lots of love and Blessings to you Sat!

I’ve never been so happy with both the care and service of this practice. Dr Zaidi is one of the most attentive doctors I have experienced. Diagnosing issues and giving advice to avoid reoccurring problems, whist being incredibly thorough with any of my health, insuring and ruling out any other possibilities, that could be causing the upset to my health.

I couldn’t recommend this doctors office enough.

I go here 99% of the time I need a check up or doctors note. Very nice staff and knowledgeable Can be extremely slow. On an average day, you will be waiting an hour plus. Went today and it was locked, for some unspecified reason even though it should be open

I had the worse experience with receptionist. I was in a lot pain and asked receptionist very politely to transfer me to the doctor on call. Instead pf helping sge ignored me and suggested me to go to the hospital. I didn’t call her to ask what should i do she is being so rude to the patients without realizing that someone can be in very serious condition. I really want to request to the clinic to change theire receptionist service So it will be helpful for people.

Dr. Zaidi gets a 5 as he is patient and very caring. I am giving 2 stars because of the front desk staff who seem to lack knowledge regarding the process of referrals, calling back when they say they will and just overall following through.

Not a great experience. Doctors at this place don't seem to care about patients (I saw Dr Zaidi three times). Came in originally due to a severe injury I sustained to my knee. This was a month after something heavy fell on my leg. Doctor sent me for an x-ray and said he found no problems so it must be fine.

Ended up waiting another two months and still couldn't walk properly and noticed the injury wasn't healing. Went to see the Doctor again who sent me for an ultrasound this time - said he didn't see anything wrong in the scan and said there was nothing he could do and I had to do physiotherapy for it to heal.

After almost a year my leg still was giving me problems. Went to a physiotherapist and did 2-3 months of rehab only to have my leg give out on me at work moving something which resulted in another injury to my leg. The physiotherapist I was dealing with told me I had to go back to the doctor and get another ultrasound to see if there was further injury to the area.

Ended up going to see Zaidi one more time. Waited almost three hours in the waiting room to see the doctor who spent less than 5 minutes seeing me. The entire time he acted like I was wasting his time and never took one second to look at my leg that was still severely swollen from the previous day. Was basically spoken to in a condescending tone the entire time and told there as no point in doing another ultrasound and that the only thing he could do was was refer me to a specialist. I was told his office would follow up with me in a few days but that was about 2 months and no one bothered to call me or follow up with me.

Going to this doctor has been a waste of time and I'd have to be dying before I'd go here again. It's now been over 15 months since the original injury and my leg still gives me problems. I don't know what to do at this point but try to live with it. If you have any serious problem just find somewhere else to go and don't bother with this place. This is what happens when doctors care more about money than helping their patients. I'd give this place zero stars if possible.

5 stars go directly to Dr Zaidi. Management and administration have gone to pots. Wait times are much longer than they used to be. There seems to have been an influx of people lately. Making an appointment is no longer worth it as you will only be dumped in with the walk-in queue. Not sure if your family Dr is one of these doctors, if your appointment would stick. Driver exams cost $100 here whereas they're $60 everywhere else.

Clinic doesn’t stick to the appointment timing.waited almost an hour after my appointment time for the dr.

The wait time is long, but that's given when visiting a busy doctors office, I believe if this clinic was bad it wouldn't be so busy.

The gynecologist is very good, but the time management is worst, everytime they give you appointment and you have to wait minimum one hour after your appointment time.

Terrible receptionist. Not helpful at all. Dismiss you very quickly and you will wait wait minimum an hour. Once was made to wait 4 hours just to obtain signature from doctor. Doctor himself is very nice and kind. But the rude, unprofessional reciptionists make this somewhere I come only as a last resort.

Worst clinic front desk staff is rude, unprofessional they think they are doctor they do arguments with you without any reason.

This place is ridiculous. They’re so unorganized. Do not come here for prenatal care. They have you wait hours past your actual appointment time in the waiting room with walk-in patients that are sick. Every appointment I’ve had here only takes me 5 mins but I wait almost 2 hours past my appointment time to be seen. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Been over an hour since my scheduled appointment and still haven't seen the doctor. Receptionists says we're next but then they keep taking walk ins that came in after my appointment time. Do not recommend at all.

Poor service, will not return.
I was referred to this clinic by my GP, and received my appointment date and time a week in advance. I waited an hour and twenty minutes before being seen. When I was called into the exam room, I waited ten minutes. The doctor then took my medical history before leaving for another ten minutes, only refer me elsewhere. I can appreciate that each appointment takes a different amount of time depending on patient need, and that front desk staff are not able to provide the most accurate wait times; however, I did not appreciate being told dismissively, "two seconds" each time I asked.

Wait time is more than the usual wait times comparing to other clinics. Doctors overlook patients complains. One doctor diagnosed eczema for my 6 yr old son while he had some fungal inf on face.my son suffered like anything because of the wrong diagnosis.

I have been going to this clinic for the past 6 years. Very competent doctors, and friendly staff considering how busy it gets. Thank you.

This is a clinic that accepts walk ins so right away you know you will have to wait.its to be expected but regardless of that the staff is nice and the doctor took his time with me and made sure all my questions were answered. I have no issues with this clinic and I would recommend it.

Go somewhere else! Here's why. The receptionist is unprofessional and uneducated on health cards. Tried to tell me the red and white one was expired. 30 minutes in, finally another person helped her and ran my card to see in fact, it is valid. Then waited another hour and a half, watching other patients that walked in after me, get seen before me. I heard these people say they did not have an appointment. How does that happen? When I questioned her about it, she said there were still 2 patients ahead of me. I had to call my mom to come get my two year old, because even though I came armed with tons of things/toys for him to play with, he is still a 2 year old, and he was tired of being in the same place. Finally saw the doctor for him to tell me in less than a minute and a half, that there is nothing wrong my sinuses. Take some Tylenol cold and sinus if I want. Thanks. Just thanks. Two and a half hours wasted for that. I expected a wait time, but this place was ridiculous. Again, just go somewhere else.

I made an appointment for my 11month old son who has been sick for 2 weeks. Waited over an hour to see a dr who was friendly but felt dismissive. He told me my son had a "lingering viral infection" and to just use salinix. No a few days later I've seen my own dr as he hasn't gotten any better. My son actually has an ear infection and pneumonia!

Unprofessional, unapologetic, disorganized, extremely long wait times even when the appointment was made weeks in advance (over an hour and half delay for pre-book specialized appointments).

By far the worst experience I have had at a walk in clinic. I understand that clinics get busy - tis the season! That’s why I called at 9am to book an appointment for noon. Only reason I did this is because the woman working at the front the last time I was there told me to do so since I only have 30 mins for lunch. So I went ahead and did what she said and when I get there another woman tells me that it’s over an hour wait and that if she had talked to me herself she would have told me not to come. The woman who took my call and JUST confirmed my appointment when I walked in just sat there and said nothing. So irritated. I have strep throat and a nasty fever «I get it several times a year » and just wanted to get some antibiotics. Regardless, we are all there because we are sick. Your clinic needs to clarify amongst each other what is and is not allowed. I will not be back to this clinic. Service at the front is too inconsistent.

Appointments are never on time and never within 15 minutes. You always have to wait at least an hour after your appointment time to be seen. Staff are disorganized, and have no ability to follow appointment schedule and they do not care.
I have asked on several occasions why bother making appointments if they are not respected?
Doctors are inefficient and have no respect for their patients time. They have no follow up or follow through ability, after one incident of failure to do their job I never went back.
The clinic should be closed.
DO NOT GO HERE!

Appointment time is a joke. Waiting time is worthless. Please arrange timeline for everyone. Not just sleeping in your office.

This is one of the most terrible walk in clinics I’ve ever been to. I’ve been consistently going here for years because I live across the street and every. Single. Time. It’s been such a horrible and rage inducing experience. The nurses at the front desk ignore you and when they don’t theyre disengaged and incompetant. The wait times are ridiculously long because they only have 1 or 2 doctors on shift. They don’t take people in the order the came but rather which ones they want to deal at that time and leave you waiting as long as they feel like it with no information as to whether or not you’re next or how long it will take. When you get into the doctors room, they make you wait EVEN MORE. I waited 2 and a half hours in the waiting while everyone went ahead of me, constantly asking about my place in line and getting back a dismissive response. Then they made me wait another 45 minutes in the doctors room until a doctor came in who asked me 2 questions, made me pee in a cup, and then LEFT ME WAITING AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. They’re uninformed and disengaged and they could care less about your wellbeing. They refuse to acknowledge or listen to the issues you came there for and try their best to get you out of there without prescribing or providing any solutions. Their whole system is arbitrary and disrespectful and they have no sense of professionalism. This is THE worst clinic I’ve ever been to and I’m saying that sitting here in the doctors office for the past half an hour while the doctor and the nurse chit chat and no one is doing anything. They treat you when they feel like it, I would highly recommend anyone to complain to and about this place, it’s a disgustingly horrible establishment.

Dr. Asekomhe is a money hunger doctor - dose not really care about patines and their concerns. He is also lacking so much professionalism and manners.would not recommend him to any one and avoid him at all costs.
