I was not happy with the service. I booked my appointment with Dr. Lisa and put it on the calendar later. I was told I didn't have an appointment. The virtual application waiting period is a 7-hour window, which is also not acceptable.

I have been a patient for 10+ yrs. I attended the practice before it's move to the current location. The location is clean, modern, spacious with a large group of physicians and long term medical staff.

My physician is knowledgeable and helpful but the experience of service has completely lost value. Here's why. I attend for walk in and wait 2+ hrs. I attend for an appointment and same. The practice is clearly expanded faster than staff can cope with and there is non reliability or hope of appointments being punctual. The practice consistently changes practices and protocols such as replying to patient email communication, late or cancellation fees, fees for doctor's notes and insurance forms. They do this with no warning or explanations, even when directly asked. The costs of said documents is not posted and a patient can be charged the same fee for a document regardless of length. This denotes a complete lack of transparency. Timelines for completion of documents is not clear and I often make several calls, during which I am in a call queue for 20+ minutes regularly, speak to multiple staff with no results for the return or completion of necessary documents like insurance or workplace documentation.

They have an online booking system that is unreliable and difficult to navigate. It has no real value.

In this day and age we agree fortunately to have Canadian healthcare and learned practitioners but at what cost if this is the patient's experience and the treatment they receive.

If I could separately review my doctor, I would give them about 4 stars and this is solely why I continue with the practice.

I am so disappointed, I have a 9-5 job and trying to get into see any Dr at this place is ridiculous, I called on my way from work they said they would be open another hour I drove straight there for them to tell me the walk in was closed, I can not afford to take time off work every time I need something, as I’m sure my appt would have only taken 5 min! Just wanted something for a sore throat!

Wow! Look at all those 1 Star reviews. I’ve been a patient here for about 4 years and never had a bad experience. Everyone who dislikes this place and left a bad review can go somewhere else. More appointment availability for me. The front end staff deserve to be crusty with the patients. Look at what they have to deal with all day. If you’re nice to them and follow the patient processes and expectations, they will be nice to you. Keep up the good work and see you at my next appointment. Hopefully not any sooner.

Dr Mani is probably the most arrogant and unprofessional doctor ever existed. He has no care for his patients and is very rude to them. He doesn’t even deserve one star, but besides him I had a great experience with Dr Janice Ortiz Singh (would definitely give 5 stars to her ️) throughout my 1st pregnancy, she is kind and helpful to her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Puja Aggarwal since the fall of 2019. I have had both phone appointments and in-person appointments with her and she has always been very kind, patient and very thorough, providing necessary referrals and test requisitions when they have been warranted.

I have not attended this facility as a walk-in, but every time I've been to the clinic - regardless of the time of day - the waiting room is always full, full, full, so I would definitely say to pack your patience if you plan on heading here for a walk in appointment.

I don't call in because the wait times on the phone can be very long - the place is always PACKED with walk-ins and the phone is always ringing when I'm there. I book my appointments online and communicate with the clinic through email and have always received a reply. Some of the support staff have been a bit curt, but my overall experience with the majority of them has been fine.

I came into 40 patients in waiting room and overheard “it’ll be 2 hour wait for Dr. Grewal. ” being said to newer people walking in. They asked me reason and I mentioned specific blood tests (CBC, chemistry and vitamin D) and i also mentioned it doesn’t have to be Dr Grewal. I sat for 1 min in waiting room and 1 min with another physician, Dr. Lisha Chander, in assessment room. Literally got my requisition printed was out of there. Amazing - whole experience lasted about 5 minutes. Had I needed an assessment I’m sure it would have been long 2 hour wait.

I just got Covid and I called to get help from my family doctor Dr. Clive Snapes and the rude person at the front desk said I haven’t been there for 2 years. So by law they dropped me as a patient without notifying me and I couldn’t get any help suffering from Covid. I been a patient for over 10 years and all my blood work and other examinations from diabetes clinics have sent to them within the last 2 years. By law! No notifications! What a joke. What an excuse. I am so mad. I had a bad time with Covid and no help.

I was denied in person and phone appointments because it is considered a “privilege” and can only see my doctor through walk in now because I missed one or two phone appointments since I moved and didn’t have good service and Receiving. Trying to figure out who I can take this too.

When I first came here all the doctors were nice, but over the years they've become extremely greedy, charging some of the most expensive fees for anything and everything. I had to come here for my TB tests for my job 4 times plus the TB test cost; they also charged me to fill out 1 paper which took 1 min to fill out. Mind you I did not come in for any other concerns. I was thinking of signing up for a family doctor with one of the doctors here, but this experience has made me think otherwise. They only care about making money.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not go here if you want anything done at all. The younger receptionist is one of the rudest people I have come across, she interrupts you constantly on the phone and is extremely rude and does not listen in person. I came here for a needle and they refused to give it to me even when my doctor who works there is the one giving me the prescription. Dr. Jamieson has been my doctor since I was born and I am now finding a new doctor because of the incompetence, attitude and behaviour of the front desk staff. Do yourself a favour and go to any other place for a family doctor, I have had nothing but problems with this office for years.

After hearing about this clinic from my salon person, I visited them- the staff is very friendly & talks to you nicely (even answers phone calls properly), unlike other walk ins in Brampton.
I enrolled Dr. Mani Singh as my family doc & he is amazing & shows compassion. He explained me in detail about the medication & it’s workings- finally I’m happy I found a physician’s office which is better organized too & gives you correct information.

This "family medicine clinic" is a complete business! I have had MULTIPLE terrible experiences with my once "family doctor" Dr. Amandeep Singh. He has no regard for privacy and doesn't respect his patients. There was a time I was in the middle of explaining a health concern of mine and he opened the door mid explanation, claimed he "doesn't have time for this" and walked out when it hadn't even been 10 minutes. Go elsewhere if you would actually like a doctor to give you the time of day to listen to your valid concerns.

Front desk staff/ receptionist is horrible- I agree with the other reviews. I was in the waiting room and a patient came in to book an appointment. English was not his first language and the girl at the front desk was horribly rude to him. He left since he could not see a doctor. But then the 2 girls at the front desk started imitating and mocking him with total disregard for the other patients sitting there. Their attitude on the phone is no better. They are impatient and always interrupting. They should understand that the people coming in or calling in are in need of help and don’t deserve to be treated like trash. No one does

This clinic never answers the phone! I always have had to follow up on referrals. They either send it to the wrong place or there is missing information and then the wait time to see a specialist is longer. Another thing I have noticed is they push you to book phone appointments rather than see the doctor in person!
The Dr also rushes through the appointments and stands up to tell you they are done answering your questions and if you have more concerns book another appointment! They don't entertain more questions but love to make more appointments so they can bill again!

Today I visited this clinic for the first at shy of 1pm today, later than I intended so I acknowledged I'd have to wait. I visited for walk in, and asked the lady at the desk how long the wait would be because I had to pick up my son for 2: 15pm. She said there were 4 people ahead of me, so approximately 40m, I was fine with that. 2: 05 pm arrives and my name is finally called. Absolutely ridiculous, a 1hr and 10m wait (not including waiting for the doctor inside the room. Not only was the wait long, I witnessed people that came 20/30 mins after me go ahead. At one point, I stopped a person that came after me to ask if they were walk in. They said yes. So the reception desk was putting people ahead of me. I went up to the desk to ask why they were sending walk ins ahead of me, and she rudely told me to go behind the guy that she had been ignoring at the reception desk for 5m.

This is hands down my worst walk in experience. I normally go to B&C right above it, and at this time I'm still in and out 30m maximum. Frankly, that particular receptionist is incompetent and should not be in customer service roles. I won't be coming back here and I'll ensure to tell anyone I know not to come here.

I came back to update my review because of a new event relating to my visit. I visited the clinic for a requisition for blood work, but I didn't have an opportunity to go to Life Labs until today. I spent 40m driving out to Georgetown because everywhere else is booked solid. I get to my appointment 20m early and hand in my requisition.for them to tell me that this is not the right requisition. The problem? Northpoint's incompetent receptionist sent me off with SOMEONE ELSE'S requisition form. I didn't even think to double check because this has never happened to me before, in all my years of getting requisitions. So I'm standing here with someone else's private medical information (health card number, address, phone number, what they're getting tested for), and that means someone else got my requisition. I may not know the rules surrounding patient confidentiality but I'm 100% sure she broke it by doing that. I will be contacting the health ministry to let them know about what occurred today.

I'll repeat for a 2nd time, DO NOT GO HERE.

I took my 1.5 year old daughter to see Dr. Manpreet Singh during the walk in hours. She was complaining of ear pain and I wanted to ensure it was not an infection. Dr. Manpreet Singh refused to see her because she had a runny nose a few weeks ago, even though we all tested negative for covid. He was SO rude to me and my daughter, I have never experienced such a behaviour from a professional let alone a family physician. TAKE YOUR FAMILY CARE ELSEWHERE.

WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN. I would never recommend this clinic. Waiting for somebody pickup the phone takes forever. They can hang up phone call after u waiting for 45 min and u need to wait another 30-45 min in line to just only book an appointment so doctor call u back on next day even if u calling about your doctor forgot to do his job. This is not normal! Especially dr manpeet singh! This guy is not professional at all, very lazy, and don’t care about his patients. I’ve had a pain in my ribs after sport accident, he told me to go walk in clinic. Why are you than my family doctor? For my wife he forgot to send referral. We’ve been waiting for a call for 2 weeks, nobody call us. So we decide to call back to doctor many. And again 40 min on phone just to book appointment with him. Told us to wait until next day.
I’m done with this unprofessional clinic and useless doctor!

Every one walking out of clinic with frustration of waiting. Don't know what they are doing? First they said 3 people ahead of me then after half an hour they said 4 people ahead of me. Then said 3 people and then said 1 people. 7 people gone in after that and still their answer is 1 person ahead of me. 2 hours of wait. Everytime we visited this month 2 to 3 hours wait. Family doctor not available and no one to cover them. You have to wait.reception staff is very rude with answer. If I can give them -star I will do so.

I have never posted reviews anywhere but I needed to let others know what service to expect from this place. One star is far too much to rate their empathy and concern, especially in their line of work. Each time I dial the number I'm given a number in line 17, sometime 13 if I'm lucky. The front desk clerks argue with me over calling me back but I didn't pick up however she did not leave a message but it was logged that a call was made so dont mind that I still didnt have a set appointment. Now appointments need to be made one week or more in advance, dont mind if you have an urgent concern, call back the following day to book appointment because it simply can not be booked today.
My advice- Find somewhere else to be treated like a patient because you are only a number at this clinic.

I have been a patient of Dr. Puja Aggarwal since 2 years. She is one of the very best things that have happened to me in Canada. Dr. Puja really have true concerns for her patients and she make sure they receive the best service.
One of the biggest examples, is the way she refers you to the specialist and you don’t wait for decades to hear back. Dr. Puja takes care of it, and she make sure referred doctors call back early in a week or a month max! I recently had a MRI appointment. The date i was given by hospital was 5 months after. Dr puja called me for a follow up and came to know its 5 months away and I didn’t even complain or said nothing. A day after I received a call from Brampton civic confirming my appointment is scheduled to next week.
I have so many good positive experiences like this. I am not a person who usually writes review. But she deserves more than 5 star.
I have encountered so many people who has very bad experiences with their doctors including my own fiancé. My fiance have been waiting for his ENT reference since a year. It is so clear that his doctor doesn’t care and she never even made a follow up appointment. I always try to pull my fiancé’s leg by saying how good doctor i have. Jokes apart, Doctor puja is the best and i am really lucky to have her! MY the god bless her!

You have to call multiple times at reception to speak with doctor and when you speak to the doctor, they are so in rush that after hanging up, they forgets to send prescription to pharmacy. My family doctor is great. She's always been professional and helpful.
However, this morning when I called to make an appointment I was asked to provide a call back number. I told them to use the number they had on file. The receptionist went ahead and repeated a phone number that was not mine (it was my mother's #). Seeing as I never provided my mother's phone number as my primary phone number or at all, I was very confused as to why they decided to change the number on my file without consulting me. I am a fully grown adult. I book my own appointments. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. My privacy is not being taken seriously here.

It was a my first visit to this medical centre and it was a bit of a wait to see a doctor. I saw Dr. Lisha Sethi and I was impressed. She is a very compassionate, caring and capable doctor. I was in so much distress when I went to the office but this doctor is a good listener. On top of that she knows her stuff! If I was still living in Brampton I would have wanted her as my family doctor.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am beyond disappointed with this place. If my family doctor was not here I would never go back. But at this point I am considering finding another one because I can't even reach anyone here for a simple prescription refill. Dr. Grewal if you are reading this - the customer service is not professional. I called over and over. I was put on hold for nearly 45 minutes. See attached photo. This is after being put on hold twice before for 15 minutes at a time. I don't even know why I waited this long but what can you do when you need your prescription. The lady who answered my call did not even listen to me but put me on hold right away. Therefore cutting me off! That is NOT the way to do it. I've worked at places with higher call volume and IT IS MANAGEABLE. I have never put anyone on hold for more than 5 minutes. If I had to I would at least check in see what they need and let them know if it would take me more time to address their request. This place is so unprofessional I'm not sure how this lady was hired as a receptionist. Extremely disappointed and if changes are not made I don't see myself or anyone I know sticking around. I still don't have my prescription refill.at this point no one is answering my calls. Not to mention - my pharmacy requested the prescription days ago so I am having to follow up on something that should've been faxed over by now!

9 doctors, about 4-5 phone lines I think and 3 staff at front desk. Heavily understaffed but hopefully not underpaid!

Attn to Manager/Owner: Your phones are joke, an absolute nightmare; specially during these tough times for everyone, but don't tell me that you don't make enough revenue to overhaul the system and provide the betterment for your staff and for yourself, including with getting more help! Unsure if they have changed the system to which they promised me.about 2 years ago, if I recall! Also, if they can edit "New doctor taking new patients and Covid Alert" on their website, they cant edit or change this line: "We are not currently making appointments via email! " Email is the only way I have been communicating with the amazing staff since past few months and they are rapidly better than functioning phones at any other place!

Says everything about the management/owner's intention of providing excellent customer service. This clinic is always busy with their phones. Always! TRUST ME, when I tell you that you don't want me to upload my screenshots of hold times. No wonder the staff is getting flak about everything. Ironically, the saving grace of the clinic is staff too as they are the ones who answer for everything and handle the flow.

So I showed up on time at 940 for my appt with my family doctor. Other people that had appointments with the same doctor (I confirmed) were called in before me. Someone at 1030 was sent in by 1015 and I was STILL waiting. I asked why, and they said they marked me as late which I was not at all because I was cautiously watching the time.then they made an excuse that he has only one room, but he clearly had two when I saw him finally. Front staff said they’d “let the doc know” and regardless of my complaints still let people go in front of me. How is it fair that I’ve been there since 940 and someone coming in at 1015 for their 1030 appointment goes in before me? ! I was so livid. So much inconsistency between the front desk staff and the two Filipino nurses that placed at least five people over me. She even said “you were late so I had to put people, ” when I actually was not! I’d been waiting there since 940. Finally I ended up seeing the doctor over an hour later!

Honestly, super unorganized and pretty unsanitary, the urine samples are placed by various people in the bathroom in that cubby where the door is left open and when it gets busy there’s often one left there. Between people coming in and out no one wipes down that cubby and area where strangers place their urine samples. Also this Creates room for error cus no labels on the samples prior.

Overall this was an absolute horrible experience I would NOT suggest this clinic. Avoid.

The front desk staff consistently screw up my appointments and the wait times are insane every time I'm there—even when I make an appointment first thing in the morning. I've been calling the clinic for two days trying to get information about a referral they were supposed to make for me two weeks ago and my calls go straight to voicemail every time. The one time I actually spoke to a person, I was told they'd call me back but they never did. Avoid this clinic at all costs. Dealing with them is a headache.

Went there early and had less wait time

Update: November 2019
I went again but I met lots of people on the queue, over one hour wait time.
To prevent this, I suggest you get there as they open in the morning.

Great experience with the doctor mani. I having back pain. I ask for MRI and Tylenol 3 and back brace only. Doctor said i need Advil and physio therapy only. Back pain better now. Great.

This clinic is focussed on making money, please check your health card, it may have been charged without you been visiting there physically. No regard to patient and the urgent Care that they may need. Most of the staff is incompetent.it's pretty common for someone to wait over an hour before they actually get to see the doctor.

As a walk in clinic the Doctor I saw was very rude and dismissive. If I move to Brampton I will go there as a patient. Nor will I recommend this clinic to anyone.

Long wait hours, don't even have drinking water available for patients, waste of money and time. Only 1 doctor sees many patients so too much of a wait time.
Don't expect them to do a third party billing, they just want money no hassle and no care for patients.

So painful and disappointing.

Very helful front desk staff. I needed some reports printed and my family doctor Dr Puja was not working. I met Aryan at the front who was very professional and polite and helped me get in as a walk in so I don't have to leave to come again the next day. I met Dr Mani. Very polite and kind. And very helpful.

Had really bad experience with Dr Mani Singh. Prescribed something that made me really sick. Irresponsible, there was no analysis or diagnosis on his part. He was not personable at all either. I feel disrespected. I dont know about the other doctors there but with him it was the worst medical experience I've had yet.

The doctors so far have been ok but the staff is SO incompetent! I was diagnosed with a urine infection and for that the nurse on duty (Filipino, short, with curly hair probably named Rovina) was asked to collect a sample. She labeled it incorrectly with wrong information about my Name and DOB and date of specimen submission and the Lab obviously trashed the specimen because they could find no record of any such patient. As a result I ended up having the wrong antibiotics one round and then another round of the correct one. If you MUST go to Northpoint ask your doctor if you can get a prescription from them to go to LifeLabs (their lab which is right above their office in the same building) yourself and deposit your sample there instead of at the doctor's office.
