This clinic saved my dogs! They were in such rough shape. The staff here continues to treat them like their own. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without Chelsea and Jodi, they are so kind and so thorough.
Dr. Chaudry and the other female Vet (so sorry forgot her name) have always taken care of their needs…my 2 shepherds have a complicated medical history - it’s been a long road. Early last week our cat Cheetos became ill, Northpoint was there for us and immediately responded with very compassionate diagnostics and empathetic care. Throughout the week they offered constant communication and follow-up. By the end of the week Cheetos was well on the way to recovery thanks to the dedication and commitment of everyone at Northpoint. A special thanks to Dr. Navojot Pannu and all the staff.

Northpoint Veterinary Hospital Their business card reads "Caring and professional approach. " This is what I have received on every visit I have had at this clinic. I first came to this clinic several years ago with my bunny who had a problem with his eye and received immediate attention. Munchie was on eye drops for a few weeks and years later they were there with us for his end of life after a short illness at 9.5 years. Recently I brought in my cat Lucas who was not feeling himself and again was given immediate care. This is when I met Dr. Pannu for the first time. She is a great addition to the clinic, a very kind and caring person as are all the Doctors and every staff member at this clinic. Every detail of the treatment plan and costs are explained clearly. I am so very grateful for the care Lucas has received and will continue to receive for his condition. Thanks from Nora, Lucas and his sister Layla who is happy he is feeling better and playing with her again!

I can't say enough good things about all the staff and the amount of caring they have for our pets. They are very detailed and explain all treatments and options. Always available and helpful in answering questions. I would 100% recommend them for your pets care.

I’ve been to many different vet clinics, and finally after a long search of finding a knowledgeable, reliable, and caring veterinary clinic, I can comfortably say that Northpoint satisfied all. Not only were the staff extremely kind and helpful, Dr. Mandeep Chaudhary went above and beyond to examine and explain any issues throughout the visit. They take their time to make sure all concerns are answered and explained thoroughly, and I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!

We have been going to Northpoint Vet for years! We first started going there around 2009 (probably a 3-4 years prior honestly) for my black lab Buddy. Over the years our pups, Jax, Lucky, and Bruno, continue to see Dr. Mandeep C, he has an incredible wealth of knowledge and is very honest and personable. He doesn’t just jump the gun to surgery he will exhaust all other routes. Dr. C has been through it all with us, with Buddy and Lucky having cancer and crossing the rainbow bridge, to Jax’s paws & Bruno’s mystery rash. We definitely trust him and would strongly recommend seeing him! Thank you Dr. C!

Mardin and Jodi at reception are amazing and show so much care, they treat our pets like they were a member of their own family.

Always a very positive experience. We have 3 pets and they are very accommodating for all of them. Jodie and Mardin are very knowledgeable about procedures and recommendations, as well as up to date on new and improved medicines, foods and treats. They care about the animals enough that even when they call to remind us about appointments or that food has come in they ask how everyone is doing.

Northpoint has the best veterinarians. All three doctors are amazing and knowledgeable. They always make sure you understand and always provide you with a price range prior to doing any major services to give clients an idea of what you are looking at. So you are never surprised when paying. The staff at Northpoint are welcoming and caring. Everyone always goes over and beyond with my dog, he is always happy and excited when going Northpoint. Had a great experience with my dog for his first blood test! The entire staff was super nice, and very reassuring that everything would go smoothly. By the end of it my dog was playing with the staff, and really enjoyed the treats he got!

We needed our dog Julienn to see a vet ASAP last week as he wasnt eating wasnt drinking and collapsed. Another vet in town told us he was too busy and wait a few days see how he does. Turns out if we waited longer he may have died! They took us in right away ran blood tests and found he had sever anemia. After numerous tests they got to the bottom of a tricky situation and diagnosed him with IMHA. They emailed every result along the way and saved my dogs life. Thank you to the team and veterinarian for looking after Julienn. Im happy to say hes starting medication and on his way to recovery.

Dr. Kauldhar and Dr. Chaudhary, as well as the staff at this clinic are great. We often take our Bruno to this clinic, he is a very anxious dog and they work very well with him, always taking extra time to ensure that he is as comfortable as possible. Our experience is always good. They treat Bruno like family. I never worry leaving them for a procedure as the staff and doctors are fully knowledgeable. I love how accommodating they are. Went for initial appointment and didn't really get much information expect suggestion to do my own research! Didnt go into any detail as to how my puppies teeth, ears or eyes were. Didnt ask what kind of lifestyle my puppy would have to determine what kinds of vaccines to give him just told us do your research and let them know! Below our expectations! Plus kept pushing for stool tests. Since then we changed to a different clinic.

Told me my dog had a spinal injury and was completely false. After a recommendation to purchase pain killers. Really pushed on the selling of medications.
The very next day My dog was completely fine. Won’t ever go back again what a waste of money.

Dr. Mandeep is truly wonderful, I take both my dogs here Junior; a bichon poodle mix and Maxx my frenchi, he takes the time to explain the diagnosis for your pet and all your options, willing to work with you. Staff is so nice and welcoming, would highly recommend.

By far this has been one of the best Veterinary Clinics I have been to!
I've had many animals throughout the years and I can honestly say I have had the best experience with this clinic.

First and foremost I would like to mention that I have no qualms about the quality of care received. After three straight days (Tues-Thurs) of back and forth to the clinic, I had inquired with the receptionist/assistant as to whether the following day's (Friday) potential hospitalization would be covered in the surgery fee paid that day (Thursday). I was notified that it was, and left it at that. That day (Thursday) my pet did not eat enough at home after her surgery and thus required hospitalization on Friday - for what I had been told was already covered in Thursdays payment. She was dropped off in the morning and picked up end of day, at which point I was notified of an outstanding amount for hospitalization. While I understand that it likely occurred as a miscommunication between who I spoke with on the phone Thursday, and the person she had confirmed the information with, the fact remains that I was told it was covered. Had I been told on Thursday that I would be charged for the Friday hospitalization, it would not have stopped me from bringing my pet in. But, that it besides the point.
The fact remains that there was a break in communication between staff, and incorrect information relayed to the client (me). On principle alone the clinic should have taken responsibility for that error, but instead proceeded to shift blame to me, with only a small credit being offered, and that is only if additional money is spent at the clinic.
While I am happy that my pet received the care she did, when she did, and again, I have no issues with the quality of medical care offered here, the experience from today (Friday) was disappointing. Again, the core issue was placing the responsibility of miscommunication happening within the clinic, on the client.

Dr Chaudhary and the staff at Northpoint have been nothing less than wonderful since we have been with them. We feel very comfortable knowing Charlie is getting the best care possible from this knowledgeable, kind and caring team. Thank you for all your hard work!

After moving away and having to switch to a new vet I was extremely disappointed in the way that they handled our pup and charged us double what we pay at Northpoint. Northpoint vet treats our dog as their own making sure she is healthy and happy during her regular checkup. They are extremely knowledgeable in what to recommend and always give us the option to choose the best service to fit her lifestyle. I wish I could give them 6 stars and will never go to another vet again! Worth the trip to Bolton

I usually don't write reviews, but I absolutely had to write one after my experience here at Northpoint. My sister's hamster was in absolute pain and crying, we called one veterinary hospital and was told we can have an appointment Thursday but it wasn't soon enough. We called Northpoint and we had an appointment for little Oreo 15-20 minutes post calling. The staff took great care of him and now Oreo is home and feeling much better. Thank you so much Northpoint staff, you are all truly amazing!

I would not trust anyone else with my girls. The doctors and staff are fantastic! They are so clear with explaining things and giving directions. I really trust the entire team!

I would not trust my fur babies with any one else. Always professional and clear when giving instructions, directions when discussion ailments and treatments. They always follow up - genuinely care for the well being of our animals. The staff is always friendly and kind.

I can't resist myself writing the review about the services we are getting from NorthPoint Vet clinic at Bolton. We have our 7 yrs old female dog Shih Tzu. Since her birth she has been under the observation of our favourite vet professionals, Dr Kauldhar and Dr Chaudhry. Both of them have a great skill of dealing with the animals and doing all surgical procedures. They did spaying, surgically removed bladder stones, regular vaccination and subscribed the balanced diet to our dog. Our dog is healthy, only because of their extra ordinary services. I highly recommend their services.

Dr. Kauldhar and his team did an excellent job in extracting a couple of our cat Spencer's teeth, as well as cleaning/scaling. And I was surprised by the cost. They came in under the estimate.

Always a great experience for my dogs here at Northpoint Veterinary. Dr. Kauldhar and his staff are very patient with Nala, even when she's super excited. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.
