First off, if you talk to Jared you're really lucky, you've already found someone who is trustworthy, client focused, and experienced. We are a busy couple with two boys one 13 Year old and second 7 Year old, the thought of searching for flights or planning our family vacation always becomes a stress point.
After contacting Jared at NorthStar, we discovered that all we had to do was let Jared know our requirements and he was able to put together an amazing itinerary and find us the best options for our trip. Not only did Jared take care of the dates, the financial comfort that we could agree on. Was booked to fly AC to Deer Lake, Thurs, leaving at 8: 05, delayed a couple more times then cancelled around 10 - 10: 30. No help or explanation. AC were having problems all day. We got ahold of Ashlie & she was able to book a flight for Sat. We have booked all of our trips with Ashlie, the service is exceptional. Always so helpful & cares about her clients and their vacations

We recently returned from a Mediterranean Cruise. It was amazing. Ashlie White was our Travel Associate. She went over and above to facilitate all of our questions. The white glove service we received was impeccable - we will never book our own vacation - Ashlie is our girl. Thank you so much for the peace of mind you gave us.

Very disappointed with Krista Kreutzer. She never informed me about documents I needed for my trip to the Philippines this cost me over $ 3000 extra. I was refused boarding a airplane in Vancouver. I tried to negotiate my problem I encountered with her with no response from her she just stopped answering my Emails. Do not book with her as she is none professional.

Sir your comments are not true. Why are you talking about a visa (I fixed this) it was the health certificate that got me stuck in Vancouver. How can I phone you when nobody answers the phone and your agent didn't (wont) give me her extension #. What you told Tico is false. You didn't even answer my 2 Emails. Is this is how you treat your customers by ignoring them?
As far as invoices send copies to me, you can't as I never received any. As you know invoices are signed by the customer. Putting the blame on me will not solve this. I assume you know what I'm telling you

It was our first experience with someone other than flightcenter and we were very impressed. First of all, Petra's call back time from my message was amazing. She asked many questions and listened our needs and wants. She had a few great options which led me to find the perfect resort! Barcelo Maya Tropical. She planned and arranged it all with Transat and Airways transit. This was extra work accommodating my scooter and disability. We will be back the next time!

I have booked a number of vacations with Justin and Chrissie and they are hands down the best! All of our trips have gone off with zero issues! We are in the middle of booking another Disney trip with them as they love home as much as we do! Do not hesitate to book your next adventure! You will not be disappointed!

I booked my vacation with Leona and she made everything go smooth and was there with all information needed. Haven't not travel since before covid feeling out of the loop. Leona just made everything a breeze. And it was new to me to do everything over the phone and email.
