Diana (Receptionist) has a nice voice on the phone. Everyone is kind and professional. Children and adults alike would feel at ease in this friendly environment. Teresa (who usually takes care of me) is very thorough when she does my scaling. At the end Dr. Tallerico checks for any further attention required.

Absolutely fantastic dental office! Have been coming here for since 2015. Dr. T and her team are amazing, always have a good experience. I now bring my 3 year old as well and it is wonderful. They are so sweet with her and she has a great time. They allowed her to stay for my cleaning and it worked out great, everyone is so patient with her. Plus it saved me from having to come twice! Highly recommend Dr. T and her team!

Dr Tallerico is wonderful family dentist and her team (Edna, Theresa and Diana) is also wonderful. The dental office is well run and managed and the staff is pleasant and professional.

They are very thorough in their work. They are not one of those clinics that will have all unnecessary work on you, so you can spend all your insurance in a year! If the work is not needed- so be it. I highly recommend this place.

My friend referred me to this dental office as I was looking for a new dentist. Let’s be honest, no one really likes having to go to the dentist to get dental work. However, Dr. Catherine Tallerico is such a pleasant dentist to speak to as I was nervous upon my first visit but she kept me calm the entire time. My biggest fear was the pain I may be in during any of the procedures, however I was never in any pain. What’s also a nice change about Dr. Catherine Tallerico compared to my last dentist is that she’s always informative and good at giving you the play-by-play of what she’s about to do during the procedure. Your x-ray charts are literally in front of you while you’re sitting on the chair waiting. She refers to them when she’s letting you know what’s going on. She is always very thorough with any recommendations she has on what’s best for whatever kind of pain you’re in or procedures that is recommended to do. Diana is the receptionist at the office and she’s always very kind and easy to make appointments with and just to speak to in general. The dental clinic is always very clean and I’m no longer nervous having to go to the dentist anymore. I highly recommend Northtown Dental!

I took my son a year ago to this place and I had two insurances at that time and I was assured by the staff that I do not owe anything and also given receipt where it said amount due is $0.00, despite the fact that the dentist was good, the staff was horrible confirmed through receipt and verbally that the insurance covers my sons appointments. A year have passed and now the staff mailed me a $150 bill saying it was not covered by insurance, I think this is very unprofessional from their end. You cannot come after a year chasing me for money you said I do NOT owe and gave me a receipt and all was good. You cannot mail customers bills that you communicated otherwise. This being said, I am never coming back here because of the unprofessional staff.
