I am very grateful to the physician at this clinic - even though I am a "walk-in" patient, i called late July to indicate my concern about the lump I found - without doubting me, she said she would suggest that I ask my family MD for a mammogram and ultrasound. This information was key in my ability to ask for these - after a bit of insistence, i was able to get the requisition of these from my own GP and unfortunately am diagnosed with breast ca.however this could have been delayed if it was not with the recommendation by this doctor.

The receptionist is very friendly. Dr. Cindy Ng is very thorough with her examinations and provides the best course of treatment with limited information.
It does get busy on Mondays. Her hours are short but she does get through everyone that comes before her walk in hours.

I have used this clinic a few times and it was great. This is not my primary doctor, but if my doctor Retires I will be coming to this clinic permanently. The Dr was kind, friendly efficient and most importantly competent. Keep up the great work and we are glad to have such a wonderful doctor in our community. Thanks for trying to keep us healthy!

I never leave reviews but this is a special occasion. I was very impressed with the service at this clinic, in fact, Dr. Ng is the most helpful doctor I have ever seen! She listened carefully to every concern I had and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this walk-in!

Possibly the worst clinic I have ever been to, you can get better care at a butcher. Dr. Cindy did her best to get me out as fast as possible and deal with as small a part of the problem as possible. Would not recommend.

Dr NG was very thorough with initial exam-asked very specific questions-elaborated in depth on my symptoms-recommended alternative solutions -she was very positive and inspired confidence-highly recommended-

From my first visit to Dr. Cindy Kar Wai Ng I have been continuously impressed with her incredible medical knowledge, thoroughness, quick ability to diagnose and caring manners.
I have recommended her to several people who have been equally unimpressed with her.
The staff have always been extremely polite and helpful.

Convenient location but you will only get to see the doctor for a minute or two. If you have another question or issue they want to come back another day so they can scan your OHIP card again.

It's terrible. The doctor was being obnoxious and snooty: (

I waited in the room when I get inside for another 30-40mins I fall asleep

My firsrt language is not English she speaks so fast not accomodate patient as well

The doctor is knowledgeable, experienced and expert. She found out what's going on just by touching the painful area. She was talking so fast and some people might have some problems with following her.

The doctor is very experienced and definitely spend more than 5 minutes to talk to patients and address their concerns.

Talks very quickly and is succinct which I appreciate.no-nonsense walk-in clinic type doctor for emergency/quick fixes. Is a bit curt which I don't mind, I can understand why some people would regard this as lacking bed-side manner though.but open for only 3 hours for most day? The office hours are terrible.

Dr Ng was very thorough and listened to all the symptoms I had. She really spent her time explaining and giving advices. However, she does only takes on 1 problems at a time and talks about only discussing 'emergency' issues. She does talk fast like the other reviews have said. Tells you to speak with your family doctor. Will not be visiting again.

I got an interview invitation over the phone at 4 pm even though I told the office I was gonna be at work. I told them to call me tomorrow which is Tuesday. Now I'm only doing a 2 star review instead of one star because I never visited the office. But the attitude of Dr Cindy was pretty, disgusting. I had a five min convo with her about a job opportunity. Keep in mind I'm at work in the break room so it's a bit loud. Then I tried to rearrange for another time on one day for an interview because I had to pick up something from a store. I didn't tell her the, reason but she kept saying oh it, seems like you don't want this job. For me If I didn't want this job I wouldn't have called you. Disrespectful and rude. I hope she has a therapist friend because she needs some psychological support since she's psycho

A very thorough and efficient doctor! For a first time experience I was glad that I went there as she explains in clear language what is going on. I was impressed how she managed to do it all but luckily there was no one ahead of me.

I waited for 45mins to see the doctor. Explained to her that I have been using a medicine (gel type) for acne treatment on my chest for several years.

She gave me a prescription for different medicine (loton type) which she gave me 5years ago that did not work on me.

So I left the clinic, called the pharmacy, and went back to the clinic with the name of the medicine (went back to the clinic within 45 mins).

Asked the doctor to change the prescription so I can get the right medicine. She told me to come back another day or wait for all the patients (8 patients) that are ahead of me to get re-perscribed paper.

The reason I did not go back tothe clinic for five years is because she never perscribed medicines that worked on me.

My time is valuable, so as the doctor and the other patients.

Now I have to go to different clinic to get the medicine I need - Wasting almost half of my day.

I can understand that some doctors are not as knowledgable as the others. But being rude and not caring is not accepable.

Dr. Ng was very thorough and kind. She really takes the time to get to know your medical history and is very personable. I spent more time seeing her (about 20mins) than I ever have with my specialist of 10+ years. Highly recommend this walk-in clinic!

THE WORST TREATMENT I HAVE EVER GOTTEN.

The doctor was rude, rushed, hostile and arrogant. She basically told me straight up she can’t waste her time for walk-in patients. She made me feel very uncomfortable let alone being respected.

Save your time. I am sure any doctors can display more respect to patients regardless they are walk-in or not.

Very long wait time. Arrived at 9 am when it opened and had 2 people ahead of me. I was let into the room after almost an hour, then waited longer to be seen. Extremely long wait time considering I went there when it opened. Asking questions leads to having to go to my family doctor. Save your time and go somewhere else, there are other walk in clinics around this area.

Dr. Ng and her receptionist were great. They were friendly and welcoming, wait time was short, and Dr. Ng was quick to diagnose my ailments with informative and helpful advice. Definitely recommend!

There was a bit long waiting line for walk in but it was worth it Dr. Cindy was very professional and caring. She even called me back to ask if I am doing good. It is so hard to find a good doctor and i am very pleased I have found Dr. Cindy.

I came to get my allergy shot here and the receptionist was so polite and helpful. The doctor was very thorough, especially as it was my first visit, making sure to inform herself of my medical history and taking my blood pressure, temperature, and listening to my heart/lungs before administering the shot. Although I had to wait over an hour to be seen, she seems to be thorough, which I can’t necessarily complain about. The only off putting thing was that she kept questioning me as to why I came to her, such as insisting I didn’t live close enough to the clinic. It didn’t seem very “walk ins welcome”.

They don't VACCINATE! I waited over 1 hours for my baby's vaccine and it was time waste. The doctor is kind actually.

Worst experience at a walk-in clinic. The doctor was arrogant and talked down to me. She also spoke very fast and seemed eager to get me out the door as she couldn't care less. She was only willing to deal with one problem per visit, and when I asked her for a referral to a urologist, she said I needed to get that from my family doctor (which would be an inconvenience for me since my family doctor is located about 45 min away from where I live). She was wrong! I went to another walk-in clinic right after and had no issues getting a referral.
