Stored my property with them for almost 18 months prior to moving, when finally bringing my furniture we noticed lots of damage. They have done nothing to make reparations to our furniture for the damage occurred during storage. 2 leather chairs with indents that are not coming out! Book stand with broken support cross member. Oh I should add that they offered. 60 cents a lb for damage to our 900 dollar chairs what a joke and that was for damage incurred while moving not for storage. I sent a comment to them on their website and they didnt have the common courtesy to reach out to me. No wonder they are not members of the better Business Bureau. Not surprised at all!
