Customer service is bad. 5 people standing around ignoring me while no customers. No one comes to help. Turban guy running around pretending to be busy. Horrible experience. I will never visit. Will go to Home Depot or Home Hardware Bolton.

Experienced dishonest business practice and disrespectful staff this day. I normally go here when I need a few items so I can support local business. I needed 20 joist hangers. I compared prices online for an item and found Home Hardware advertised a cheaper price vs Home Depot. When I went to the store the item was nearly double the price advertised online. When I enquired within, the staff person and found the exact item further down the aisle for an even cheaper price. Right away, the staff person snatched the advertised price tag of the display area and said I would not be getting the display price because it was wrong. HOME depot would not honor the price online norepinephrine the instore marked price. The staff there was argumentative and dismissive. I asked one of the staff why he was yelling, he proceeded to yell louder and point his finger in my face with the manager present. Naturally I put my finger in his face and asked him how he like it. The manager separated the staff person but was no more helpful or reasonable. This back and forth continued. The manager finally said he would sell me the joist hangers for the lower marked price. He asked how many I needed. I let them know again I needed 20. He said no, he would only sell me one for the display price. Who buys just one joist hanger? I left angered, dissatisfied, disrespected and brought my business to Home Depot instead. I would NEVER support this particular location again because they act like CROOKS.

Very helpful staff are well versed in their stock. Just ask and item you are looking for is made availed. Very large assortment of stock.
But being a home hardware prices were high.

The service was very good and all of the people were really nice and they offered a really good price too. Would definitely visit again!

Went here today to pick up a specific fuse. I was approached immediately by Harjot who knew exactly where to find the item I was looking for. Harjot was extremely helpful and knowledgable about other home questions I had. Thank you sir!

BIG RED FLAG - DESI owner, ZERO customer service, NO guarantee of any product sold! (one of my colleague bought a lawn mower from them in May 2023, and somehow the product had a manufacturing defect and he took it back to get a new one but after multiple attempts to the store to get a replacement, they provided no solution to his problem and moreover they had an excuse every time saying contact the manufacturer helpline directly and get a confirmation number from them and they will look into it! What a hassle!

Doesn't worth even a star, last week I went to buy a snow blower, and the sales person was too rude at me, when I asked some details about the machine he wasn't willing to explain and when enquired about the price discount he said it is not applicable and I had show him the tag put on the machine for the offer, and when asked about the manual he said" that you have to find out. "Felt discriminated.

Clean and organized store. It was easy to get in and get out in a rush. I was greeted at the door and asked what if anything I needed help with. Very helpful staff.

Bad experience, won't be back. Stopped in ont the way home. Why does this store close at 6pm. Why should I be harrassed about the store closing. How is this store still staying in business? Terrible selection for plumbing and heating.

I sometimes get my keys cut here. Some employees know how to cut keys well while others could use some additional training and the keys do not always work.

I've been to this store a couple times now and I am very impressed with the service from beginning to end. The last time I was there, I needed to get something from a locked cabinet and the salesperson was right there to help me. He even explained how it should work without me asking. Then after cashing out, without asking, he carried a heavy box to my car which was very much appreciated because I had a lot to carry.

10/10 basically had a whole group of employees trying to solve the mess of brass fittings i needed to find out the solution of (cold water split into faucet and filter; filter split into drinking faucet and ice maker). Needless to say that if you don't know what you are doing; someone in the store probably does.

Very easy to talk to a sale associates far better than big box hardware stores. They are very knowledgeable. Very reasonable price. Fast shopping time.
I am working in construction industry, from now on I will shop at this store.
