It was very very very very BAD EXPERIENCE.
I was booked a car new 2020 Corolla. My sales man name is Gurdeep. He did all done. After that one of Guy MUHAMMAD says your finance approval is done. Your delivery date after 5 days. But after 5 days he says he is searching car they don’t have a car you have to wait. I wait till 10 days. After 12 days he says congratulations ajay your car is ready but not 2020 Corolla. It’s 2019 Corolla hatchback. I was shocked. He says I have approval only this car. I don’t have any car approval. After 15 days he says if you want 2019 Corolla hatchback then it’s ok if not he cannot do any thing. I said it’s ok. Please return my money back. He said ok after that he did not attend my any calls and did not give my money back 10 days. He also says no body give you car but Woodbridge Toyata gave me car with in 4 hours. One of guy he helps me today gave my money back his name is umer. He spoil my one month and money.

My purchase at this dealership was the best decision I’ve ever made. The service was amazing and above they met all my expectations. I would strongly approve dealership to anyone purchasing a new vehicle. Kriti Mendiratta was wonderful explaining the features of my new car to myself and my husband. Kriti has her job down. She is well mannered and positive would recommend her anytime thank you for your time Kriti.

I took my 2015 Corolla in on Friday for oil change and tire change by appointment
Normally I pickup my car by lunchtime, I was told it wasn’t ready, I dropped it off at 8: 45 am it wasn’t ready till 4 pm
I was later told that if I wasn’t waiting in the showroom my car could wait.
When I removed my summer tires from my backseat I found the bags the tires were in are covered in oil or grease, not impressed
The tire bags should be clean to keep my seats clean from grease
I purchased my car at this dealership and have come back for all my oil changes and seasonal changes.
I’m not impressed with the new management

Service is OK. Used to be more staff on hand to help. Now you have to find and ask. No more bottle water for customers. Car lot has been empty for a couple of years. But that's like all Toyota dealers. I can see the whole automotive dealer experience is changing and not in a good way.

Just picked up our new Rav4 today. My third time here actually! Just love dealing with sales consultant ANTHONY CURCIARELLO that even though I live about 25 kms from the dealership, this is the place I go to! Lovely, wonderful staff to deal with (shout out to JAVAID!). Anthony takes care of us and sincerely tries his best to give us the best experience. Always!
Special thanks to KRITI! The crash course she gave me makes me feel a lot more comfortable driving my new car home. She explains everything so well. So if you are looking to get a new vehicle, go visit them and I personally guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Mr. Abdullah Akbar worked very professionally and helped us in every aspect of our purchase. Top notch service was provided. Everything went very well from customizing the car to financing and then picking up the keys.

All best staff very friendly environment, Gurmeet Gulati is one of the best sales representatives who deals in used car, he provide me very nice services. I am very excited to post my review for Brampton East Toyota. They are all very friendly staff but one of them I found he is the best his name is Gurmeet Gulati. I bought a used car and he provide service very impressive even after sale, when I found a problem and I called him, he said bring your car I will manage to fix this issue. I am very impressed.

The team here have been fantastic during each and every one of my visits. Sure, wait times aren't the greatest on some days, but trust me.it can be a whole lot worse than the 30mins delay you MAY experience here.

Amazing Experience with Product Advisor Mr. Kapil Arora. With his guidance i was able to get a great deal for my new 2021 Corolla LE. Its been a few weeks since i made the purchase and i have no regrets. Especially due to his guidance for choosing the right vehicle for me. It was easy to make a service appointment via calling in. The admin was very helpful. Once I got in the location the person that helped me already solved one of the problems I had, saving me money. Oil change was fast and on point. The gentleman that helped me also pointed out some of the things I needed to change in the future. I felt no pressure at all of them forcing me to change the part right away. The service from this dealership was honest. 10 out of 10 would come back also would highly recommend.

Went there looking for a RAV4 and came out more confused than before. Sales as quick to get rid of us and seemed indifferent towards the sale.

This was my first dealing with Northwest Toyota, and my Sales Rep, David Oommen.
This dealership is in Brampton, and I live 2 hours away. David helped me with all the early questions over the phone, including making a deposit to hold everything proceeded on schedule. I highly recommend David. He is professional, enthusiastic, and on time with all his correspondences.

Very poor service; called numerous times to book a service appointment on Friday - no one picked up the phone. Took the vehicle around 4 pm to the service centre and was asked to come on Monday - at 1 pm. Came back on Monday and had the shuttle drop me at my place; got a text at 2pm stating that the car is ready for pickup asked them by text to send the shuttle on seeing that till 3.30 pm no one was coming, tried calling them.no one would pick up the phone at the service centre after numerous times, got some sales person who promptly washed his hands and transferred the call to the service dept; again, no one picked up the call. Desperately called the guy who sold me the car. He too washed his hands off stating he is out of the office and cannot help. As it was a Christmas eve, the service centre was closing at 4.pm. Had to curtail wife's appointment and drive down with her to pick up the car. Next service details/ kms were not updated. Had earlier also tried to call to get info/ help with rust proofing.no response. Have decided not to purchase a Toyota from this place or recommend this place to anyone. Infact had purchased my 2nd Sienna from here and got one of my friends to purchase from this location. Now, no more. Very disappointed.

Just got my car from Northwest Toyota today. Arvinderpal (AP) is one of the best sales representatives I have come across. Purchased cars more than once because of his positive attitude and customer service skills. He is very informative. I would definitely recommend Arvinderpal (AP) to those looking to buy cars.

Northwest Toyota service for new cars is better but their other services like oil change, engine inspections are really worse due to wastage of time. They book an appiontment before 2 weeks and at the day of service they wasted 3 to 4 hours for next customer turn. Still they spent only half an hour for the service. I can’t understand why people would waste time to stand in que or wait for their turn.

Third time buying from the same location. Had shopped around at different Toyota dealers around the GTA. Only came back due to Arvinderpal. Amazing to work with and got us a deal that was MUCH better than we expected. Recommend everyone go here and talk with Arvinderpal (AP).
