Everything indicates that they're closed at 9: 00. It is not advertised that they stop taking patients at 7: 30. Showed up at 8 because I worked until 7 on the other side of town and the sign was off, door was locked but several people in the waiting room.

Put signs up for people letting them know the policies. Record it on the voicemail. Post it on the website so people don't waste their time!

Terrible clinic. Won't ever return. Would rather go to emerge!

The staff at the Northwood clinic on long lake road are NOT friendly. (I went on Sept. 27). Extremely disrespectful & rude, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The dr did not tell me her name, she was rude and gave me no information regarding why I was there.

S. Pabani is a real grump. The moment she walks in she's telling me to remove my hat BC she can't see my face? Asks me questions about my cough but dismissive and rude. She refused to discuss ultrasound results BC I was also in for a cough. Told me I should get a home doctor. Walked away from me. Retire if you don't want to do your job. Reception tells me to come back tomorrow if I want a doctor to discuss results with, S. Pabani isn't working tomorrow.

Very clean, fast and thorough. Doctors took the time to listen, were thorough and got me out as quick as I liked. Clean place, nice staff and overall happy with the service.

Bad service in terms of waiting times and respecting the order of arrival.
I don't know if the problem they have at this clinic is because they are understaffed, if some of the workers there are racist or if they just don't care who got there first, despite the fact they ask for you to register on your arrival.

It's already 4 times that I went there, waited 2 hours or more, and they decided to see the people who arrived after me first. The first time it happened I was very polite and accept that mistakes happen. (They still attend the other person first.) But four times is not right. I admit last time I was angry and maybe overreacted, but I don't think it's fair to wait there, stand in line like everyone else and they just decide to attend in whatever order they want based in who knows what.

I understand that sometimes some cases need to be seen before, especially if they are emergencies, but that was not the case on any occasion I was there.

S. Pabani should not be a doctor with her attitude. Super rude and unprofessional. Her license should be canceled. Just wondering who hurted her to make her acting like a B

Not one patient in the rooms for over an hour.guess the doc has to take a break every 15 mins

Worst place to visit at first they book appointment and even after that i have to sit there for 2 hours to see a doctor they dont care about the patient emergency they check the patient according to their mood in the whole clinic there was only 3 patients and still i have to wait so i would say never visit this place and i am writing this review while i am waiting for doctor. And then the again sent me to the waiting room from the area where they check because doctor said she wants to see someone else before because the other patient is getting late for work and i was sitting in the cabin in a pain.

Horrible service just trying to ask receptionist something and completely ignored at 3pm doesn’t close to 4 bht I guess when they have a full list you can’t even ask them a question

I do not recommend this doctor, (Dr S. Pabani) she said she didn’t care about the test results and wasn’t her problem, doesn’t care about her patients.she should retire she’s old enough.she’s a real see you next tuesday.

The “doctors” at this clinic are beyond incompetent. They made several major errors resulting in significant potential for harm.

If you have to use this clinic, pray you don’t end up worse off than if you had done nothing at all.

I’m sitting in the waiting room, with 7 other people ahead of me and there is NO DOCTOR HERE. And there was a woman sitting in the back room for over an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous and this is not right. There are elders, sick people, and children that have been sitting here since 3pm. The doctor has been called by the receptionist with no response.

I was nervous after reading the mixed reviews to come in here but I’ve been twice during the past week and everything has gone well. The facility is clean and service is fast. One receptionist the first time I was in was a little bit snarky but the second time I was in the receptionist was a gem.

I’ve been coming to this clinic since I was a child and never had an issue, I came in as an adult to have some stitch removed in 2021 and I just had it looked at by another doctor this year to find out they left stitches in my arm! Now the cut is completely healed over, they will have to cut it open again to get it out

Do not go to this clinic no matter what. Worst experience I've ever had with a "doctor"
in my entire life. If you decided to go and you have Dr. S. Pabani ask to see another doctor or another Md/pd. I waited a hour and a bit and she was extremely rude and dismissed anything I tried to say. I had a blocked ear and I the same problem last year with my ear. She spent 2 minutes and dismissed any symptoms I had. She prescribed me the exact same thing that didn't fix my problem the year before (as I ran out) which I explained I was was already using and sent me off.
So I went to the downtown location the next day and my problem was solved. I still have to see a audiologist/ear clinic (due to my ear canal being a game of snakes and ladders) but I can hear and go about my day.
But what confirmed my irritation/suspicions/disbelief was I went to the downtown clinic the next day for a second opinion and there was another lady who was at this clinic the night before. So seemingly she saw the same doctor I had. She went in 45 minutes before me and after I got out she was still in there from something that got dismissed in a few minutes at this clinic (she was very sick).

Also a PSA if you are going to any of these clinics and are not sick I suggest waiting in your car and asking them to call or come back every 30 minutes

If you are very sick I really suggest saying and understanding the fact you are sick and not put your self in a enclosed room of people. Don't be selfish and be respectful. There are many people who just need a prescription filled If you are straight dying go to ER

If I could rate this clinic a zero it still would be too high. My wife brought in our 6 year old son and because he wasn't fully vaccinated for covid the doctor wouldn't even see him. Here we have the pinnacle of medical ineptitude and exactly what is wrong with what has gone on the past 2 years. When the vaccination rate for children his age is barely above single digits and you have a brain dead physician refusing to treat them, that individual should have their medical license removed. Skip the clinic altogether and save yourself from a clinic theater employs doctor's who refuse to abide by the hippocratic oath.

My 7 month old baby was turned away because she wasn’t vaccinated tonight. We are vaccinated but my baby isn’t. Go somewhere who cares for patients and doesn’t turn away a baby.

Went in and had to wait ages to talk to the receptionist even though there was only two people ahead of me. She gave me a rapid covid test bur it wasn't complete and I had to wait almost an hour to get another one. And she was very rude about it as well. Finally got in to see the doctor and she took one look and didn't test me at all. She just looked and wrote me a prescription. Very disappointing

Registered for the online consult and it's now been to days with no response. Tried calling the call in line it rings and puts you on hold for 4 cycles then hangs up on you. Don't even get me started on the clinic it's self. Worst service ever.

Doctor should show up at opening not 35 min late. Happened twice now. We'll go somewhere else.

I've been to this clinic twice this past week and both times i was very pleased with the doctors i had seen. Therefore, the 4 ****'s however while i was sat in the examing room the 2nd time, there was a doctor outside the examing rooms making patient calls ON SPEAKER PHONE for everyone to hear. Patient's full names, their symptoms, their medications, where they purchase those medications etc. Whatever happened to patient confidentiality?
I felt terrible for the woman who spoke of her 'extremely' personal problem. The doctor clicked off the speaker but, by then, it was too late. Her full name was out there & what she thought she may or may not have, had been revealed. If she knew she was on speaker phone she would have been mortified!
After returning home i began to feel regret for not saying something to the doctor i was seen by. Therefore, the reason i am posting this review.

Dr and nurse listened to my story diagnosed then prescribed proper med truly professional pleasure to go there

It so happens that I had to visit this walk-in clinic at four corners in Sudbury and had a good experience. Only five persons were allowed to enter the waiting hall because of Corona. The reception was good and the staff and the doctors were good and cooperative. We were satisfied to a great extant. Actually this was my second visit. The clinic is close to life labs, to get all the testing done. Besides this is located in a central place to reach with extensive parking facility. A medical store is also nearby to get their pharmaceutical requirements.
