Northwood Medical Clinics

Called the clinic, got someone who said “please hold” and continued to hold for 3 hours. Hung up after 3 hours and 9 minutes. Just wanted to ask if you could walk in without a family doctor.

Had very good experience comparing to other clinic on lasalle open in Sunday. Very nice staff and doctor took his time to see the patient.

Different kinds of service. There was one day I called the virtual clinic and I was seen quickly, got what I needed very efficient. A little confused as to how we're supposed to be able to communicate with the business as when the virtual line hangs up on you, when you try to call directly you are routed to an automatic system that just gives you the hours of the clinics. Extremely unhelpful, please fix this soon. The inefficiency in this program have real life effects on your clients and patients.

Can someone from this place tell me why they offer virtual services when I have called 8 times in a row and continue to reach a point where it just hangs up? How long do I have to keep calling to have the phone ANSWERED and not HUNG UP on!? This is a professional medical clinic? This is so stressful! I mean, is there ANY management at this clinic at all? Just look at these reviews! It should be rather embarrassing and something should actually be done about the incredible flaws in this clinic!

Worst clinic I've ever come across in my lifetime, showed up at 1 pm, didn't even get registered til 2: 30, their front desk worker clearly isn't educated on her job you see doctor in the back constantly on his phones well there's a full room of patients waiting terrible service terrible waiting times ur better off going to the hospital for them to assist your needs terrible clinic

If I could give 0 stars I would. My 9 month old son was prescribed 2 different meds that he did not need. I explained to the doctor what I thought he has and he shut me down, so anyway he was prescribed puffers and eye drops, 2 drops per eye, so I had put 1 drop in each eye, his eyes got super red and puffy so I had brought him to the hospital. Needless to say I was right about his situation and they treated him quickly. Do not go here with your children.

It was 8: 10 and the girl up from was turning me away with 4 people in waiting room and they close at 9… the girls said because we would like to leave at 9. Guess they aren’t really concerned about anyones health. Just as long as they can leave on time. This is kind of rediculous… I planned out my errands according to the hours thinking they would still take me in to look at me for 2 minutes that I am normally in the room for. I don’t have time every night to “try” and get in and they are also the latest clinic that is open in Sudbury… not impressed
