From our initial contact to the installation and everything in between, the high standards of customer service were very evident. The commitment to appointments being on time, including us in the decision making process and guiding us on what is best for us and our home were all keys aspects of our satisfaction with your team. The installation team was punctual, professional, thorough, friendly and easy to have in our home daily for the week they were there. In many instances, they went above and beyond to check with us before moving forward and always respectful of our home. Matt and Merl were an amazing team who did high quality work that has been noticed by everyone who has come into our home since the installation. We enjoyed all of our interactions with them. They are definitely skilled at what they do while providing excellent customer service!

Exceptional Service & Quality. We had 6 windows replaced and two doors which included our main front door with sidelights. The entire process was great! The installation team did a fantastic job and made sure everything was perfect! Highly recommend Northwood!

We were delighted with our recent project completed by Northwood. This was a complete replacement of every window and door in our house, including a couple large 2nd story custom made trapezoid-shaped windows. From the initial visit from an estimator to the final work from the skilled tradesman onsite, every bit of the process was professional, courteous, and on-time. The actual windows and doors seem to be great quality, the install is well-done, we couldn't be happier with the results

Rene, Matt and Tyler provided an exceptional, professional service preparing and installing our windows and patio doors. They kept the house clean like they weren't even here, accommodated our children and pets, and provided info/tips that will be helpful moving forward.
