Norton dental provides a hospitable and warm atmosphere to all its patients and visitors. Staff had completed their jobs effectively The dentist and the staff at Norton Dental have provided excellent service to me over the years. I'm always greeted with a warm and friendly smile and they have always treated me well and as pain free as is possible. Going to this dental office is a relaxing experience. Whenever I’ve needed emergency work done, I’m always taken care of in a prompt and timely manner and never left waiting. I highly recommend this dental office.

One of my fear is visiting the dentist for a checkup. When ever I go to get my fillings done, I am always scared of how painful it will be. However, to be honest, when I went to visit Norton Dental Clinic for the first time to get the fillings done. I was really scared inside, but it was the best dental visit I have ever had. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. When the dentist gave me anesthesia, it felt like as if she did not inject the anesthesia. I felt no pain and I was relaxed during the procedure time. I would like to thank the dentist and the staff member, for making my first visit the best visit ever. Great place, great team, highly recommend to visit Norton Dental Clinic.

Great experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hygenist was so nice and very informative, she even took time to go over my brushing techniques. The dentist was amazing, she explained everything as she did my fillings and answered all my questions. I have never felt this comfortable having dental work done.

I came into the dental office as an emergency patient with severe tooth pain. The receptionist took me to the room much faster than I expected with a short wait time. The dentist was really nice and gentle. She explained to me the cause of the pain and the procedures that she will do. The dentist had completed the procedure gently and as painless as possible. Staff were quite friendly and the environment was hospitable. I would recommend people to Norton Dental Clinic as the staff treat you with respect and like family.

I went to the dental office last Friday and my experience was great. Everyone who works there was nice and caring. The dentist took his time to explain the procedures. I got my fillings done without receiving any pain. I look forward to getting my cleanings consistently with them and getting my other fillings done. Thank you Norton for providing me with the best treatment ever! I recommend this dental office to everyone.

I wish I knew what I was getting into before I spent my money here. They are all scammers, they overcharge you for the most basic things. I had to pay $200 just for a check up and the check up lasted less than 5 minutes. COMPLETE SCAM!

Horrible dental office, very rude and arrogant staff. My appointment was at 4: 30 they made me wait an hour. I kept telling the receptionist that I will come back at a later time but she kept insisting that the dentist will be right with me. The dentist herself was horrible and condescending I came in for a denture fitting I kept insisting that it didn’t fit but she continued to use force to put it in. I was in pain and uncomfortable then she goes to argue that it wasn’t her fault. Very unprofessional staff. Would not recommend a visit!

My name is Nancy Long and this dentist, along with his amazing staff, have helped to greatly improve my health. I first presented with dental pain and severe headaches that had been ongoing for months back in November of last year.
My GP kept telling me that my headaches were most likely due to stress but after the dentist ordered an x-ray it revealed something much more sinister. I had badly infected sinuses and was referred to an ENT whom found a deviated septum and sinusitis that could require surgery. After months of medical treatment the ENT was to refer me to a dentist due to new developments such as TMJ and dying dental nerves that were causing 4 of my teeth to disintegrate which was causing excruciating pain!
It was very logical to me to return to the place and Dentist that found the problem to begin with.
Today was my consultation and my dental surgeries/treatments begin on Friday. I was so terrified of dentists but the care they provided was comforting enough to the point where I chose to skip the full anesthesia (where they send you to a surgical dentist) and have my procedure done under local anesthesia in the hands of this great dentist and his team.
I'm so very grateful for their professional knowledge and understanding of patient's fear!
Thank you Norton Dental team! This is the first time I feel so at ease with a dentist and look forward to my care on Friday.

All the staff were very nice. Dentist took time to explain, what he was doing and what I should expect. I'd recommend this dentist.

Horrible service. I've never had sensitive teeth before, but I sure did after cleanings and fillings at this clinic. A particular filling was causing me pain and I was told "it's just sensitivity, it'll go away. " The filling FELL OUT 2 months later and I had to go to a competent dentist elsewhere to get it fixed. Norton Dental will bill your insurance company for every penny they can, even if you don't need a particular treatment. Please do not go here, its not worth the pain and hassle!

RIP OFF RIP OFF! I am a student, did a cleaning, when finished, they asked for $200 extra. I was not told this before the cleaning, so they got me on the spot. They called a dentist too, to do a "pat-examination" so she could earn a bit on the side. I called the receptionist today, extremely rude and told me I should have solved this right there.it's like when you catch a thief after a month of the incident and they tell you " well you should have caught me on the day I stole from you". Ridiculous! I've spoken to a lawyer about it, they will take care of it, unless Norton pay me back without any issue. This is not about the $200, but fairness and to save people from losing their hard earned money. Cruel people!
