The appointment was requested for both deed transfer and statutory declaration, but the notary (Yosheel) only prepared for the deed transfer and did not read the appointment notes the administrator put in. There was no apology from the notary whatsoever. Very disappointing.

Nice person, offers services in French and English. Booking online was fast and easy and he followed the proper social distancing rules due to Covid19. Needing international documents notarized at very short notice, on a weekend, the location that best suited my needs was at 1185 Woodside Drive (@Maitland & 417), (good parking), where I dealt with Yosheel, who also speaks French. Very polite, respectful and very thorough with completing my documents, complete with seals. It was quick. The appointment making process, simple, professional, with email and text reminders. Pricing very reasonable. Strongly recommended and will be introducing him on 2 different community WhatsApp groups, many of whom will have use if his services at some point.

Horrible experience!
Had no idea what i wanted.
I asked to have a witness affidavit notarized.
Kept trying to sell me a $50.00 POA form.
He called his supervisor, he was no help either, probably because the notary did not know what a witness affidavit was.
Will not go back!
Just got a call from the owner (Rob)
He let me explain what happened, and was able to correct the mis conmunication.
Everything has been clarified, and am very pleased with the results.
