Don’t buy from them! The owner Dan is actually a joke. They don’t make things clear, then they blame everything on the customer. Over charges are just so normal. You will be winning a jackpot to get anything back. They don’t have their calls recorded and just tell customers that they said everything clearly.

This company is a joke. Over charges, hidden charges everywhere! Be super careful with your purchases! I’m never going to purchase from them again! Hope they go bankrupt soon!

Nothing but water has always gone above and beyond when called upon. Dan has delivered RO filters to my door just to be nice, and has just recently spent a lot of time on the phone with me helping to diagnose a mold issue in the shower that has nothing to do with his business (I called because he knows water). He not only spent a lot of time on the phone with me (at no charge for his time) but also followed up later in the evening with some internet links that helped me understand the issue. It is very apparent that this company wants to help and impress it's customers.

I have been a faithful customer since 2014. Their products are top quality and customer service consistently amazing. Both Dan and Heather strive to understand my needs and suggest solutions that are both cost efficient and effective. Their product is special and they go on and above what is required to share it with their clients. I live in Oakville and they deliver to my office and home without hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend Nothing But Water and their products!

The owner simply does not comprehend basic customer service.

Improper installation has led to over $800 in unexpected expenses and the owner refuses to take responsibility. Additionally, we had a leak following the installation of the product which we had to fix is ourselves. He has also lied to us (and we caught him lying) about contacting the supplier of his products in order to help us resolve the issue regarding a circuit board issue, but they cannot even do anything to help us because they are the wholesaler. The supplier informed us that it is the responsibility of Nothing But Water to provide customer service since they are the point of contact with the customer (the retailer). Dan, the owner, said he did everything he could to help us, but clearly this is not the case. He argues with us and refuses to take accountability for the products he sells and the installation.

Our general recommendation to other consumers is DO NOT use this business. If you encounter an issue, there is a good chance based on our experience that the business will not help you and you will be insulted (as the owner just did on the phone to us; calling us "twisted" due to our frustration with the services provided).

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If there is a problem, it's YOUR problem, not the owners. DO NOT expect compensation for a product malfunction. DO NOT expect responsibility to be taken. With this business, the customer IS NOT always right.

1. Following the initial installation we had a leak, which we had to fix. It was said that it must have been bumped or moved but my softer is in a room in the basement with my furnace, no one goes in except to fill the salt and that is a separate unit.

2. The product then malfunctioned, which it was assumed 'due to a power outage' which led to a fried circuit board causing the softer to be on a constant draining cycle. My water bills are quarterly so for three months this thing was draining and I had no idea. There are no warning indicators on the machine. I only found out when i put my ear to the ground and listened hearing a flow of water. This lead to over $800 in water overcharges and the owner refuses to provide ANY compensation. Not a single cent. Rather, blaming the customer for not noticing the issue. Last i checked the customer hired you 'the expert' to provide a trustworthy product. Now every power outage i have to check this product to ensure its not costing me a fortune. I am not in the water softener industry, i couldn't possibly know it was a draining cycle.

3. Upon identifying the overcharges I accrued he told me that it is the manufacturer who owes me compensation, not him, the retailer. So I called the manufacturer after requesting twice for the number he called. They called me back stating it is the retailer's responsibility to handle installation, issues with installation, product malfunctions, and product warranty issues. They also told me there is NO WAY a customer would have noticed it draining. So quite frankly, I believe he was lying to me in order to dismiss the issue.

My warning to other consumers is DO NOT use this business. If you encounter an issue, there is a good chance based on our experience that the business will not help you. You can expect excuses for problems, you can expect to pay out of pocket for product malfunctions, you can expect to be blamed for not noticing that this product is defective/malfunctioning.

Thanks for nothing but frustration and a HUGE water bill.

I was referred to this company by a friend of mine. I gave nothing but praise to say about Dan. Easy to deal with, no pressure to buy, great communication about the products and timelines especially with the delays because of covid.

I had actually booked the same system with another company and canceled with them based on the recommendation from my friend. I am so happy I made the change over.

I very highly recommend Dan for everything water related. You will be very happy you did.

Been drinking Nothing But Water for more than 10 years and will never use another water provider. Impecable service, amazing light taste and great people.

We have been using Nothing but water in our home for years. We have a reverse osmosis system which they service yearly and we order bottles for every family event. Even my parents and two of my siblings have a reverse osmosis system installed in their homes as well from Nothing but Water.

Their service is amazing and the management is incredibly polite and considerate. I’d recommend them to anyone in the GTA and Golden Horseshoe.

We contracted this “service” we had to make a deposit for the bottles, and I had to cancel because the service was outrageous, so when the company finally came and got its empties; the guy told us that we will get our deposit back from the bottles, and we waited for four weeks and nothing; when my husband finally called; the rats told him that the 40 dollar service was considered as they came and bring us water; that if we wanted the 40 dlls back we should had went to Markham to bring the empties back. When I canceled the service I asked them how would I get my money back and they told us that they will come to pick up the empties, and we will be credited our deposit back in our credit card. These people are dishonest and their water was disgusting. They stole 40 dlls from our credit card; I hope it is worth it.
