We booked for a hockey tournament….

We had dinner at the restaurant and then my sons stomache was feeling off immediately after eating so we decided not to do the pool as planned and we did the mini putt instead $10 per person there were 5 of us so $50 the workers came to kick us out on hole 14 of 18 because they were closing no refund no waiting until we were done they said you have 2 mins to get out we are closed.

We went upstairs to find security harassing other people on the floor to be quiet at about 8: 45pm during a hockey tournament everyone on the floor was there for the tournament so not sure why it was so necessary to be all over everyone at 8: 45pm - anyway it turned out My son actually got food poisoning from the restaurant he was sick all night and missed his 8am game and wasn’t well enough for the 5pm game either but nobody seemed to care not the hotel manager nor the restaurant manager they simply told me they sold a lot of chicken that day and he was the only issue. Keep in mind This caused my son to miss all of his tournament as he was sick all night long after dinner on the first night. Management didn’t seem to care.

When I called for fresh towels at night because my sick son wanted a shower we were told housekeeping was gone until 8am. After some back and forth They were able to find us some fresh towels had we not pressed for it we would have had to wait. We couldn’t have the room refreshed until after 8am and even then they only did 1 of the 2 beds even though I asked for both. My son was a write off but I took my daughter to visit the pool that is highly advertised as having a water slide and water fountain feature but neither were working - I was told they only run them for 4 hrs a day from 1-5pm we have to check out tomorrow at 11am so I suppose we won’t get to experience that! The tub didn’t have the rubber stopper on the closer so the kids couldn’t have a bath. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was the worst customer service and there were so many opportunities.

We had our wedding at the Nottawasaga and I cannot thank Samantha and her staff enough for their attention to detail, incredible service and support during our planning process and during our wedding weekend! We had an issue with our some of our decor linens but with Samantha’s quick thinking and action she was able to help us out with new linens and made everything look like a dream come true. Sandra was also incredibly kind and attentive on the day of, constantly making sure my husband and I were taken care of and her assistance in cleaning up the evening was so amazing, her energy and desire to make us feel special on our wedding made me cry in the best way. Really felt the love from all of the servicing staff. The food was incredible and the drinks were always flowing. A huge thank you to Samantha and the whole Nottawasaga crew for making us feel so welcome and like absolute royalty! We are so pleased with how our wedding turned out, we wouldn’t have changed a thing. Can’t wait to go back for our anniversary! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Went to their new lounge bar. It is beautiful and the service was excellent, drinks were delicious. Great place

Iv golfed here at list 4 times and had a good experience.but they but us on a corse that was in really bad shape this time and it definitely wasn't worth the 90 dollars to golf it.very disappointed and will not return.

Had a wonderful visit and the grounds are very well maintained. Very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay and visit.

What a disappointment! Brought my family here for an overnight getaway. Advertisements of a waterslide (wasn't operating), sauna (closed until further notice), mini golf (dark and not open) and a pool that puts swim lessons and Aqua Class ahead of hotel guests) left us disappointed and upset. Breakfast was included but on Fridays there is only one option! Brought my concerns to them during the stay, at check out and when i returned. Clearly, they aren't interested in responding. Very expensive and most definitely not worth it. Spend your money elsewhere.

Love this place. We spent a weekend here to plan our wedding here! We can't wait! The junior suites are wonderful. The lounge bar always has good eats and the lunch in the Riverview room was ao good!
The pools could be a little warmer.

On August 5th 2023, my husband and I got married in the outdoor garden. What a dream it was. From the beginning of the process with Samantha, the coordinator at the venue to yesterday with a follow up phone call asking how everything went was incredible. What an experience. Every question we had leading up to and after the wedding was answered and early check in for out of town guest. Everything was as promised with no surprises. Samantha and the Nottawasaga team treated us like royalty for our big day along with the amazing restaurant staff who hosted our rehearsal dinner and family breakfast the following day. We are forgetting her name, but the lady who managed the breakfast area is one for the books! Her energy was incredible and very loving. Overall experience at the venue and with the service was hands down the best we could have asked for. We can't wait to go for our one year anniversary dinner at the resort!

Visited the Golf Pro Shop where I play golf often. The Staff is professional and very friendly

Stayed one night but its my 4th or more visit. The experience this visit was amazing staff was great and Breakfast was so yummy and the view was beautiful.

We recently stayed at the Nottawasaga Inn. I definitely would not recommend it. The room was nice and clean but almost none of the amenities that were advertised were available. You spend a fortune (and we upgraded to a suite) and the waterslide wasn't open because they were under staffed. We had to wait to use the pool during operating hours because they were running public swim classes. The mini golf wasn't open. The food tasted great at Riverview and the server was very nice, but dinner was very slow. You pay a fortune for the bed and breakfast package and they only give you one choice for breakfast, an egg sandwich, but give you a menu with other choices and then tell you they aren't available. There was more selection on the kids menu! It's a nice resort but if they're going to advertise all these amenities, charge you full price and then have most of the amenities unavailable because it's not the weekend, they shouldn't be charging full price. I won't stay here again.

Attended an event, the food was terrible, couldn’t cut the meat it was so tough. It had no flavour and there was no other option. The service was poor to say the least, the overall experience was such a disappointment. We asked for a scoop of ice cream to put on our dessert and they it would take 15-20 minutes so they wouldn’t do it. I think that says a lot about this dump!

We didn't spend the night. We went for a wedding. The food was delicious and the ceremony was a perfect backdrop.

I came for dinner with my family and had a fairly decent experience, my server was great and the food was good. Our server was attentive and even though she seemed busy and was continuously checking on us and making sure the kids were happy. Unfortunately halfway through our service a woman who seemed to be the manager came up to our server and started yelling at her in front of us and other guests. From what we overheard she seemed to be yelling at her about serving a table that was not hers, this left a very sour taste in our mouth as it was very unprofessional and was unnecessary. It almost felt like she was purposefully trying to embarrass our server, very childlike and rude.

Do you want to stay almost in the middle of nowhere? Do you like to stay at an expensive "resort" with run down amenities? Do you like an air conditioning unit that sounds like a broken jet plane engine? How about no wifi? Then this is the place for you.

My kids have taken swimming lessons here a couple of times and over all the place is good. They are certainly over priced for their lessons especially since they cram 10 kids to a group and they barely get any individual instructional time.

Room was slightly overpriced for a slightly outdated room and for what I paid for (over night), but the staff working there made it a pleasant trip. Will come back for a staycation

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. I received excellent service from Sandra in housekeeping and the English gentleman at reception. Would definitely recommend!

Went on a business trip and it was great! Golf course had very nice view. Location was fantastic. The rooms were fine. Not that luxury but clean. Big pool with slide and tons of amenities.

Worse resort our family has ever stayed. Found the staffs very racist, we were two Indian families that checked in, from the time we checked in the resort we kept getting the looks from the staffs that made us very uncomfortable and felt low.we never got a straight answer for any of the question we had, and it wasn't just one or two but most of the staffs. Would never again visit this place, such a horrible experience.

We stayed for a golf weekend with friends. Service was awesome and all staff was friendly. The courses are fun and give some variety. Well manicured greens and loved that they changed the pin location daily. Will come back for sure.

Couldn't stay at the resort as rooms all booked, but amenities for a conference were very good, staff friendly and efficient.
