This is the second time I have gotten the keratin treatment from the amazing Henry! I do want to comment on a couple of the “bad reviews” towards this salon. First off Henry is not out to take your money! Henry has very reasonable prices and is not out to overcharge you. Second off his customer service skills are amazing, if you have any problems Henry is there to help and doesn’t treat you like a client he treats you like a part of the family. Third I have seen so many comments on the “chemical smell” no matter where you go to get these types of treatments there is going to be a “smell”, all I can say is regardless of the “smell” (it’s not a bad smell) I have never been so happy with my hair and I’m so happy with the care I got and the treatment I got, my hair has never been healthier! Henry is the only one I trust for these treatments and I hope everyone else will too! I will continue to come here as long are you are open and love all the wonderful work you do. Thank you so much Henry!

I saw Henry last week and my hair is so pretty now!
It was really curly so it is not perfectly straight so dont expect that if you have curls - it will be like straight with waves-there is no frizz and it is so soft and just flows

Henry is also a real professional so it feels super relaxing to get the treatment as well because he just knows what he is doing-

There is a 20minute waiting time when the treatment is in the hair- so bring a book to read or something to do:)

I will go back to Henry in a few months again because I am very happy with him and I am happy to write this post as well and share the experience so if you have too many bad hair days- you should actually call him and he will actually fix it

Henry is amazing! I went to him for a keratin treatment and it’s lasted already 5 months! I have very very thick and curly hair. Everyone always says they have never seen hair thicker than mine and the keratin treatment has done wonders for me. The price is always super reasonable compared to other places that don’t do as good as job as Henry does. Highly highly recommend.

Henry is a great man and professional. Did #keratin treatment with him twice, the first time was in the middle of the pandemic in his garage and this time in his salon!
The result was great each time.
My natural hair is curly but as it is damaged due to the highlight I tend to make it straight, but it is not doable in this humid season.

Henry has been a game changer in my world of hair. He has been doing Keratin treatments for several months and then suggested a show near straightening treatment as he felt I would like it more. The man was bang on! He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and wildly reasonable price wise. I haven’t actually enjoyed my hair up until meeting him so if you’re questioning whether to go or not go - just do it. You won’t regret it!

I had my hair straightened by Henry and the results are beyond what I could have ever expected. I am in love with them. I have had hair straightening before and I never was able to get these kinds of results. I have very curly and frizzy hair naturally and I am someone who enjoys to wear her hair straight, sleek, and smooth (with a little curl now and again, but definitely not what I have naturally). I let my hair air dry after the completion of the treatment time and I was so incredibly excited to see it air dry the way I normally blow dry it! I can't even wait to try blow drying to see what I can achieve with it (likely in half.or even less the time).

Henry is professional and engaging and it was such a pleasure to have my hair done by him and his salon. I am so grateful I was able to find him.

I had the Japanese Straightening, my hair is perfect now, Henry is very profesional and knowledgeable about the straightening treatments. Everybody knows that Japanese Straightening takes about 2 hours or more but with Henry felt like 20 minutes, was really nice talk to him, i definitely recommend this place.

I've had 3 keratin treatments done by Henry, and I can't recommend him enough. It's clear that he really cares about his customers' experience in the salon, and the treatment results. He also recently changed his formula to one that has a nicer smell - which is a really nice treat!

For those of you who are considering getting keratin, definitely check out Nouveau. I have naturally coarse hair and this treatment keeps my hair healthy and shiny.

I come here a couple times a year and have Henry do my hair for me. I always get the keratin straightening treatment when I come. Henry is very quick and does an excellent job with the treatment. His prices are also very fair and reasonable which I really like. The only downside is the smell of the treatment but that is nobody's fault since it naturally does not smell very great to begin with. Overall, I like coming here and trust Henry with my hair every time.

I've visited Nouveau for keratin treatment and colour with Henry on separate occasions, and both experiences have been great. I have curly hair and after the keratin treatment, my hair was straight, soft and shiny. I highly recommend this Salon. Thank you Henry for your skills and expertise.

Nouveau Hair Gallery did a fantastic Keratin job! We LOVE it! They were PLEASURE to deal with in every way. Their patience (many times over!), kindness and fair pricing was excellent and so greatly appreciated. We are so excited to our next visit and would recommend them without any reservations!

Had a great experience with the keratin hair treatment. Henry was great. He explained the treatment as he did it and was very open and honest about what the result would be. The end result turned out great. My unmanageable, frizzy hair is now soft and wavy. I can get up in the morning, brush my hair and walk out of the house. Amazing! Will defiantly be returning.

I had a keratine treatment 2 months ago and i really wanted to wait until i will review the service in the saloon: so the guy is really nice and professional ; the saloon is clean and the keratine treatment that day was awsome as any first day of keratine and then after 2 weeks or 3 weeks its like i have never done keratine in my hair especiallly the roots, after 1 month my roots were more frizzed than usual, so i really dont know is it the product which didnt suit my hair or is it the treatment in itslef because i noticed when he was straightening my hair he was not taking thin layers, the layers were normal like he is doing blow dry then i said maybe he has another technique and i was doubting that my roots were not very well straight, and then i was right now my hair looks like i have never done keratine, as i said very freezed roots and i need to mention that i use to do keratine every 6 months and this is the first time that i need to do keratine again after 2 months only. My advise if you are going to do keratine treatment ask the professional to focus more on roots and take thin layers to have better results

I had my hair rebounding done in Henry ‘s salon 2 weeks ago. I am so happy with the result. It’s quite Soft and straight. He was professional and quick!

Went in for my keratin treatment a week ago and Henry is absolutely amazing. My hair was frizzy, thick, and very unmanageable. Now I can just wake up and not spend time doing my hair. My hair is now straight, soft, and shiny!

I visited this salon for Japanese hair straightening and I would not recommend this place. I was regularly in touch with the stylist before the procedure and told him about the results I was looking for and explained him that I had highlighted hair. He said it was perfectly ok to get the treatment but never said the results were no where going to be like the Japanese hair straightening. I walked out of the place with super straight hair but the it lasted only until the first wash. Post the wash the hair was back to usual and I wasted my 220 bucks for nothing.

Best place for keratin. Henry is very accommodating and will try his best to fit you in (always appreciated). Definitely recommend this salon to others. Keratin smell is quite strong but I find it helps to close your eyes during the process. Otherwise, no complaints - will keep returning because there is nothing better than having soft, healthy hair.

I have been a client of Henry, owner of Nouveau Hair, for what seems like forever - at least 10 or 15 years. He is skilled at what he does across the board - applying color, highlights, keratin, hair cut, etc. I used to go to Capelli at Bayview Village, where I paid an absolute fortune. Henry is at the very least as capable as any hairdresser I have ever done business with. More than that, he ALWAYS goes the extra mile for his clients. Just now, I pleaded with Henry to fit me in this week for a color, cut and keratin treatment. His schedule was completely full, but he is so accommodating that he is staying late one night to do the treatment, as well as coming in on Sunday for the cut. Nouveau Hair has the advantage of being a small salon, so I feel that I am friends with both Tony and his staff. If you are looking for a reliable hairdresser, I strongly suggest you give Henry a try - he never disappoints.
