Can’t say enough on how happy I am with my new driveway. Special thanks to Ronny the sales manger and Tony the owner. Was promised the the job would be started and finished within 30 days and on Day 27 it was completed. Price was also extremely reasonable for myself and my neighbour. These guys do shoddy work and leave your driveway in gravel for months longer than promised. Will never use them again.

UPDATE
owner called me.upset about the review, but earnest in trying to make things right. I was upset as he had not called after 8 days when he was supposed to come and review. He apologized for this - first as an excuse being so busy, but then acknowledging he should have called back sooner.
I have found other issues to show him - soft asphalt at my garbage/recycling bins showing tracks. I am hopeful that he will get the job done properly and deserve a revised rating.
Tony came out today and we discussed the job in a lot of detail. When all was said and done he suggested a driveway seal to address my concerns at NovaPave expense. He thanked me for my advising him of my concerns about his approach to customer service. I feel much better about the situation now. I am very hopeful that the sealing will solve my concerns. I do have another year of warranty, and at this point I believe that NovaPave will honour this warranty fully. Follow-up means a lot and Tony showed me that he really understands this. We shook hands at end of our meeting today.

Update: Tony (owner) was very responsive about the driveway issue and offered to fix it because it was initially uneven near the drainage.

Good company to do business. Pawed my Driveway and in next year was small crack aper Guys was fix it in 2-3 weeks after call to company.

Ronny and all staff worked very hard to make my driveway look wonderful. Passersby and some neighbours were very pleased with the improvement, compared to what it looked like before. I received compliments: "looks great"! Of course I'm beaming! Very good price too. Thank you all who worked on this project.

I didn’t even have to find this company online or call. When I saw the signs on a few of my neighbours driveways and Mark had left I notice at my door I called and they promised a prompt start time and explained the process. You don’t have to pay until the job is done! That made me feel at ease with the process. I am very pleased with my new driveway after living with the old one for so many years. If only every service could find you when you need it and make repairs simple and affordable. Thanks guys!

August 5th Update: Unfortunately I’m updating my original review to express disappointment in follow up I’ve received to date. Part of my job was to have new curbs installed as part of the driveway project. I have since May 25th been asking for a solution to the curbs as they will definitely shift as soon as winter arrives or once the excessive amounts of fill wash away. Constantly told it will be taken care of by Ronny, who now is ignoring my requests. I’ve added photos to show how the curbs were left. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect 1) they wouldn’t use old material as part of the solution and 2) just dump a ton of fill to try and hold the curbs against the driveway. This will just slowly wash away. All I have asked is a solution to a problem, after all I was told all work is under warranty for a period of a year. My mistake was paying in full after the completion of the driveway install. Had I known the curbs would have been installed like they have been, I wouldn’t have ordered them. I would have found another solution!

Had new curbs and asphalt driveway put in. Novapave did what they said they would do, at the price quote which was very competitive with other quotes I received. The one thing I would note when looking for driveway replacement is how long from start to finish it will take. You see lots of driveways started and then they sit for weeks or months before they are completed. Novapave was very timely.

Very professional team, 9 seasoned guys came to do our and our 2 neighbors driveways. They laid a solid 2 inches of compacted asphalt. And cleaned up the street before they left.

NovaPave did such fantastic work on 2 major jobs at our home! The crew is fast, friendly, and extremely skilled. Tony (the owner) was super responsive and ensured the work was A+ quality. I would hire this company for another project without hesitation!

I went with NOVAPAVE Construction Inc.for my driveway based on the recommendation from our reno project manager and from comparing a few reviews of other local companies. Ronny was our sales rep and was very responsive to my questions and concerns and had given us a very competitive price. Tony (the boss) and his large team was fantastic! The job was done so professionally and in a timely manner. They did not kid around with all the big machineries they brought with them. Thank you Ronny & Tony.

Very professional crew who clearly know what they are doing. They did a full redo of our driveway, which included removing the old stuff, laying a new rock foundation, properly and evenly compacted, and a thick new layer of asphalt spread correctly from the curb edge to the garage floor. The crew brought all the proper tools and equipment, working fast and efficiently. I highly recommend NOVA PAVE and I will definitely use them again in the future for any similar jobs!
PS: Kudos to their sales and service rep Ronny who explained clearly the job to be performed and stayed in tough throughout the process. Fair and reasonable fee for the work performed.

I had NOVAPAVE come out to do a repair to our parking lot. It was not a big job but they were very thorough and professional. I would use them again for any paving needs.

Did not even last a year has cracks in it not one, 4 of them. Did call them even send them pictures no answer.
