Novo Spa

Really enjoyed my first visit at Novo Spa for my birthday. Came in with my partner for the Taste of Heaven package and were greeted with warm front desk workers and the loveliest RMTs: shout out to Sarah and Frances. They made my birthday feel very special and explained the whole process making us feel very comfortable. The room was super cozy and we loved the colour therapy shower to finish. By the end of it, we were super relaxed and would definitely return again. Reason for 4 stars is because the decor is a bit dated - but nonetheless cozy and clean. We would love to come again!

Their therapists are so kind mannered and cater to your needs. I used to dislike massages until I started coming out to this place for much needdd TLC after hard physical labour.

I scheduled an afternoon appointment a week prior. The morning of I was feeling sick and called to reschedule, since the several emails you receive stated clearly that the spa is happy to reschedule. I was told I needed to pay 50% since it was within 24 hours. I asked if I should instead come in sick? They said no, it's the policy. I said I would like to cancel instead of rescheduling, I know I would still be charged but that's okay, and the service rep hung up on me.

I then logged into the website and I can't cancel there. Still not sure if I will get charged half or the whole price of service for not wanting to make others sick.

One of my favorite spas hands down.
The experience is always above par. The workers are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They go above an depend to make sure you are comfortable and your experience is enjoyable.

The spa itself is beautiful and extremely clean. There are 2 lounges (unisex and women's only) where you can relax before or after your treatment. They provide you with fresh fruit, cookies and hot organic tea.

My massage therapist was excellent. She definitely knew her stuff and worked out all my knots and tension.

I've been going to NovoSpa for over 10 years and even though I've moved to Kitchener, I still make the trek down just to visit.

I booked with assistance from staff online/email prior to traveling to Toronto. They made the process effortless and demonstrated true professionalism throughout.
I arrived early the day of my appointments and they were accommodating, setting me up to relax before the appointments started. Service providers were wonderful, kind and skilled with just the right touch. They obviously have excellent training and experience behind them. The spa is VERY clean and a comfortable setting.
If you are in Toronto and looking for a good spa, this is the place to go.

Had a wonderfully relaxing deluxe manicure with Dailen.she took amazing care of my very abused nails and melted all my stress away

Very relaxing and peaceful! Best value in Toronto for a luxury couples package. We felt pampered and spoiled:) Thank you for a lovely day.

Went for a couple's massage.
The masseuse were great, very professional!
Upon arrival, they take you to a locker room, assign a very safe locker which you can customize the password for. They give robes and slippers to wear and then the therapy begins!
Our 60 mins massages were over quickly (probably cz we fell asleep)
After the massage they took us to the lounge to rest & brought us our choice of tea (separate tiny kettles with cups)
All in all very relaxing!
Must visit place

I booked an 8 person party for my daughters 40th birthday, gave my credit card and then was told, "Oh sorry we cannot accommodate you! " Never, ever will I recommend this place or go to this place. Just horrible.

Charlotte was very helpful introducing me to pedicures. I now wish I had been getting pedicures for years. I highly recommend Novo Spa.

If you have bad feet, like me, a good place to come for some repairs. The massage chair is a bonus

We had a really nice experience all of our treatments were great we had a pedicure and massage and the staff was awesome
I just think the spa it’s self needs updating
The shower was broken in the change room
And the atmosphere was dated but otherwise we had a great experience

Massages are great! 5 out of 5.

Facials are so so. Last one I got there was no extraction and all I got was a few creams rubbed into my face. I walked out with some shiny moisturizer all over my face. I had to wash my face before going outside. 3 out of 5.

Spa pedicure - don't even think about it. Horrible. Nails cut unevenly, polish application super messy. The removal of shellac was super long and uneven. You can get 2 pedicures of better qualify for same price at an asian salon. 0 out of 5. I would give a negative if I could.

I have been a customer for years. I am happy with the massages great therapists. However their prices have gone up significantly compared to competitors. The cost now is $232 with tax for 90 min RMT or non RMT>. I can get for $165 exact same. The reason for the 2 stars off is there is black mold in the mens shower. It needs to be gutted. With these new high prices they need to renovate they should have had this renovated and gutted a few years back. For a yorkville upscale spa this is unacceptable guys. I did point this out to reception I hope they heed my advice and do this not just leave it for the next guy not fair.

For facial treatments, look for Shannon or Veronica. They are both very skilled at what they do. Highly recommended! The place is clean and well-maintained as well. Thanks again to the whole team!:) - Joseph O.
