NT Power

Our power went off twice during the most recent winter storm and the crews were amazing. NT Power's Facebook page admin kept us updated.

Great job during the "Christmas" storm. Special thanks to the outside workers suffering the wind and the cold to restore our power through the many outages in Midland and area. I appreciate you, hugely!

Really wished Hydro One took over Midland and not NT Power. Since Midland PUC is gone, service has gone downhill hard. They just don't care about our community up north. Takes forever for them to finish any projects in town. Outage map rarely works. Customer service is awful. During one particular outage event, I called the main number, they said I wasn't from Newmarket, and transfered me to Hydro One! Finally got through to the right person at NT Power, who gave me attitude on the phone when I told them I had part power. "Yeah we know and we are working on it" the woman said, then hung up. Didn't even ask where I was or what the issue was.

What a joke.

So impressed with how NT Power has handled the outages we’ve experienced due to the extreme winds the last two days. Great communication and technicians got things working as quickly as possible. NT Power kept us updated on social media even on Christmas Eve. Thank you!

Billing is fair, and customer service is excellent! Whenever we have any outages they're great at keeping us informed, and fixing the issues quickly. The crews have been working during this snow storm (December 2022) and I can't begin to express how appreciated they are!

We are grateful for not only the work this team does, but the effort they make to keep us informed!

I’m just a week these lines men/women have been nothing short then amazing in the Midland, Ontario area from poles across the street from me being smashed in two by a drunk driver to last nights blizzard conditions. They did NOT let us down. Especially when you’re way up north in the snow belt they worked their tail off in those winds and snow last night and that does not go unnoticed we have a community of a lot of elderly people on oxygen and they didn’t miss a beat and for that I thank you! I hope this lets up so you get some much needed time with your family’s thank you again and Merry Christmas ️!

Amazing customer service during the really rough storm. Crews have been out in this terrible weather ensuring that the power disruptions have been as short as possible. I'm very grateful for this level of service especially during the holiday season

Amazing customer service during one of the winter storms we have seen in years. 4 seperate outages yet never went much more than an 1.5 hours total. Thank you so much for keeping us warm, while you were outside in a blizzard for us. Words cannot thank you enough. ️

I am very happy with the level of service NT Power has given during the Christmas Storm of 2022.

If the power went out is was restored quickly. The outage last night in Midland was out for about an hour but power was restored in about an hour. For a company dealing with holidays and poor weather, service has been top knotch.

NT Power employees braved blizzard conditions time after time, all on a holiday weekend, to repair downed lines. Their quick efforts to get our power back was very much appreciated. Thank you for all of your hard work.

Thank you for working long hard hours to restore our power. The working conditions were dangerous the last couple days and still we only went 1 hour without power. Thank you for all that you do!

I just want to say you guys are amazing at restoring power. Just now we had a massive outage and sta for repair was like 2-4 hours and we got power in just under an hour. Huge storm downed trees and alot of work to do. I wish people had more appreciation and knowledge of what you do.

This is the third power outage in the last several months. I am already wondering who is supposed to do something against this failure of a company. The city? The government of Ontario? Anyway, the situation with Newmarket power must be improved, even if this means to fire everybody from top and hire better managers.

At least 6 or 7 power outages since June and here is another one. This company needs to be removed and a new utilities provider brought in.
