Nulook Beauty & Medi Spa

All biased aside as Nulook is my families business since before I was born, I highly recommend this medi spa. I definitely continue to be pampered head to toe, and all my experiences with the employees/services are above par each visit. I especially could not be happier with the results from my laser treatments. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I can not wait to start our latest medical aesthetic treatments such as skin resurfacing, cellulite reduction treatments, medical-grade facials and so much more.

On more than one occasion they have burnt the face. They do not know how to use wax. Do not recommend this place for face waxing or threading as they make your eyebrows really thin

Tried this place out for the first time and will not be going back! I informed the tech that the wax was too hot and she proceeded to use it on my eyebrows leaving me with a large burn mark under my brow. She also dropped wax IN my hair and on my clothes and still charged me full price at the end of it. 0/5 do not recommend!

I went to NuLook in an attempt to even out my eyebrows, that another salon had completely ruined. The staff at NuLook was so friendly and professional and they took all the protective covid-19 measures to ensure my safety. The lady who did my brows was so sweet and she really did such a good job at evening them out and giving me my shape back. So happy I found this place:)

I would never recommend this place they did our eyebrows threading and SCAMED us by charging for waxing which cost more. IF cutomer asks for wax you should only do wax PLEASE BE PROFESSIONAL AND RESONABLE.later on got bumbs under our eyebrows.one was small one was big

Love the service here. One of the few clinics I come to in Markham. I come for Hydrafacials with Sushma. She is the best! Will be coming every few months to get my face cleaned. Ask for Sushma, she will take care of you!

I went to this spa and it's so good for each and every service they offer they are so professional and we'll mannered they are friendly and I love their products they use for facial it's completely organic skin care line EMINENCE which give great result and skin care I am so happy and sushma is so good and each and every esthetician work here is good and they know what they are doing and also very clean place. I will for sure recommend this spa to my family and friends.

My kid brother went for threading for the couple hairs on his chin. The website said it would be $5 and the lady spent less than 30 seconds with him. They ended up charging $11.70 and would not honour the price on the website since that price is “only for women”. As consolation they said next time they will charge a cheaper price? Poor customer service, would not come back after they did not honour the price on the website.

So bad service.i went to lot of spa for skincare already, the last one i went is this spa. I just asked for shine skin, took relaxing for skin cause i worn make up a lot. Then i came, they didn’t ask about my skin type, they ask me for expensive service. When she did it, my skin was burning, really hot and hurt, then she stopped it and put cold mask. Then when i back, the area burned- moved to so dry, then, i got lots of acne now. The first time, my skin is so bad, it is going to worse after skin care service here. Im so upsetting and don’t know how to do with my skin now: (

This was the worst experience I've ever had. The people there were rude. I told her the wax was hot, and she responded with "Ya I want it's to get rid or the dead skin". I didn't have dead skin, but now I have second degree burns on my arm, my skin is literally bubbling up. I got a Brazilian and she didn't even take off the hair, instead left a chunk of dried up wax on the hair making it difficult to remove. I've been going to get waxed for over 10 years now and this salon has by far has been the worst experience I've ever had.

I have been coming to nulook for the past year now to get my hair laser removal and hydra facial. Love the services they offer and the price is affordable.

10/10 would recommend this place! The staff is very professional and try to offer the best client experience possible! I went to get my facial and waxing done and the lady was very gentle and caring. The spa itself is very clean and tidy and i really enjoyed my experience.

Out of 20 visits, I have been to this salon 12 times. Let me tell you that the reviews are deceiving. And I am referring to the 5 star ratings. From the first appointment I had, I noticed signs everywhere including on their website that they'll give you 10% off if you comment a positive review. Please don't fall for this. It is how I stepped foot into the salon and have stopped going back from the past 6 months.

I have only ever gotten waxing done at this salon. And to be more specific; I've gotten a Brazilian done, under arms, arms, and legs waxed here.

There used to be a different girl that did my Brazilian the first time I went and she was great, however I never saw her since. I didn't even ask for her name and she was nowhere to be seen at the salon. However, she was really gentle.

After that, I have come across various ladies doing my waxing services which were not professional or up to par. I have had a lady go over the same area and not heat up the wax at an appropriate temperature. As a result, I was in such excruciating pain in my vagina region. I've been left with hair on parts of my body that was not fully waxed off. Another time, (I think she's the owner) was waxing my arms and she didn't even pull the strip properly which left small hairs not pulled from the root. Other times, I've been left with dried wax on my body.

On another occasion, (the same lady who I think is the owner) was arguing with a customer about how her wax was better than "laddi's beauty salon" and that "she runs this salon. " On another day, this same woman was arguing with a customer about how she did provide a 30 minute facial. And the customer was stating that it was less than 30 mins. There was no sorry and no sense of "let me fix this and make this better for you" approach.

I will definitely say that the customer service in this salon is really lacking.

The ladies also do pressurize about their laser hair removal services. They really need to understand when enough is enough. If you have told me once I understood. You don't need to repeat your same promotion and services every time I come in, especially when your waxing my body and all you're talking about is your laser hair removal machine. People have bills to pay and other commitments. Right now, it's not in my priorities list to have laser hair removal. Not everyone has that kind of budget. Absolutely pathetic.

I would suggest avoiding this place. I haven't found a really good salon worthy of 5 stars but I've started going to "Preeti's spa/salon" at Markham and steeles for a good while now. And they get the job done.

First time doing my threading here. It was a great experience. I have very sensitive skin, and so I usually either get bumps for days, or extreme redness anywhere else I have been. This was not my experience here! Very happy! The people are nice here also. Will definitely be returning!

DO NOT GO HERE! All the good reviews are fake because they offer discounts for good reviews! The quality and service is disgusting. I got waxing done here and I left bloody and burnt. They are not clean. The room is dusty and dirty. The BUTTER KNIFE they use to mix the wax is filthy. She used cold wax on me because she didnt warm it up when I already waited 20 minutes for my appointment, which I arrived on time for. This place needs to be inspected! They will get shut down immediately. They charged me extra for something that is supposed to be included in the service (no price transparency) over all the most terrible place you can go to for any service. Save your money and save yourself from the pain (and possible infection). Go somewhere else!

This guys running a scam by creating coupon where you get stuck paying money in advance. Staff is so unprofessional dont know how to do their job. Never ever go there.
