My experience at the number 7 honda dealership was great, and thanks to Amit Thakur. He was always available for updates and questions, a very honest and straightforward guy, which made the process pleasant and seamless. It was also a pleasure dealing. He always available to discuss the purchase and entertaining any last minute changes. The showroom is also very spacious and a good experience all around. Amit Thakur is amazing person. He is very honest transparent towards their clients. No hidden charges. Thank you Amit Thakur.

Do not buy a car from these people. Very bad ethics Tony the manager will rip you off. I lost thousands cause of him. He has very poor attitude, considering he’s nothing there he’s not even the owner, he sure acts like it. Overall service is absolutely pathetic for a dealership like this.

This was my 6th dealer that I went to buy my first vehicle and chose to buy a Honda Civic 2019. Compared to other dealers I went, the staff was super friendly and professional. However, the deal didn't work out as I wanted to finance for a longer duration which the banks and financing didn't agree given I didn't have Visa for a longer duration. I was given a few options but unfortunately, I wasn't able to afford them. The team tried and during the entire process they were professional. The salesperson, Amit Singh was super nice in particular. I would recommend this place if you're a new comer. 10/10. Would definitely go back when I have the right circumstances.

The minute you pay your deposit, their tone changes completely. When I found issue with car after I paid deposit, they not only denied to give deposit back but also threaten me to come after me if I dont buy that car or they sell it in lesser price. Completely unprofessional behavior by Manager himself.

Just bought my first car from here. It was a pre-owned 2014 Buick and it drove like a charm. The experience was great! Andy was very assuring and informative despite a few hiccups and ensured by the time of pick up that the car was in tip top shape! Ken in financing also helped the process go very smoothly! I appreciate and thank them both and I definitely recommend.

I purchased a used car from them. Even though the sales person had told me that it was certified the car, it came with countless electrical, physical and mechanical issues. Some of them were obvious and somehow the mechanics who inspected did not notice.
1. The new wheels I bought were misaligned
2. Countless electrical issues. Battery lights, engine lights, non working power outlet, None of the road assist functions worked.
3. The car stopped in the middle of the highway 6 days after the purchase with flashing the engine lights.
4. The electric controls of the driver seat didn't work properly. It moved forward in the middle of the drive.
During the first 2 months of my ownership, the car spent 5 weeks at the dealership and yet they couldn't fix some of the issues. Overall I wasted 20+ hours driving back and forth and waiting at the dealership.
The sales manager offered me to replace the car with an equivalent but they couldn't find one in 3 months. He also offered me to refund me all the money I paid which I am very appreciative of but I didn't take it. Selling the car to an other dealership would result in less of a loss because of the tax incentives that come with trade ins. He refunded the money I paid for the extended warranty. I traded the car in with an equivalent at a different dealership. They were able to fix all the issues within a week.
1. How did the car pass the inspection at Number 7 Honda?
2. How come they couldn't fix the car in 5 weeks?
I lost $4000 because of them. After the sale of the car the initial sales person never took my calls or answered my emails. Luckily the sales manager took over and tried to help me. I really question their technical capabilities. I do not recommend anyone buying a used car from there.

Terrible experience dealing with the service department. I was there to get a battery replaced under Original Equipment Warranty but I was told by Service Manager Anthony Gabrielli that they would not cover the cost of part even though it clearly should've been. I spoke with Honda Customer Relations and they confirmed that. In other words, does it make sense to pay even 50% of the cost of battery on the last day of the Original Equipment Battery if the replaced battery does not carry any warranty? I spoke with Danny over the phone and he told me directly that he was in the business of making money. Well, the only reason you're able to make millions off of those cars is because the earth provides you the metals and fuel and the trees rubber for free.

I came to Honda 7.1 Month before to ask for an opinion as I had my CRV 2016 and I wanted to trade my car to Honda Pilot 2022. I met Dipak one of the sale agent in Honda 7 dealership. He was super ignorance. Did not provide any useful information at all! He hot my driving license and my personal information he said, he will call me to let me know my credit score. It never happened! Finally I went to open Road Honda I got a great service from them plus I got my Honda 2022.

My experience at Number 7 Honda is fantastic. I highly recommend everyone to buy their car from Number 7 Honda. Specially I highly recommend to meet Mr Satinder sharma. Mr. Sharma always give you a honest opinion and He always guide you very well. I follow their guidance and trade in my 2019 civic and bought the new 2022 civic.

Purchasing my first car here was an easy and fun experience. Gary was extremely helpful and ensured I was getting the best deal possible. Very friendly and passionate.

Service Manager is being unrealistic. I am an independent used car dealer. Working with all dealerships under Zanchin Group for 2 years. They all consider me as a wholesale dealer and apply little discount on my invoice since my dealership is located just across the street. I kindly asked the same thing considering me a business customer. Service manager told me that he needed to see pre existing relationship. Please look into your system. Service Advisor Mike knows us. I was told there is only 3 cars in their system. It is impossible to bring only 3 cars in their system. It is supposed to be more than 3 cars. That should be something wrong. He doesn’t remember my face. What’s that mean? Should all customers come and see the service manager every time they go to the dealership. In the meantime service manager told that he would apply a discount next time which I can’t believe. If you can do it next time why don’t you do it today? Overall I walked out of the store unhappy even though I recommended the dealership and referred a lot of people before. Now personally. I am done with Number7 Honda Service. Let’s check another Honda Service Department.

I have a great experience with number7 honda. I got so many hits on my credit but Mr. Syed played a great role to get the approval for civic sports 2022. Mr Zack helped me regarding the vehicle. I am so thankful, both of them.

Diagnostic charge in the service department here is too expensive. They don't give any consideration to even lower it. The fact that other dealers sometimes waived it.

Today I visited number 7 Honda for service, because that’s the 7th recalls for my 2019 odyssey. I usually go to markham Honda but I recently moved. The service representative told me won’t touch anything in the second row but he actually uninstalled one of my child seat, I went to picked up my son right after the service and the service guy don’t even told me he uninstalled it. Also there are lot of foot prints on the third row seat. I don’t even mention that how annoying of these recalls are. And that’s how these dealer people treat you when you are not spending any money on their service.

We visited Honda 7 today and our experience with Gary was absolutely great, he went above and beyond showing us the Pilot even though it is sold out. He found a 2020 one so we can have a better idea on how it looks like and he walked us through all the details. Thank you again Gary

Such a wonderful experience purchasing our new (used) vehicle. Amit was very personable, able to quickly grasp what we were looking for, and located the perfect car for us from their stock. He was also very patient with my million and one questions about recalls, and did a great job explaining their significance. I had a very experience with the staff. Nobody picks you call, nobody call you back. I tried calling them Since morning 11AM and my call get picked around 4: 30 PM. When I asked "What's wrong why are you guys not answering my call". They replied, " we are busy, you are not the only one customer" and then put me on hold and cut the call.

When I again have a call and asked why did you cut my call. They said, STOP THROWING ATTITUDE, YOU ARE RUDE, I HAVE CUSTOMERS TO DEAL WITH, I AM NOT FREE FOR ONLY YOU, I HAVE OTHER WORK TO DO. I AM THE ONLY ONE SINCE MORNING. YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE CUSTOMERS. WE ARE WORKING WE ARE NOT FREE.

OMG! They don't know how to talk to a customer when it's their fault and customer is just asking. Why you guys are not responding.

Over the years I have visited multiple dealers and I can wholeheartedly say that Number 7 Honda is on top of their game. Amit Singh made it extremely easy for me to get what I wanted and was very patient. He had an outstanding amount of product knowledge and certainly knew what he was doing. Zara Pervaiz was there as well and was quick, thorough and both helped me understood what I was buying and what I was getting with my purchase. Absolutely no nonsense whatsoever I had questions and both had answers it was as simple as that. The best part about my experience at Number 7 Honda was how pleasant both were to talk to and I'm sure the same would go with the rest of the staff given the chance. I could not imagine a scenario where this could have gone better because it was perfect and if I could do it again I would.

I took my car for service to be done I was surprised after handing me the keys that my dashboard being damaged by one of the mechanic I called him over I showed him the car and he admitted that he damaged my dashboard
Now I have to wait few days for the part to arrive from Montreal and then book my car for the part to be replaced
If I did not check my car the mechanic wouldn't point to the damage
Please check your car before leaving the dealership I regret coming to this dealership.dishonesty and terrible service.

After a solid week of searching for the right car for me online, I came to Number 7 Honda looking to trade in my old Cruze and get into a Civic. Immediately after approaching the front desk, the nice lady paged for a sales guy and Andy Tran showed up.
As it turns out, #7 Honda is very busy, the two cars I wanted to check out were sold (I didn't reserve them) - BUT Andy set me up with a test drive on a 2016 Civic Touring immediately.

I really liked the car! The quality is so much higher than the old Cruze!
So I went with it (At a great price & Low KM Too!). Andy (Sales) and Kenny (Financial) took care of me and went above and beyond from what they had to do. It's hard to find great, honest people in Car Sales. They have my utmost gratitude.

After some financial magic from Kenny, he was able to help me get into the Civic and leave my Cruze behind. On delivery date, the car was immaculate and Andy taught me how to use the infotainment & other features of the car.
I drove off about a month and a half ago (+1000KM) and I have no regrets about the purchase/experience.

Took my brand new 2018 Civic HB in for its first service to Number7. Booked the appointment online on *their* website. SA kept complaining that I'm not even supposed to have an appointment booked so late in the day. Appointment was scheduled for 6: 30 PM on a Wednesday - I was at the dealership at 6 PM. Didn't listen/care to the concerns I had (some NVH issues) - was told to book another appointment "during the day on working days (Mon-Fri) ". After waiting for about 1.5 hrs. I was told I was "all set". Upon paying for the service, I was told: "Oh yeah, sorry didn't get the car washed. The tech left". Was also handed a multi-point inspection sheet - which I am fairly confident wasn't performed in its entirety if it all (looked under the hood - battery + terminal cover was untouched could tell by the dust), it didn't seem like the wiper fluid was topped off either. Service was mediocre at best - some of it wasn't even performed to Honda standards. Didn't expect this level and quality of service - very disappointed. I can only hope that the oil/filter change was done properly.

Worst Honda Dealership in Ontario. The service guys scratched my brand new Honda Accord on ALL 4 sides when doing a tire swap. They refused to let me see the video footage. It took me a solid month to get the service manager to fix the issue and he did NOTHING for the time I wasted coming in for repairs. Furthermore, when I would come in for repairs I would find ANOTHER scratch. I've seen been doing my services from Ready Honda and I highly recommend them.

I just bought a beautiful preowned Honda Accord from Number 7 Honda. Because of the holidays and my work schedule we had to do deal over the phone. Luckily the salesperson # Sutinder Sharma was ultimate professional and he and finance manager Mr. Dave Kamboj got everything ready on less than half day. Highly recommended

One of our family vehicles were purchased here and despite living in Mississauga, we plan to continue to come to this location for their phenomenal service. Today, I had given in our CRV to be serviced and was taken care of by Mike. I also wanted to share a special mention to the Shuttle Driver, Julio, who had taken me to work and picked me up post-service - not because of the fact that he had done that, but rather his warm aura and awesome conversations. I have been a Number7 Honda customer since 2015 when I switched from Toyota to Honda. Since then, this is my preferred dealership all because of Mr. Deepak Sharma. A very honest, humble and genuine sales person. Deepak is very informative and makes your car buying experience a pleasure. There is no pressure from him at any stage of your discussions with him and he has answers to all questions. He instills a trust which goes a long way. I bought my first Honda Civic with Deepak and have been very happy with all the services which I get at this dealership. I live in Brampton. My sales experience with Jon Paletta was top notch. Frustrated by pressure tactics from another Honda dealership, I called 7 Honda and was put through to Jon. He was so easy to talk to, no pressure at all and answered my questions. I quickly decided to go see him in person to see if he was true to his word that he could get me a great price. It was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had, got a great price with very little hassle. While delivery of the car was slightly delayed, Jon kept me up to date and was able to accommodate a last minute change in time for pickup. I have recommended Jon to others looking to buy a Honda.
