I bought my first car at Nurse Chevrolet from Anastasia Lekas. She was so welcoming, friendly and so easy to get along with and made me feel comfortable! She went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that I got the vehicle that I wanted at the end of the whole process and I couldn't be happier with it. Thank you Ana!

Well my experience isn't about sales or service but about an employment opportunity that didn't happen. I am unable to leave the review on the job board so I am doing it here. I had applied for the "Junior Service Advisor (lube) " position to where I recieved an email from the service manager less than 15 minutes after to schedule an interview for the next day. As expected, the interview went smoothly. The service manager was so "impressed" with my experience and how I conducted myself that he decided to pull me from the original posted position and interview me for the Senior Service Advisor position and quickly scheduled me for a second interview 3 days later on the Monday at 1pm. As he was scheduling that, he kept stating how impressed he was and that he wanted to get the general manager in for the interview. So fast forward to Monday and I recieved an email from the service manager asking to switch the interview (personal reasons) from 1pm to 2: 15-2: 30pm or to schedule for another day. I decided to take the 2: 15pm time. So I arrived 30 minutes early as usual and waiting in my vehicle and then in the waiting area around 20 minutes prior to the interview. Now the general manager wasn't able to attend my interview due to "customer concerns". I didn't think nothing of it. The service manager made me do this 5 minute personality assessment for the "hiring process" and once that was done, gave me a tour of the dealership. He even showed me the desks where the advisors work and explained to me that I'll have my own desk and thats where I'll be working. Once the tour was done, he told me he would contact me on Tuesday or latest Wednesday. Well, Tuesday and Wednesday passed without contact. I followed up on the Thursday and the service manager replied that he didn't have a chance to "review" the application with the general manager due to personal reasons and he will do it later that day (Thursday) or Friday and contact me by Friday afternoon. Well, not surprised at the fact I did not recieve any contact confirming the status of my application. I gave the benefit of the doubt and decided to wait despite several job offers recieved. Fast forward 11 days and I decided to email the service manager regarding the status once again and he replied with "Sorry for the delay" and that they went with someone else. Thats fine. I am not angry at that, I am angry at the fact how I was lead on with a false sense of hope for employment and that my time was not valued for coming into 2 interviews and not even tell me that I was not selected. I believe that there is a lack of professionalism in this dealership from the managers and not valuing peoples time.

After a recent service appointment at this dealership, I feel not just satisfied, but totally delighted as a customer. The repair was done right, without unnecessary delays and on budget. Mr. Andrews kept me aware of the progress like a true professional - great job team!

Made an appointment on January 16/23 and was told the earliest appointment was February 10th for a window leak which was in once before. Dropped of at the dealer at 7: 45 this morning and when I texted at 1: 15 I was told they have not even tested yet. They close at 5 today. I can only post this if I select a star so I selected a one star. If I was able to I would have selected 0 stars

I purchased a 2020 Cadillac Ct 4 in September of 2019 from Connor Creer at Nurse, and Connor was a phenomenal sales agent, very patience, knowledgeable, and always customer focused. It was one of my better car buying experiences. Over the last monthly I toyed with the idea of upgrading to either a Truck or a XT6. Again Connor has been amazing to deal with, as before he has been very patience, knowledgeable, and extremely customer focused. Always willing to answer all my questions, willing to go above and beyond by answering texts after hours, demonstrating unbelievable patience when I ask him to run numbers on another different deal. I may not upgrade right now due to the rate environment and lack of inventory but I will be upgrading in the near future and the first place I will be going is to Nurse to speak with Connor.

I worked with Anastasia Lekas this past week and she was fantastic, I highly recommend her! She was incredibly patient with all of my questions and was very thorough with all of the paperwork and details. Not once did I feel stressed or worried about getting a new vehicle and I’m so happy with how the whole process went! I’ve been going to Nurse Chevy since 2017 and known Anastasia from 2018. Year ago (2021) I reached out to Paul G who set me with Anastasia since my lease was its 3 years. Since then Anastasia was following up with me and guided me with our needs and what need to be done before my lease ends regardless if I decided to go for new or buyback. We appreciated the way she took the time to explain the right and wrong also didn’t rush us to make the decision. Nurse Chevy and Anastasia did the best to make the right decision. Thank you

I went to get information in August 2017 and met Wayne Beckford. Then went back to lease a vehicle in November 2017 with Wayne's assistant.
But unfortunate incident I have to go back October 2018 to lease an other vehicle. Wayne understood the situation and helped me out with great customer service!
Also Paul (sales manager) who assisted with this lease.
So far service from Nurse departments (sales, service, body shop) has been great. Hope to receive the same service in future.

We come from Scarborough for our vehicle service and oil changes. They always wash the car and vacuum interior at every oil change service.
Evan Andrews is extremely helpful and honest. They had the best dealer pricing in GTA for repairs required on our car.

Nurse has been my GM dealer of choice for the last 7 years of owning my Chevy Volt (even though I bought it somewhere else). There is NO ONE I trust more with my vehicle the Nurse Chevrolet Cadillac. They service advisors are friendly, and helpful. I've had them give me good advice on what needs to be fixed, and what doesn't over the years. They come highly recommended from me.

Just felt like dropping a quick review on the great service at Nurse.

Recently we had a couple challenges with a service to my Duramax Colorado. The service ended up requiring a few visits. While I was frustrated at first, with the delays, but since I’ve been coming here for service for several years now, I was pretty confident they’d be able to sort me out. They did sort me out.

Originally, I spoke to someone on the phone (I wish I remembered her name) who went the extra mile to help me find the tires I wanted, even going through old work orders and tracking down the info on previous purchases. We finally ordered what I was looking for, but unfortunately supply chain issues resulted in some false starts and incorrect tires.

The breakdown in the parts shipping process was addressed quickly and professionally by Sebastian, the service manager, and Jackie, my service advisor for this service, was pleasant and professional for each visit, even when the visits didn’t go well. It was also great to see Marlinda, who’s been the service advisor for my truck for years. Both Jackie and and Marlinda are top notch, bright, cheerful, professional and knowledgeable.

I didn’t get to speak to any of the technicians during this service, but I did hear them trying to sort the issue out with the advisors and they all were diligent and seemed like they cared about doing a good job.

So, it’s easy to leave a good review when everything goes perfectly, which it almost always does at Nurse. It’s when things don’t go perfectly that you find out how good a service department really is. Today I am confident in saying that Nurse is every bit as good as their reputation.

I came to get a truck from these guys worst experience of my life I would never come here or advice anyone else to go there. We agreed on the price of the truck and I give them the deposit and I was told I would drive of on my truck in 2 days. It's 3 weeks later and the called me and said they can't get the truck and I can come and get my money back. I missed on few other good deals and I didn't get the truck I wanted from them. Bad customer service ever

Brought my car into this dealership to complete yet another recall on my Equinox. Was advised after the recall was completed that the frame was rusted out and that the car is a write off. Service manager insisted on charging for work that should never have been completed. This place is ripping off customers and GM corporate. Will never come back and will never buy another GM product again.

Recently took over a lease from leasebusters and decided to get a thorough detailing to make the vehicle feel "new" to me. I booked an appointment and they were able to fit me in the very next day, kept me updated as the work progressed and the final result was a 10/10. Outstanding work by the Nurse detailing team and friendly, professional service by Jackie. My 2018 Buick Encore has never looked better!

I bought a truck off Anastasia and she was very helpful in making sure I got the truck I wanted and helped me secure the best possible truck for the best price. They also traded in my previous truck for a fair value towards my new one and overall I am very happy with the experience. I will be buying my vehicles at this location moving forward!

Not impressed. Purchased a new 2017 chevy colorado that has been nothing but a lemon. Full engine replacement, radiator, alternator and now having issues with transmission. Thank God for the warranty. Frustrated to the max.
U would think service staff would be a little more understanding and not dismissive when customer is explaining problem/issues. Condescending, arrogant and inconsiderate when dealing with customer. More attention given to receiving new staff clothing.

Before I dropped in Nurse few weeks ago for my 2010 Cadillac SRX for code P0017, I called in service and was connected to Evan Andrews. He provided me a guess-estimate and we communicated via Email. His courtesy, confidence and assurance, persuaded me to visit Nurse.
I was impressed by Evan Andrews honesty, and courtesy in providing both the service and pricing.

Also worth mentioning is Matt Allman who provided me courteous pricing on the all the required parts for timing chain replacement.
Happy to know there are still honest service advisors & dealerships who work for customers.

Due to Evan's service, I decided to also do an oil change on my DTS, although I was not intending.

Definitely recommend Mary Nurse Chevrolet.

Pretty unhappy with the service last time I took my Pontiac G8 in, back in August to have a thermostat and thermostat housing replaced. Tech recommended replacing upper and lower intake gaskets as well. So I brought all the parts in, thermostat housing with new thermostat, new upper and lower intake gaskets, and even 3 jugs of coolant to refill the car after the repair.

When I got the car back, the plasti-dip on my front grills had been damaged and was starting to peel off. I pointed this out immediately to the service advisor, and nothing was done by the service manager.

The car over-heated on the way home. Dealer had only poured just a little bit over 1 jug of coolant in the car, even though I gave them 3. Nearly 2 full jugs still sitting in my car. Checking the coolant reservoir, it was bone dry and didn't even measure on the stick. This I fixed myself by pouring almost a full jug of coolant into the car and burping it properly. No more over heating issues. Problem Fixed!

Drove the car back to the dealer again. Car mysteriously started having engine misfires, service manager said "There's nothing we would have done to cause that issue". Funny the car never had any misfires before I brought it in, and not even in the 4 or 5 years since I have owned it. I told the service manager it was a problem with the intake gaskets, and he did not listen to me, so they started trying to trouble shoot error codes and misfires by looking at coils and plugs. This is when I said stop, just give me the car back. Update - I recently took off the top intake and took out the new gaskets that were installed and put the original ones back in. No misfires now. Amazing! If only they had listened to what I said initially. Have not had an engine misfire since.

Up until this incident, I had no issues with the dealer, but this latest one has me even questioning if I should ever take the car there again. (: I basically did not even get an apology. 1 star nothing more. I ended up fixing all the errors that you caused!

The customer service recieved from Marlinda about the recall on my Spark was amazing. She kept me updated about when my parts would be ordered, and what all was going to be done! Really appreciate her service!

They dont put enough efforts to make things happen. Sales and business office did not react to succeed in sales.

However, service was impressing. After I bought my car somewhere else, I took it to service for a low power issue. I dealt with Marlinda and Sebastian. What a wonderful experience. Very professional and straight forward. Well done guys. Keep it going.

Had my vehicle in for an oil change a few years ago and someone wrote "a**hole" on the hood of my car in dirt. Other than that service was always great. I no longer use them for oil changes, obviously.

They're incapable of doing an oil change without properly securing the plate so it doesn't get torn off within 3km of driving. Not just once, but 2 consecutive times. Then when other work is done, you have go go back and get your sensors reset because they've forgot and your display keeps showing work needed that you just had. At least they try to make up for it with a free car wash coupon.

Brought my 2019 for an Onstar recall and was dealt with by a prompt and courteous Service Consultant, Mr. Evan Andrews who took my car in. While waiting, a Product Specialist, GREGORY ATTERSLEY, showed me the new Chevrolet car and truck promotions that the Company is currently offering. Being a Product Specialist, I asked him if he'd be able to help me with regards to operating my GPS (when my car inspection is done) and he didn't hesitate to do so. He was so customer-oriented, knowledgeable and patient with me in explaining how to navigate the features on my car. I was so happy! Now I can use my car's navigation system instead of my cellphone. Appreciated Greg's assistance! Best wishes to him in his career and his future endeavour!

I’ve never bought a vehicle here but I do take my truck here for service. I have found them to be very honest and they do a great job. I don’t think you could ask any more of a garage.
They a super nice lounge area that makes waiting for you ride no big deal.
If you choose not to wait, their shuttle service and the shuttle drivers are great.

Have always enjoyed their service quality, the excellent waiting and reception area with cable, wifi and an excellent coffee bar make the wait enjoyable. I recently experienced a slight issue after an oil change, Mary Nurse herself made it right within an hour with thanks to Mitch Duggan as well.

Met with Sales Consultant Blair Walters and Sales Manager Sean Crooks. Had a very pleasant experience dealing with these two gentleman. I had my heart set on the Chevrolet Malibu LT with the True North Package but since I'm a first time car buyer, my auto insurance in general did not permit me to accommodate the cost in my budget. I will however both recommend this location and consider it in future when I'm looking for my second car. Blair and Sean, thank you both.

I brought my 2016 Chevy Malibu in for a windshield washer fluid pump replacement covered under warranty. I got a call saying they ran some further tests & my rear alignment was out & brake calipers needed service. I told them if it was required to perform the work. This resulted in a $400 charge. After picking my car up I was driving on the 401 later that night when my brakes suddenly stopped working and I was in a collision with a semi-trailer. Nurse denied having done anything to impact the function of my brakes and claim they are not liable. This place is a joke with no accountability for inadequate mechanics. If you value your life you will not let them touch your brakes.

I gave the service shop another chance after a previous bad experience. Big mistake!
I called them and setup an appointment to fix our vehicle, and had the car towed there the night before.
They were supposed to start first thing in the morning. They did nothing for almost 2 days except hook it up to a machine to get the error codes. After 2 days they had no clue what the issue was. They kapt asking me the same question over and over and over "did you put anything in the gas? ". The answer was no.every single time they asked.
Their conclusion was a bad tank of gas.
They drained the gas from the tank, put more in.charged me $400, and said it would get better after sometime.

Well a week later I had to bring it to a real mechanic to get it fixed.
He figured out what it was within an hour. Spark plugs needed to be changed. One of the spark plugs wasn't firing and blew through the side of the casing.
When I told him about my experience at nurse, he started to laugh.

Wasted $400 and 3/4 of a tank of perfectly good gas

Won't make this mistake again!

Take your vehicles to a real, experienced mechanic.
He knew exactly what was wrong just by reading the summary on the sheet from the dealership

My winter tires needed the wheel sensors calibrated. The owners manual describes the process, which takes about 5 minutes DIY at the most. Nurse wanted $50 to do it. I left and did it myself, with bad back and all.

Shouldn't have to wait an hour for an oil change. Left and came back after waiting an hour. Sitting here waiting while they all seem to be having social time. Not sure if I'll do the drive again go closer to home.
