I have sent countless emails regarding a product I want to produce through them.

They are impossible to get a hold off.

Absolute horrible customer service!

Terrible experience with this company. Although they claim to be a “one stop shop” they can‘t even have the decency of returning an email or phone call. Clearly they only want to manufacture their pre-made formulas and don’t want to work with a new company in developing their own formulas.

Paid them since Jan 2022 and never got my goods till today!
No response and they have given us fake timings
