I got the GLO lights installed by Chris and Jacob. Chris came out a few days before the installation and made sure the rail would be the right colour to match the house. They were great to work with, kept me informed about what was going on, were very professional and got the job done in no time. They took the time to show me how to use the app and play around with all the colour settings and templates. The lights look fantastic! I had a minor problem with one bulb, and they came back the next day and had it fixed. Since then everything's been smooth and our back yard looks amazing! Thanks Chris and Jacob!

Similar to other feedback - I have called to cancel services two years running. And still, they send out a technician each year and then start to bill you for services NOT requested. Isn't this Negative Option Marketing? You send out emails offering the service, I ignore since I don't want it, but you proceed regardless. I've also repeatedly asked them to stop the robo calls for glo, Mosquito buzz, etc. - but yet, IT. NEVER. ENDS. I called to pay an invoice on June 2nd, - it's either not forwarded to the Admin or not addressed by the ADMIN. So what happens - they charge me interest, for there ERROR. (p.s. Don't process that transaction now, I sent an e-Transfer yesterday). And Mr. Bourne, I have left a message for Greg to discuss these, before posting this review - he hasn't bother to call back. A great barometer of the true level of customer service at Nutri-Lawn Ottawa. And then you wonder why people are so frustrated, in having to deal with your company. The best thing we can do as consumers, is to share our feedback (with supporting docs) with friends, neighbors and others - so they don't make the same mistakes. Never again.

FRAUD! Be very careful giving your credit card information to this company, I was told if I pay upfront, they offer a discount, which at the time seemed like a good way to save money, but ended up NOT being a wise thing to do. 3 fraudulent charges to my credit card, WAYFAIR. I am 100% that there is a very strong case to be made against this office. My credit card, was just shipped to me about 10 days, prior to me providing the info to Nutri-Lawn (Ottawa), I didn't share with anyone else, hadn't even use the card yet. SO.looks like there's a RAT in the hen house.

No argument, this is a serious matter, the difference is our perspective, I am approaching it from the side, that someone tried to steal almost $15,000 from me. I am a customer who believes that any company I deal with should safe guard my information. If the company cannot or is not able to safe guard credit card information, it should offer alternate methods of payment that are safe. E-transfers are probably a reasonable safe option. I have used your companies services in the past and have never had any issues, with the quality of the work. My only concern is how my credit card information got leaked and used in fraud. Take a minute, and look at it from my position and how would you feel about it. You would feel that your trust in the company has been abused, and would be upset. As am I.

As is customary, when a credit card is compromised, it is cancelled and a new card is issued, when the new card is sent, it takes 7-10 days for new card to be delivered. Another irritation!

As far as contacting Greg, if you check with your staff, I called him twice. He did attempt to call me back and I returned his call left him another message to return my call and I have not heard from him since. I did attempt to work with your manager prior to my post, but got tired of the phone tag. As far as running a reputable business, I have not said anything other than the truth, my personal information, that I provided to only one company, has been used in fraud. Factually accurate. I appreciate your position, never fun to have an issue like this come up. Maybe a great opportunity to review the processes used and safeguards in place to protect your clients.

Great communication regarding upcoming and follow up services. The service reps are professional and personable - bonus - they are good with dogs ;)

We have used Nutri-Lawn for our in lawn sprinkler system installation and regular maintenance and have been very happy with the quality of work and the team. They are always on time (or slightly early) and they are clear to communicate with us especially when we have concerns or if they need to make a change that will result in a cost because it is outside our coverage. All in all, happy.

Absolutely terrible customer service, especially for their sprinkler solution. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Absolute scam. I signed up with them last year and paid the full amount. But I never wanted to continue the service because it was worthless. Now I noticed that they are sending their crew to my house when I am at work and keep charging me without my consent or knowledge or even sending me any invoice or report. I called them to see why they are doing this, and they said we have your verbal consent from last year. Please be extra cautious when dealing with this company

It has been 3 weeks now since I asked for proof of this verbal agreement and so far they have not responded to my request and two follow-ups. My phone provider and email keep marking this company as spam, this is why I have never received their communications. I also checked my security cameras, and there is no footage of them servicing my backyard. I only found them two times showing up at my front door and for this, they have sent me an invoice for $487.

This company steals from their customers. We were charged for a service we did not agree too. We were Informed we would receive an email the day prior to the first service, as well as a lawn analysis. This NEVER happened. They showed up unannounced, provided service we did not agree too without telling us, and then charged us for it. Today is the 4th day in a row that I have called to speak with a manager, and have yet to speak with one. I did speak with their sales Rep Ryan today who was extremely rude and unhelpful. Think twice before using this service and providing your credit card info.

My parents called and and signed up a couple of weeks back with Ahmed, they mentioned everything was very smooth and all parties involved were very knowledgeable. They had a great conversation with Ahmed and he had been answering their questions all week prior to signing up. They recently got their first visit and the technician was very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Nutri-Lawn have been providing excellent service for our weed control needs over the past 3 years. Always great customer service and quality work!

They seed feed and leave with no real care or advice. I have had to spend countless hours rescuing my lawn where they have been unwilling or unable. The solution is alway “more seed” even when the soil is not suitable. Stay away from them.

This is the absolute worst company.

They are deeply incompetent. Complete services we never approved and then charged us for it.

I strongly recommend you find another business to service your lawn.

Very poor service the last couple of years. Technicians not showing up, so I have to call them. The weed control used to be effective, but not anymore.

I used Nutri-Lawn for the first time this summer after weeds and bald patches took over by lawn. My grass looks good as new sod and I think it thicker and greener than ever.

Their products are adequate considering the pesticide restrictions imposed. It's the service that I enjoy. They really do value their customers and I for one appreciate it.

This company is very professional and responsive. Unfortunately, there have been a few times where they had to move the scheduled service dates. However, we understand that this was related to the unforeseen volume of work by the technicians or weather conditions. Overall, I admire the staff's knowledgeable and responsive approach. I have always received same-day call-back or e-mail replies for any matter related to the service we had acquired or any future service needs we might have had. One more plus factor in their digital abilities is the ease of processing transactions with PDF receipts e-mailed to us. I would also like to reflect on their educational digital marketing in the form of educational short reads and costume-made reports and recommendations about our particular lawn needs.

I have a lush green lawn without having to worry about any treatments/fertilizing and am planning to continue with their lawn care program.

I have been a very satisfied client from the time I started using Nutri Lawn's service in 2002 to the present. The service and advice has always been the best. In the hot summer time my grass stays a lovely dark green because I follow the advice given. The annual package of applications keeps my lawn healthy and strong and prevents pest and other problems to a minimum. I have no problems discussing things with the technicians and they are always flexible to do extras and ready to answer my questions. I use MosquitoBuzz and recently had GLO Lighting installed, both services offered by Nutir-Lawn. Can say enough about how happy I am with both. Highly recommend Nutri-Lawn!

Pricing was divisible, service was professional and prompt. I liked not being forced into a "package". I can do most of the usual lawn maintenance / support myself but I am not able to purchase those products that would be effective for the pests.

Great service and reasonable price for lawn care. The staff are friendly, well informed and professional.

We have been prepaying Nutrilawn customers for several years. Until last year all was well. Even now, when the technicians actually come to do the work they are efficient and friendly. But. Something has gone wrong in customer service or scheduling. I have had to call to get dates for irrigation shut off and restart both last year and this, and the same has been true for weed control. It is now June, the weeds are growing happily and all I can get out of customer service is that they will get here "fairly soon", undefined. Many other properties around us are sporting Fiesta weed control signs but we seem to be out of luck. Unless we stop being at the lost bottom of the list for service, we are gone. Too bad since service is OK when it does get done.

No results and very poor customer service. We bought the fiesta package and overseeding. We had one fertilizer and weed treatment and zero results. The crew that came to do the fertilizing and overseeding were not knowledgeable at all. When I asked for a call back to follow up the gentleman on the phone sounded annoyed that I wasn’t calling about cinch control but rather needed a touch up.

Terrible customer service. Terrible conversation with the individual managing the bookings and appointments.

We have been using Nutrilawn's services for two years now and could not be more pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. Great value. Highly recommend to anyone looking for green healthy grass without the worry of timing fertilizer treatments.

On their web site they profess to be experts at getting rid of chinch bugs. Turns out they can’t do anything to get rid of them. Don’t be fooled by the website. I think that I may report them the competition bureau.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff I trust with our sprinkler system. On time. Easy to reach a real person on the phone.

Very professional service in terms of telephone customer service+ lawn care + irrigation system maintenance at a reasonable price. I love the HUNTER wifi controller the very professional tech (Mike) installed for me and he worked very hard and efficiently to reassess and relocate some of my sprinklers and nozzles at the same time, save me a lots of time and another service fee. I am very happy with your services so far and will definitely recommend to my friends whenever I get chances. Keep it up Guys!

This is my first year with Nutri-Lawn for the irrigation system. They came to open and billed me for that service but not based on the premium package (3 services per the season). I have called 2 times and left a voice mail message to have my account updated. No news to date and the calls were placed within the last three weeks. I tried again this morning but the phone keeps ringing and nothing! Not impressed!

We recently did a number of upgrades to our irrigation system. Jesse listened to our questions and ideas and provided excellent consultation. Irrigation technicians Matt and Azhar were absolutely exceptional. Part of their work required burying in-ground watering grids within an existing flower bed with tulips in full bloom. The work was done in such a way that not a petal was broken. All of the planning and execution was done in a very professional and collaborative manner. The recommendations that they made clearly demonstrated not only experience but also respect for our property and a genuine interest in delivering quality workmanship and a positive customer experience.

Have used Nutrilawn for 6 or 7 years for my own lawncare and that of my parents, including irrigation system.

Last year I asked to have fertilization suspended as I didn't see the value in the results. I kept weed control and there was no issue.

This year I'm told that I have to take fertilization as well, or nothing, so I have cancelled all services.

Edit for response from vendor: I discontinued your fertilization service because it didn't provide results for the $90+tx/application I was paying. I took over fertilizing last year and my results were comparable for a quarter of what you were charging. My review stands; your services for what is charged were inadequate.

Also, it would helpful if your staff provided your detailed explanation, rather than simply saying, "I don't know why you can't choose just weed control".

I Received a Quote for lawn care services by email. When I followed up to book same was told wrong price was given to me (something to do about maps) and made excuses and would not honour the original quote for same services. The new price was 100.00 more than original quote. I spoke to a so called supervisor who was no help at all and continued to.make excuses.so I went with another reputable company

My lawn looks great and I like the emails I receive after each visit which explains the treatment and ways to keep my grass healthy. The office staff is professional and pleasant to work with.

I have been a Nutri-Lawn customer for the past several years. I have always been pleased with their professionalism, variety of products and the report and recommendations that come with each treatment. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a lawn care service.

Nutri-Lawn came by to open my Irrigation system for the summer today and showed up when expected. Frank Madore was very friendly and he saved us money by cleaning 4 sprinkler heads that were clogged up from our hard well water. Very happy with the technicians on this service call.

I have been very pleased with the services provided by Nutri-Lawn. No fuss, no muss. After they do a lawn treatment, they send a detailed message describing the services they provided as well as helpful tips on how I can follow-up myself in order to ensure that my lawn looks it's best. Customer service agents are always friendly and helpful.

Very good service. Lawn in much better shape since joining them. Always provides advance notice of visits and feedback on the condition of the lawn which is very much appreciated.

I had a bad experience with the other major lawn care company in Ottawa and switched to nutri-Lawn a few years back and i'm glad I did. Nutri lawn products are awsome but more importantly is their customer service 10+ im my books. They are very knowledgable and always friendly when in comunication with the company.

WE have been with then for the last 3 years and prior to then wu had another firm and today would not change to with someone else. The service is excellent and if we call the talk to us and we went to the office a couple time and the staff was very pleasant and new what they were talking about. Thank You

Nutri Lawn Ottawa has been serving my property for two summer so far and I had great service and happy to recommend their service to anyone.

For years, I plucked weeds by hand in hopes to have the best lawn on the block. In those years I reseeded and resodded because the weeds overran my lawn. I decided to try Nutrilawn last year for the first time. I was blown away. They came in and I noticed amazing changes even after the first application. By the second application, I had the best lawn on the block! Isn't it all about making the neighbours envious! L just signed up for my second year and added the aeration and fertilizing too!
