Terrible business. The DR in question refused to keep me as a patient after they failed to book me in for bloodwork. They assumed that I didn't want to pay for their overpriced services and said that it was my fault that they didn't do their job. How am I supposed to have bloodwork done without a Family Physician or requisition form? ! They have a Nurse Practitioner but apparently she can't do her own job either.what a joke. I truly hope people wake up and start listening when people talk. And don't reply to tell me to take off my negative review. Blaming me for saying I didn't go see the walk-in clinic when I did and didn't get help is not what I call good customer service. You made assumptions and told me that I didn't do what my treatment plan was for the past 4 months.

I was apparently supposed to keep taking products that made me vomit instantly the minute I ingested it? Good job blaming patients, that's not what the Hippocratic Oath is all about.

Absolute joke, showed up last week with a prescription. They gave us a timeline of Tuesday or Wednesday when it would be ready. Show up next Thursday and they tell us we need to pay before they even start making it. Not sure why they didn't ask us to pay when we showed up initially, gave us a timeline of "it'll be ready when it's ready". So now we can't get our required medication and our pain has been extended thanks to these guys. Go anywhere else.

I have been dealing with Nutrichem pharmacy and clinic for a number of years now and have always found them to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The staff is excellent. They provide very professional service.

I have been a client of Nutrichem for many years. I have always been treated professionally and with kind care. Recently I received a prescription for eye drops. Because I have arthritis in my hands I was unable to dispense the drops. When I took the 2.5 ml bottle back to Nutrichem to ask if there was a larger bottle available, I was told that the prescription only came in one size. The dispensary staff proceeded to look to see if any of their suppliers provided a “squeezer” to dispense the liquid. They were unable to find anything. You can imagine my surprise when that evening, Colin of the dispensary staff, a long time employee, wrote to me saying that he had found a squeezer on Amazon and had ordered it for me. Colin wrote again to inform me that the item had arrived at his home and he would hold it for me at the pharmacy. When I went to Nutrichem to get the squeezer, Colin would not accept payment for it. His words were “This one is on me”. Now, is that a wonderful employee?

Worst customer service. When I had a problem with a prescription they called me but did not leave a message on my answering service. When I went to the pharmacy to resolve the issue…. It really was not resolved and the pharmacist was quite rude about the whole ordeal.

I have shopped at NutriChem at this beautiful new location, but also have received deliveries from orders posted to the E-Commerce (on-line shopping) department. The quality of products compounded here is excellent, and I have a high degree of trust in their quality. Questions are answered promptly and the staff is very helpful. I love their in-house brands and have been using their supplements for many years now. Highly recommend this store!

BEWARE OF THE EXPIRY DATE OF NUTRI-CHEM BRANDS PRODUCTS! I just received a Riza-Max Protein Powder from Nutri-them and the Expiry Date is September 2023. It is not even a year away! I order a lot of other products from other companies and the Expiry Date is rarely less than 2 years from the time I receive the product. Of course Nutri-them does NOT acknowledge this is a problem, not one bit. All I have to do is to return the powder within 14 days (product was shipped to me) AT MY OWN EXPENSE of course! Customer service has gone down considerably since the purchase of the new building. Nutri-them has embraced a culture where any wrongdoing on their part is simply unthinkable! This is naivete at its peak! And a lot of pride too! So next time you purchase (or order online) a Nutri-Chem Brand Product, remember to check the expiry date or you might find yourself at a loss.

I have been ordering Vitamins Compounded into 2 pills as I can't take 5-6 pills daily. I asked to renew my formula, and they sent me the vitamins compounded into 3 pills. The reason I get my vitamins compounded is cut down on the number of pills I need to take along with my medication. When I questioned Michelle and Lois on why I was not advised in advance that my previous perscriptions was changed to 3 pills with out notification, they refused to answer me. On the previous order before this one the mixed up the dosages and I had to throw out the vitamins and wait for a new batch to be sent. Only after sending several email and phone calls, Lois got back to me and said they can no longer send me perscriptions. The lab is unprofessional and inconsistent.

Over the years I have used all of services offered by Nutrichem, their pharmacy as well as retail store. They have excellent service and competitive prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top quality supplements and pharmaceuticals.

Recently I have started seeing Dr. Yousuf as well and I’m very pleased. He’s very kind and attentive to my particular needs and dietary restrictions when planning a strategy for getting my back in tip top shape.
