DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE waited a full week and nothing ever got shipped and when i asked about it they said they were out of stock yet they still took my money. Asked why i was never notified because i would have had to wait weeks if not longer if i didn't ask, they just said "sorry". Asked for a refund they said it would take another week to process the refund. Absolute garbage customer service.

First time here at NYX Patrick set up me up with my pod mod and was very helpful. Im happy with my new device. Highly recommend.

Very upset. I bought a product yesterday, and it doesn't work. I haven't even used it once! Employees say that there is nothing that they can do about it, and there is no owner to contact. Not sure if I should contact the Better Business Bureau.: (

Came in to purchase a new tank and find out about new juices i might like, was helped by Paul he was very knowledgeable about the different tanks and helped me to find a juice flavor that i really like. Very clean location and displays are well set up. As my experience at this location was a good one this will be my store of choice for future purchases. Thanks for your help Paul.

Anthony and David were really helpful, friendly and informative. I tried some new flavours that Anthony reccomended and loved it! This place is my go to for juices, coils, and other accessories.

Anthony and David are always helpful and their recommendations are always on point. NYX will always be my main vape store that i go to.

Convenient location with lots of parking, the staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable in vapes and flqvours and gave me very good recommendations on my purchases.would highly recommend first time buyer to visit this location. 10/10 my go to from now on.

Went to NYX for the first time to quit smoking. I was greeted by the manager, KK, who was very helpful. He was patient and got me started. Now it has been 2 weeks without smoking and I owe it all to him. Highly recommend others to visit NYX!
