Peter and Carmen was loads of help today. Nice prices, and discounts with enough purchases, and a Large amount of choice.

Very friendly and informative service. Will order in flavours not available and has great rewards programs and specials. This is my one stop vape shop and I’m very glad I found it!

I drove half an hour to get to the store and they weren't even open when their store hours clearly listed their store as open. The store should list the hours they are actually open instead of the hours they have up.

Best service that I have had when it comes to vape shops in Toronto. I wanted to get a new RDA that wasn't in stock, and they ordered it and I got a call at the end of the week saying that it was in.

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Store also had very good selection of juices and vapes! Would recommend!

Walked in the store and a representative named Michael (who was very knowledgeable of the products) helped me out pick out a vape set as a gift for my cousin. By far the coolest and and determined team! They helped with recommending specific needs of what you need and tastiest e-juices out there yo!

First time using vape, was welcomed by friendly workers and explained everything really well. Got one of their new vapes, looks real cool and functions really well so far. Was $34 with an extra pod Love it! Got the brain freeze but definitely gonna go back for more flavors in the future!

Entering a vape store can be a little intimidating because of how little you know and how many options there are.

When I visited this store today the employees were super friendly and helpful, they took the time to go over the different kind of vape kits and the pros and cons of each one.

After that they took the time to talk to me about different flavors while I tested them, not rushing me and letting me take my time testing them all out.

After deciding on what vape juice and kit I wanted, an employee took the time to put together my kit and explain all the functionalities to me and even testing it to make sure it works great.

It was a pleasure to visit here, they really make you feel at home and I'll be back again.

Hands down the most informative, helpful and friendly staff; Karen rocks, the manager IS hot and they actually give a f***k Oh yea, they've got some nice juice n great hours too!

I first looked online to see if I could just find my own vape and just leave it at that but then it got confusing. So I gave Karen and Michael a visit and they really hooked it up! Andrew is awesome when I get confused on something about my device!

I used to be a long time customer here.the staff & owners here are awful! So disrespectful.
I have a 45 minute drive to get to this vape shop.
I drove all the way there recently, and my husband took time off work to take me. The other shops were all closing within the hour, also.
I arrived at the vape store, and requested the usual vape that I always purchase. Immediately the lady asked for my ID - which I didn't have because they've never asked for my ID in the past, and I was a long time customer.
I informed her of this, and mentioned I didn't have my ID.
The staff made a big deal & said they couldn't help me. So I asked if i could call my husband inside, as he had ID. They said sure. I didnt have my phone kn me as it was in the car, so requested to use theirs.
They were incredibly rude about that & said they "didn't have to let me use the phone" etc. So finally I called my husband and asked him to park the car and come in with his ID. He did so.
Then once my husband finally stepped foot into the store, they decided it was the perfect time to tell us they wouldn't sell to him either, despite having all the appropriate ID. (They claimed that the vape juice was for me, so they wouldn't allow another adult with ID to buy it, despite being a long time customer).

So at this point, I'm getting a little concerned. Im informing them that we drove 45 minutes out here, that we are longtime custimers, that my husband took time off work, and also that all the other vape stores are now closed, because we spent our time traveling up to our "favourite" vape shop.

They didn't care.

Finally I mentioned that I had an account with them, and that they could check my name, phone number, address, and even my social media accounts to verify my identity. (If I have an account, and they know who I am, what's the need for ID? Especially when they've literally never asked in the past, but somehow they suddenly care so much? !)

They declined this offer as well.
They were incredibly rude throughout.

So Then I informed them that I had photos of my drivers license on my phone.
I even had photos of my drivers license next to my husband's drivers licence, so it would have been extremely easy to check his drivers license in person to verify my identity etc.

They declined.

I was trying to do anything k could to be accommodating of them, as it was an emergency. They did not repay me with the same respect or courtesy. I ended up leaving the shop in tears, as we drove around for another hour searching for a store that carried vape juice at a late hour of the night.
I had just quit smoking also, so it was important I had vape juice.

I have never gone back since.
The lady who dealt with me, I think she claimed to be the owner or manager of the store. Please spend your money on respectful businesses who will actually respect you & your buisness.:/

Top quality vape juices & more affordable then other places. Keeping prices more affordable actually brings in more customers and clients meaning more money and more satisfied customers! Plus the juices are 1000% better quality then competitors products such as 180. Will defiantly be coming here from now on!
